I'll call him and text him and won't return my calls. We agreed on a specific type of cabinet. When he brought them to my house with his helpers, he probably picked up at Home Depot, I noticed that the cabinets were two types of cabinets, so he had to take the wrong once back and do a reorder. Meanwhile, Juan left the helpers removing the cabinets Juan left and never returned to supervised them to see if they had finished or not. When the cabinets got here, he numbered each one of them to the order to be installed. He brought in the installer and installed the cabinets in the order in which they were numbered. He left and never returned. When he finished with the installation, I noticed that they were not aligned. once again on supervision properly. I called Juan to let him know that the cabinet were not aligned right that he had to come see for himself. When he got to my house and saw the work, he just Stude there shaking his head. By this time, I was so frustrated and upset that I told Juan: Look Juan if you cannot do the job let me know. take the cabinets and refund me my money. He said that he would have to talk with his wife about it. As far as I'm concern his wife is not the boss or owner. Juan is the business owner, and he should be making the dissentions. I DID NOT SAY DONT FINISH THE JOB. I had to pay for someone to come and rearrange the cabinet and another person for the granite countertop and instalment.
