He did have to make a few trips to the hardware store for some repairs (the landlord added a few repairs too as we went), but he always was able to come back that day or reschedule the updates when it worked for both of us. Carlos was very friendly, wore his mask so I felt safe with COVID-19, and we were able to speak in both English and Spanish. He even helped us with a small repair on our own bookshelf. Cliff runs the operation; he's a totally accessible and friendly guy - he's just a little (and he admits it) flaky from time to time. He gives you an estimate of when he'll start and finish and just kind of calls to say... okay... now! So you have to be ready to meet him whenever he calls. The crew also left without cleaning up the first time, but Cliff was happy to bring them back to finish the job (which, quite frankly, shocked me since I had already paid). Now, the place is a-sparklin', and looks great (and popcorn free!). So... if you want a reasonably priced option for a local business that does a good job, give him a call.
