I'm sitting at Quest, AGAiN on standby, after booking a disappearing appointment on their crap system. And when there are problems, lots of luck talking to a real person. The robo-ad on the waiting area says, "someone will be with you shortly". Liar. read more

First I would like to say Melinda is a very warm and kind person, very nice! I have been coming here for years with no problems, walk in and get tested within 20 minutes! I guess policy has changed you now need an appointment which I was not aware of, supposedly my doctor had scheduled the appointment, so I thought. I showed up a little after 6 am. Almost 2 hours later I was still waiting to get the blood test! Yes sitting in the waiting room for almost two hours watching about 30 people come in get their test and leave! Finally I spoke up to Melinda and explained that I had a doctors appointment at 8 am. She took me in and performed the blood test, I have to say she was very nice, she should be given a raise! But almost two hours plus if I had not spoke up! This is an outrageous way to treat people! Someone dropped the ball in letting people know they need an appointment! Again 2 hours sitting in a waiting room for a blood test! Shame on Quest! It sickens me to be treated this way!!!, read more

Today 8-22-22 I walked in a few minutes before 9am calculated I would be in and out within half hour or so, First the machine didn't want to work to sign in so the girl came out to help the couple next to me, then she popped over to me and helped me, at least I thought so, then she says to fill in the blanks, then I waited and waited 45 minutes plus, I was taking time for how long average person went in, then 4 customers came out, 8 minutes later one got called in? another one 12 minutes later was called in, so now in my mind, 2 were not doing anything? waited another 5 minutes and one more was let in, THESE PEOPLE WORKING THERE DO NOT CARE ABOUT WALK INS, ONLY THE ONES WITH TIME SCHEDULE. ( I think they sit around and wait until another appointment time should be ready?) I wish I could run my company like that, This is NO consumer respect at all. I had to leave and go to work. read more

Have used Quest for over 10years but will not go back after my last appointment. It was freezing cold in the office, staff was unkind and unhelpful to me. I sat for 2 hours and never got my blood drawn while listening to the advertisement in the lobby play over and over and over again ever few minutes about how great their services are for long time patients. read more

Quest Diagnostics is still utilizing a touch screen tablet at the front desk for check-ins at their locations, as I experienced at their Ventura Office. During this global pandemic, surely they can find an alternative method of checking in patients that does not include medically compromised people touching the same surface multiple times per day. Even though there is hand sanitizer available, this is VERY POOR practice in a medical environment. I will have labs done elsewhere. read more

This quest is horrible!!! We made an appointment online for 215. I did the online check in and everything. We get there at 145 and let them know we are there. 245, we are still sitting there as people are coming in and out finally was done and left! I'll stick with the one off of Telegraph! read more

I don't write reviews that often, but this deserves it. I've been going to Quest for quite a few years. Love the fact that when you make an appointment they are always right on time and usually very quick to get you in and out. Love that you can go on line and look at your results before even going to see your Doctor. This morning I had a 6:40 appointment but didn't get out until 7:50. Not their fault. My new Doctor is seems is old school and does not send in the test requests electronically. So instead the Phlebotomist has to look up the codes for each and enter manually to the system. All the while tying to decipher some of the Doctors own verbiage for a test. While this may not take very long most of the time, when you are a new patient with Dr. R..... he likes to get them all in at once. I get it and I am very appreciative of this. I've never had so many done at one time. They took 20 tubes of blood. Big Shout out to Lisa who was my Phlebotomist. You were calm, composed and did a great job getting my blood. read more

I have huge issues with an entity that will take zero phone calls. If you need to hire a receptionist do it!!! There are always legitimate questions to be answered. And now...with the computer registration they have taken all human contact away (except being stuck with a needle) Many elderly cannot get into computers to make reservations, get direction, or ask questions. The people are ok butI HATE DEALING WITH THIS PLACE AND HAVE NO CHOICE....WHICH THEY ARE PERFECTLY AWARE OF!!! read more

This place has become like the DMV. They used to have early hours; no more. The appointment schedule used to work; no more. They text you and tell you they're ready for you to come in, and then you wait and wait and wait some more. I guess all the Healthcare workers are staying home because they're scared of covid, too. Anyone want to start a blood draw business and put these jokers out? read more

Get a better appointment system!!!!! This appointment system sucks and is outdated. Apparently I have to keep writing to fill a certain amount of space to be able to post something so simple. The appointment line sucks!!! read more

I've gone to both Quest and CMH several times to have tests done. My experience at Quest has been consistently frustrating. The front desk workers will not acknowledge you when you enter. It is unclear where you drop things off without having to wait. I have twice witnessed eye-rolling and angry exchanges between the staff and customers. The technicians in the back have been fine, friendly even. It's the front desks lack of professional courtesy that is irritating. CMH is friendly, professional, and reasonable to deal with (in spite of the glass partition!). read more

I get blood drawn at least twice a year. I've got a lot of experience with labs in this area. This one is the best: Fast, friendly, courteous. My experience yesterday: I had no appointment, showed up at 7:06 and was out at 7:12. The "stick" was painless. I don't know how the service could be better. And that's the way they've served me for several years. read more

Made an appointment. Showed on time, they were running a little late. Easy checkin on an iPad, the iPad asked if I wanted to wait in the waiting room or outside and get a text when they were ready for me. I chose outside.... And then walked next door to get a snack. Got a text when they were ready, and it was a quick in and out. Ivy was great! read more

The technician was good and the draw went well however my insurance cards did not return home with me. I tried to call, to be sure they had my insurance cards but what a nightmare, I tried every option on their phone tree to try to talk to a live person but to no avail. 40 min later I gave up and ordered new insurance cards. Very disappointed in this cost saving at the cost of customer service. Oh yea and what's with still having to sign in on a touch screen during a pandemic...aren't you medical professionals? read more

While trying to reschedule an appointment with their automated phone system was an excruciating experience thankfully the blood drawing itself was sublime. As there was no one else in the lobby I was seen to promptly and courteously, I only waited a few minutes at the most after verifying my work order and health insurance. Lilia was courteous and expert in her drawing skills, I felt quite comfortable at the facility. I would recommend anyone rescheduling or placing an appointment use their website as it is literally impossible to speak with an individual at the facility except in person. While that too leaves something to be desired it will not leave the user wondering what they had done to deserve such prolonged and abject robotic cruelty. read more

Very clean and professional. Special thanks to AMBER for getting me on the 1st try. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Wait times aren't too bad but It can get a lil' busy here. See you next time. read more

Thought I'd write a fast review because I was concerned about going here with all of the negative reviews. 1. Check in was fast and friendly - I forgot insurance card but was able to quickly have my husband email it - they printed and all was good. 2. Wait time - there was about 5 people before us and I was concerned however we waited about 15 min and the process took about 15 min. Total time 30-35 min from start to finish. 3. The lady drawing blood used a small needle and got it on the first try. Seemed to know what she was doing. She was not overly friendly but not unfriendly either. Just wanted to ease some new patients minds a bit. We were here at 745am so I cannot comment on later time experiences. read more

Who really wants to go get their blood drawn? Yuck. But coming here, I always feel comfortable and well cared for. Even in a full waiting room, my wait time has never been more than 30 minutes. The staffs efficiency clearly shows. And they have some of the best phlebotomists I have ever encountered. No pain and no bruising. Highly recommend this place! read more

With little expectations going in, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here. I made my appointment easily online for 8:15 am the day before and showed up right at 8:15 on the dot. I signed in right behind the women in front of me who was scheduled for 8:30. I was slightly discouraged that they called her name before mine as the waiting room was pretty full of people. I waited probably 10 minutes total before my name was called so I was very glad for that. The women who took my blood was very friendly and spoke to me while she was taking my blood. I told her that I have passed out before and I was a bit nervous. She did it painlessly and quickly. I was in and out in about 20 minutes, which was great. So overall not a bad experience and I would come back again the next time I need to get my blood work done. read more

I've been here 3-4 times. I've never had any problems. No long waits. Nice personnel. Nice offices.

I thought this location was fine. The technician was very helpful and fast! I had to wait about 20 min but, honestly, it was mostly the patients who caused the wait. People not understanding bills, people not having orders, people not hearing their names being called. I could overhear all the complaints and issues and the technicians handled them all very well. It might be best to make an appointment if you're in a rush to bypass the people coming in. read more

The staff at this location were unprofessional and remarkably rude. One customer who came in complained that her 94-year-old father had been waiting in the car for well over half an hour after his scheduled appointment time. I felt so bad for her and wished I could help. The fact that there is no one attending the desk to respond to questions is a real problem and attests to the overall lack of care and concern for customers who are already stressed with medical concerns that brought them there to begin with. The parking at this location is also an issue, and though I am in good health and able to easily walk a few blocks from where I found parking, I must wonder about others who couldn't. I am just terribly disappointed with this Quest office. read more

My wife and I went to visit, upon entering we were ignored and had to ask the person at the front desk to get the process started. Very rude we were told we are going to have to wait a long time because my wife prefers a Spanish speaker to ask questions to. They refused to tell us if our insurance would cover the blood test until it was already done. The person who took her blood was also rude and very short with us. I suggest if you don't like your job and helping the public, then find a different job. Understand that some people are In bad health situations and are nervous for the results of their blood test. Have some understanding and empathy for your clients, life is too short. read more

Some of the words that describe this so called health care facility RUDE, unpleasant, curt, nasty, impersonal There is a computer where you check yourself in - while the staff sits behind the desk engaging in personal conversation. They don't even acknowledge the patients existence. Try asking a question ... NOPE you get a curt "we will call you when it's your turn" They call your name from behind a wall or with the door still closed ... ya can't even see who is calling you. When I said where do you want me to go, I can't see you. The answer was "I'm standing right here." AND there is still a wall between us and I still can't see the woman. I was here last month ... they had a copy of my insurance card. Today, no records that I have ever even been here. I'm sitting in the waiting room listening to the receptionist argue with a man who looks to be in his 80's and can't hear. They just keep yelling at the guy ... HELLO yelling at a deaf guy doesn't help him hear you better. Been here 20 minutes and have not heard a staff member say the word "hi, hello, how are you" or anything else by way of greeting patients. I think if one of them cracked a smile their face would break.. The phlebotomist was a lovely and a pleasant - a wonderful end to an unpleasant visit. Her name is Jessica and if it weren't for her, I would have absolutely nothing nice to say about this place. read more

Unbelievably rude staff. Didn't receive order from our pediatrician's office, ignored us when we tried to check in to see if it had been faxed. This office only seems to have lab techs, no administrative assistant to help sort things out. Finally left the office in anger and frustration when one of the lab techs snapped at me that it "wasn't my turn" when I tried to ask if they'd gotten the fax our pediatrician said they sent half an hour earlier. No way I was going to let someone with such a nasty attitude do a blood draw on my kid. Don't go here. read more

Very unfriendly staff. Can in to have some blood work done. The receptionist seemed stressed out over all THREE of us patients being inside the waiting room at the same time. No thank you, no smile...nothing. I've seen happier people at a funeral. Last time I will be going here. read more

I came to Quest Diagnostic at 7:45am a few weeks ago for a blood test. After waiting until 9am, I was called in. I'm not a huge fan of needles so blood tests have always scared me. This time did nothing to change that. She couldn't find my vein( which I've been told are really good) so she dug around for a while. This resulted in me having a giant bruise on arm. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because the staff are somewhat nice. Go to the Quest on Kimball if you're going to use Quest Diagnostics. read more

They were quite understaffed when we were there and we waited about 25 minutes. We didn't have an appointment so I wasn't upset. Heather did a great job with my son, she remembered him. She was really good at taking blood despite the fact that muscle disease can make it difficult to find his vein. Pretty painless trip. Thank you! read more

I would give a 5-star for the skill-level of these phlebotomists, and a 5 to Lili and Amber for being great with the needle (painless!) AND warm and friendly to their patients/customers both at the front desk, and one-on-one. Unfortunately, a good phlebotomist does not necessarily make a good representative at the front desk. There are two that run the front desk like drill sergeants. On Friday at 12:30, I went in for my weekly appointment (these weekly appointments are giving me more exposure to the office and staff ). After waiting to sign in, I began to ask the person at the desk if she needed my insurance card before I sat down. Before I got two words out, she cut me off with an irritable- sounding "just a minute!" then shouted at another patient "Jennifer!"- who was apparently supposed to run back up to the desk as ordered. Since she was using such a loud voice and seemed so irritated, I sat back down right in front of the desk, When she was ready for my card, she called me back to the desk with a near- shout. I said, loudly enough for a few people to hear, I'm right here, I can hear you." 2 women approached me when she left the desk to say they were so glad I said something to her. To sum it up and hopefully give some helpful input, I would just remind the staff that many of us coming in are going through some sort of health concern, enough to warrant (in my case) weekly blood draws. I saw some elderly women there who might have been afraid to speak up, feeling extremely vulnerable. Interestingly, this person drew my blood (painless, great job) and she was a whole different person (nicer) one-on-one. Her name badge "happened" to be turned around, and I was not offered the usual feedback slip that I've received (during good visits where everything was smooth, of course.) I know these gals (and guys) work hard, with lots of different personalities to deal with, but just a bit more patience, respect, and kindness, and remembering that not all of the customers are deaf (even the seniors!) will give this lab a consistency currently lacking. read more

My lab results were sent to the wrong doctor in a city 100 miles away. The person doing my blood test didn't seem to have a clue what he was doing, so a 15 minutes appointment took forever. The whole experience was a disaster. This is not my doctor's normal lab, but I thought it would be convenient for me. Instead it was more time consuming than I could have imagined. read more

I was the first client to show up on a Saturday morning and was taken right away. I hadn't made an appt so I was lucky I got there when I did because 5 other clients came in shortly after. They take walk-ins but highly recommend you make an appt because if they get busy it may take up to 2 hours for you to be seen. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly. He quickly gathered my information and checked me in as a new patient. It only took about 5-10 minutes for my name to be called. I believe I have only had blood drawn a handful of times in my life. It terrifies me. I have to look away every time. It's not the blood that grosses me out, it's the needle.Five vials later I was done. I would give zero stars if I could. I went on Saturday morning which I have done numerous times in AZ. I was there about 40 minutes with an appointment. The lady was nice but left a quarter size bruise on my left arm because she keep moving the needle in the vein because the vein collapsed. She then moved to the right arm which she also bruised. I've had a lot of blood draws in my life and this was awful! I told her not to bother with left arm because that vein is not good but she didn't listen. Then she tried to say I needed to drink more water which I didn't. She needed to practice drawing blood. Also she was not new. She has been drawing blood for 5 years she said. The worse part is they let the five tubes of blood sit too long and then results were not accurate. Their report said this, I have not been able to reach a person. They then had the nerve to bill my insurance for $2,000. I have to get the tests done again and my insurance pay again for their mistake. Do not go to this location!!! read more
