This place has top notch doctors, very thoughtful and thorough. My only recommendation is that the front desk personality be warmer with patients . Her personality can be strong and direct. It's what I noticed when I went in . Temperature was quite cold in the waiting room as well. Other than that, you're in great hands with the doctors here . read more

I don't and wouldn't go to any other urgent care! I really like this one! Super clean, great location... I have been in here at least 4 times in the last year and several prior to that... and I have to say my experience has always been great! I think only once did I have to wait an hour to be seen.... The staff upfront are always great! The nurses too! I've seen a couple different PA's as well as doctors and been very happy with the care I received! Highly recommend! read more

Doctor Lopez excellent service, but accounting services the worst starting with Yadi who never answers any calls or return them on top of that they over charge knowing that you need the services and they give you some bogus information that's Maria who she thinks she has the right to set insurance prices. I check with my insurance and they been calling them but they know that they are going wrong and they don't answer the calls or return them. If any of you paid extra call your insurance. read more

I visited Magnolia Urgent care 1 1/2 prior to closing and the refused to see me and they had no one waiting, I arrived to Solar Urgent care an hour before closing and they treated me so nicely, everything was super clean sanitized and well modeled, the doctor was amazing and able to treat me. Horrible. dr Leo is a horrible dr. He yelled at my husband. I am so thankful my husband was kind and self controlled. But no one should be treated this way no one! Do not see this dr he was stressed out and he took it out in my husband. he wouldn't give us the time to ask questions and when we did he looked at us like we were stupid it was degrading and the way he jus threw us out of the office because it was already late! Disgrace of a dr! he didn't treat my husband as he should have because he didn't have the time or patience for another client. He gave him drugs and sent him on the way wit a gtfo of here attitud. My co-worker injured herself while playing softball so my first thought was Solar Urgent Care. This place is exceptionally clean, fast, friendly, and helpful! We were able to walk in and get her seen quickly. I ended up needing to get my daughter a physical for school as well, and again, I thought immediately to take her to Solar Urgent Care. I tried to get in to see my primary care physician but he was booked solid. I called SUC and was told the wait would be 45-60 min. I decided to give it a chance and I was glad I did. walked into an empty waiting room and was greeted by a super accommodating front desk lady and after I finished filling out the customary paperwork I took a seat. 15 min. later I was called to the back. A few min. later I was treated by a Doctor. She ended up giving me a shot because of the bad rash I was experiencing. She asked that I wait 15 min. to make sure I had no bad effects from the medicine. Time from entering to leaving 2 yr. I recommend this facility because of the cleanliness, the courtesy, and the promptness that I received while being there. read more

If I could get this place zero stars I definitely would. There was a sign that there was a two hour wait after two hours I finally got put in the room. I go in the room they then take vital signs put me to a different exam room I waited like an extra 15 minutes then the doctor comes in without knocking the door and says that I'm going to have to wait another two hours because they're so behind I then said are you serious and said yes then shut the door. They are extremely unprofessional the fact that they're the any other patients know what was going on. I walked out. I will never be stepping a foot in this place. I would recommend going anywhere else but here. They don't treat their patients right and only care about money. HORRIBLE CARE. You can be dying and they won't even care.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Just stopped by to take my granddaughter in for a UTI urinalysis test. Big hefty lady comes out tells me that they can't see my granddaughter because I don't have permission from my daughter to take her in. Mind you my grandchild is on our insurance so why should I need any permission to take her in when we are caring for her? needless to say the heavyset lady still turned her away. My granddaughter is seven years old and we have had issues on and off again with UTIs I've never in seven years been turned away due to a permission slip that is not even needed. This place has horrible customer service! it's like they do not like their job they just want to have a empty place with no one to treat. read more

I just visited here today, on Halloween. I had bronchitis and couldn't hear or see straight. They saw me in less than 30 mins, wrote a prescription for 3 medications, and then I picked them up at my local Target! I must say I was dreading coming in because I felt so horrible, but I was very happy with how the staff here treated me and am happy to finally have antibiotics. Now for a nap! Came in early right before they opened at 9 to be seen as early as possible. Had me call and wait in my car for nearly 2 hours and told me that they had too many patients ahead of me even though I was here before they opened. Tried speaking to the office manager but was told she didn't come in until 10:30. I usually don't mind waiting but this is supposed to be an URGENT CARE!!! I came to get an ingrown removed and the NP they had on staff was deplorable. First off, I was given the consent to sign with no information about what was actually being done. Yes, I have prior knowledge as to a few ways to remove and ingrown, but not every one walking in the door does, and it's standard practice to inform of the procedure before expecting/getting signed consent. Next, with no room prep, she came into the room with an open needle and a bottle of anesthetic. Again. What. The. Hell. You don't do that, and certainly not to another person in scrubs. Anyone in any kind of medicine knows you don't just approach with an open needle with no cap on it. Like??????? what was going through her head??????? As she approached she asked if I was ready and i replied no because not only was my consent unsigned due to lack of information, I was now seeing this needle. She said with a really irritated tone, "Really?!" went out, and came back and said, "What?? Do you want a step-by-step or what's going on". :| Girl, pls. YES. Don't cut corners. After asking several times what her logic was behind not wanting to inform me AND coming at me with an open needle, she immediately wanted to end the appointment at no charge. Which while upsetting, was fine. After more pressing she offered me up a half-assed attempt at rationale, "Well, I wasn't going to do it in here [the exam room]; I was going to move you." Numb? or with that big open needle in your hand??? Neither one sounds good no matter how you put it. I ended up going else where, but I drove home/to another treatment center in tears from both anger and shock. My first experience here was so awesome but this turned me off to the whole facility. read more

I just went here to get treated for a very very severe flu. Checked in and the receptionist said it would be about an hour wait. I figured since it was right after work, on a Friday the wait time was expected. Called a couple of other places and the wait was the same. 50 minutes in to the wait I go back inside to check and see how the wait was going and she says "there are three people ahead of you so it's about an hour and a half" So I ask to clarify, "another hour and a half? So two and a half hours total?" She answered with a yes. Mind you, if she would've told me this from the beginning I would've went elsewhere. My time, is precious especially when sick and in need of immediate medical care. If I was advised of true wait times I never would've wasted an hour there and could've went to one of the many other highly rated urgent cares locally. I wish this review could be based off the medical treatment they provided, but I left and found another urgent care that got me in quickly and in front of a dr in a timely manner. I will never return to solar unless I have endless amounts of time to waste! read more

My husband and I (and both my parents as well) have been coming here for quite sometime. We have had nothing but excellent experience until today. My husband pulled into the parking lot at 8:45am--15 minutes before opening time at 9:00am. When he parked, he saw a lady waiting in her car next to him who had obviously arrived there first. Well, a third car pulled in right before it was time for them to open. A lady got out of her car with her son and tried to open the door--- still not open yet. My husband got out of his car and stood there to make the point that others had been there waiting before this lady and her son (not too hard to figure out, the only 3 cars parked in the Urgent Care spots). Upon opening, the lady rushed inside with her son and started putting her name down first. The other lady got out of the car and my husband held the door open for her. When my husband brought this to the attention of your front office staff--- that the lady and her son had cut in front of them, your staff ignored him and took them in first. He clearly stated to your receptionist that the other lady was first in line, then him, then the lady and her son. The receptionist completely disregarded what he said and didn't even bother to give a response. Very unprofessional. It makes us want to use the newer Urgent Care that opened a few blocks away from you. read more
