After more than two weeks with no answers, I pushed them to investigate further and discovered that they hadn't properly connected the results to my account. When I finally received results, it was only for HALF of the tests that were ordered. The other half are still missing, and now I can't get anyone to respond or help resolve the issue. This has been incredibly frustrating, stressful, and unacceptable -- especially when people are often waiting on important health information.

They come out again at 11:47 to say no one else is getting in. They were kind of rude in how they talked to everyone in the waiting area. I was obviously frustrated and upset, but that's on United Healthcare, not the people at SimonMed. In fact, the women at the front desk (Katherine and Adriana... I believe those were their names) were incredibly kind, going above and beyond to try and help me out. They called my insurance, they called my doctor, they walked me through what I needed to do to ensure I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. They made sure I was able to be seen the next day, and they did all of this with compassion, empathy, and smiles on their faces. Listen, healthcare in this country is a joke and MRIs are no fun, but let's not blame the people who are trying to help. If anything, the staff at the SR SimonMed made the situation as pleasant as possible. When I went back for my MRI, they checked in on me and even got me in and out early.
