ZERO STARS -- WORST IMAGING CENTER EXPERIENCE…read more I will NEVER use SimonMed again. Trying to get my own imaging to my doctor has been unbelievably inconvenient. SimonMed would not mail me a physical CD, so I had to physically drive to their office just to pick it up. They also would not simply email the images to my doctor's office. Instead, I had to get a physical CD and then manually deliver it to my doctor myself. What year is this? A medical imaging company should have a simple, reliable way to electronically transfer a patient's images directly to their physician. Patients should not have to act as couriers, driving around town carrying CDs between medical offices. This has been one of the worst and most frustrating healthcare experiences I've had. I absolutely regret using SimonMed and will go somewhere else for any future imaging. ZERO STARS. I strongly recommend avoiding SimonMed if having your images easily sent to your doctors matters to you.
