This a very poorly run business. They are highly unprofessional, with condescending attitudes, and very dismissive and rude. Their check in machine for which we have to touch is filthy beyond belief, disgusting. I'm here for a 1:30 appt and they are so screwed up I'm currently in the waiting room and it's 2:00. The gal inside getting labs is being asked personal questions and everybody in the waiting room can hear her as if she's in this room. Just terrible. read more

I had such a pleasant experience at labcorp, everyone was so helpful and so polite from the beginning to the end. Check in was fast and easy, everyone SHOULD GO ONLINE AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!! The whole staff was very professional and didn't seem like they were hating their lives and actually enjoyed doing their work and being there. It really makes a difference on the vibes the place gives. I ended up slightly fainting on my blood drawn and they were soo good about immediately helping me and making me feel better. I mean rushed into action, truly angels! Thank you read more

Easy walk in early morning no appt. No pain on blood draw! Clean place easy peasy will use this location for all blood draws from now on very convenient read more

I got blood drawn OVER THREE WEEKS AGO and still have not received all of my results. I contacted customer service multiple times and was initially told to "keep waiting." After more than two weeks with no answers, I pushed them to investigate further and discovered that they hadn't properly connected the results to my account. When I finally received results, it was only for HALF of the tests that were ordered. The other half are still missing, and now I can't get anyone to respond or help resolve the issue. This has been incredibly frustrating, stressful, and unacceptable -- especially when people are often waiting on important health information. read more

Poor customer service. Difficult to navigate appointments, give personal info, etc. I spent 10 minutes getting to a customer service rep. I was hung up on by a glitch in their system. Called back, and it took another 10 minutes to get to a CSA. I was on the phone with her for about 15 minutes to schedule and give my info, she excused herself and said she would be back in "a few minutes later". I waited for 10 minutes and hung up. It was after 11:30 and she must have gone to lunch. I had been there 6 months before. I had an appointment for a specific time (not a walk-in) and still had to wait 45 minutes to be taken. I will never use their services again. read more

Quick service, you self check in at the kiosk before speaking to the counter staff. Bring your license things go much faster for you. Also they are quick so even if you see a long line. Don't worry that team is ready! They do have a lunch break so make sure you make an appointment ahead of time which will help you get ahead of the line! No bruising. They care about you - great place to get blood drawn. read more

This facility is way understaffed, and as a result, it is nearly impossible to get an appointment and is impossible to get walk-in service there. The staff are overwhelmed and are given the impossible task of implementing a cruel policy for customers who are just trying to attend to their healthcare needs. To make matters worse, this attitude spills over to customers: I was physically threatened by a miserable person (a customer) in line when I asked to speak with a supervisor about their walk-in policy since the desk staff were not doing a very good job of dealing with customers. If you go here, be prepared to be treated unhelpfully by the staff, and possibly physically threatened by other customers. (The facility in Petaluma easily accommodates walk ins) read more

This location frequently closes early because of "staffing shortages." It's a major pain to fast, go there, and not get your blood drawn. I've experienced this multiple times. This last time, after seeing the Novato location was closed, I drove up to Petaluma. Location there was listed as open until 5pm. I arrived at 4:10pm only to find that location is closed. WTH!!! What a waste of time. Hopefully, another company will take over. Lab Corp has go down hill bigtime. I'm a longtime customer. read more

The nicest people work here- they are sincerely friendly, caring and professional and the lab operates so efficiently- I am in and out quickly without an appointment. So happy to choose to make the extra drive here rather than going to Greenbrae. Thank you all who work here! You guys are awesome. read more

I can't say enough good things about the staff at the Labcorp at the Novato Community Hospital. I mistakenly went to the wrong lab at the hospital, but Ben at Labcorp helped me out enormously. He spent lots of time trying to figure out why my doctor's lab order hadn't arrived and then problem-solved to help me fix the issue. It required a lot of his time, and I was incredibly grateful. Very nice, courteous, and willing to stick with the problem until it was solved. Top marks! 5 stars! read more

Tried to book an appointment online. All booked weeks out. I went in . Great staff. Didn't take long at all and I was in and out.

After an awful experience at Quest San Rafael, I had my MD transfer the lab request to LabCorp. I arrived today 25m before closing. Literally I was in and out in 7 minutes. Friendly folks, and customer focused. Great job. read more

I came in one afternoon without an appointment. This young gentleman took me in right away. I asked him what his name is. He proceeded to tell me his name is Mo. He took me into a room and greeted me in a very polite manner. I have very difficult veins and everytime to I go to a lab they have to poke me more than once and bruise me all the time. However with Mo, he found my vein really quickly and easily and did not leave a bruise at all! A lot of people underestimate young people but this man has a gift! Next time I need to go in for a blood test i'm asking for him! read more

Staff not very professional. The lady who took my blood had trouble finding a vain for blood and it hurt like hell. Plus I left crying.

Clinician not able to draw blood. Facility is more like a wearhouse. Check in procedure is unprofessional. Results don't go to MyChart

They've improved since the woman who speaks English is now doing the blood draws. Seem to be mostly on time. Not too crowded the last couple of times I went. read more

Big thanks to Kammie at the front desk at Lab Corp in Novato. She is amazing. When we were in there yesterday she was dealing with several people - including us - whose lab orders had not arrived from their physicians or were not clear. She took the time to work with every person's issues till they got resolved. Due to her efforts, the three or four people waiting all got their lab work done. She was cheerful through all the work she had to do to get the correct orders for each person waiting. Thank you, Kammie! read more

The vibes are always a little weird in here, but the staff is super friendly and quick. I've come in three times for bloodwork and I've always had a good experience. The phlebotomists listen to you, are quick with the draw and will adjust to your needs. I'm terrible with needles and always request to lay down during the blood draw as well as stay in the room for a few minutes after and they have always accommodated me. If you need to lay down, let them know because they have one room with a sitting-only chair and one room with a reclinable chair. read more

75 Rowland Way, Novato. The staff is quick and efficient, and heppy to explain things if I have questions. Asia is very helpful and informative, and excellent at drawing blood. Everyone, Ovi and Pamela are great as well. Have never had a bad experience here. They make sure that when there are several tests ordered by different doctors, that everyone is copied. read more

I've used this lab more than three times and every time it has been an awful experience. The lab work never seems to make it from the doctors office to the lab so be sure you are bringing a hard copy with you. Check their hours of operation. I went down to collect my lab items and they are closed for lunch starting at 11:30am. They sent me home with the wrong specimen kit. I collected the specimen and returned only to find out I needed an entirely different kit. I'm so frustrated. Now I won't get my results for an entire week. read more
