When it comes to punctuality, I do have to say this place is always on point when it comes to my appointments. Every time I have the same employee, which is now going on the third time I have a bad experience. She's super sweet, but she's absolutely horrible at injecting needles. I think her name is Leticia. I am in no way finicky when it comes to needles. But every time I have this particular lady, she injects me in such a way that it hurts every time, but then proceeds to have my hand in a position that she bumps her stomach into just to fill up every vile and then wonders why I'm making these faces like I can't feel the needle inside of my arm, bouncing back-and-forth every time she Sticks the vile into fill with blood. Someone really needs to do something about her techniques because it's been a couple years and she's still doing the exact same thing. I have PTSD coming to this location because her. If not at least I hope that she will read this someday and use it to better herself... even though I don't think she speaks English. Someone help this lady. read more

I gave it 1 star because I couldn't give it a zero! If you're appt is at 1 expect to leave @2:30! Sure I will expect to wait no worries but the phlebotomist are RUDE and do NOT VALUE ANYONES TIME! I set my appointment online through their website, quick and easy. A lot better than the automated system through the phone. It was empty when I got to there. They no longer ask you to sign in , now you "check in" on a tablet they have stationed in front of the check in window. It's extremely easy. Everything is kept extremely clean and well organized. Yaimara was extremely kind, she assisted me with the blood work. We spoke the entire time while she took out blood. Great customer service. read more

Beware of the attitude of the front desk personnel. Very dismissive and rude. Their Yelp says they close at 3:30 p.m. a lie. They close at 2:30 p.m. Nobody tells you that you have to make an appointment, I suggested they post that on the door at least, and they laughed and told me to go check their website. There was no need to be rude, 2 days I have traveled to this location. No wonder the Florida Governor Ron De Santis fired Quest for lack of reporting on thousands of Covid19 exams. We had an excellent experience here. My daughter is terrified of having blood drawn and IVs. The tech was in the first room on the right. I believe they called her Mari. She was the kindest, most understanding phlebotomist I have ever met! She was extremely patient and talked my daughter through the whole thing. I told her she could not retire!! read more

If I can rate this quest a zero star review I would, the workers are so but so rude to the patients. I am 8 months pregnant, I have had to come to this quest two times now for a glucose test and BOTH times have been horrible. The first time I didn't know any better and actually expected happy, out-going employees but boy was I wrong. First test comes around, I have to drink a very nasty drink (which isn't their fault) and wait an hour afterwards to be able to get my blood drawn, the person helping me did not know what she was doing. While taking my blood, it physically hurt me, two days later I had a nasty green bruise which only makes it a fact that they don't know how to take out blood. Second test comes around, I arrive at 7:04 in the morning, it's now about 9:40 and I was still waiting to be called in to be seen. Mind you, I have not eaten anything since 12 last night since the test requires so, I am starving. I then go inside to sit down because I couldn't hold standing outside any longer and the lady in the front desk whistles at me in her exact words "you can't sit there it's for appointment only" .. I was in such a shock, there was NOBODY waiting to sit down and about 5 empty chairs. I looked at her and told her "are you serious right now? I'm eight months pregnant" another individual also stands up for me and says something to the front desk lady and she continued to tell me I couldn't sit there. I get up and wait outside. I've been waiting for about 3 hours now and still no call in. Avoid this quest, these workers think that because it's a Friday they can work slow or not want to work at all!! read more

Terrible they don't care about you . I had a lot of blood taken out and wasn't even offered an alcohol wipe to smell so I wouldn't pass out . The lady was just annoyed that I was about to faint . This has been the best Quest I have ever been to. I came in by appointment and they saw me almost immediately, although I'm sure they still would have even if I didn't have an appointment. The staff is so friendly and welcoming! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, which is not even half the time I would have been waiting to be seen at other locations. I've been to at least 6 different Quest Diagnostics for Jobs and medical reasons. Every time I've gone I've experienced the staff to be a bit rude and at times rushing you, taking their time and at times even speaking to you as if you're interrupting their time, also every single time I've come back with my arm bruised up badly. However, the Quest located on SW 8th Street and 138th Ave are truly professional and very polite. I've been there 3 times and every time I go the staff is very courteous. I've yet to regret the drawing of my blood. The only thing you feel is the initial pinch. My vein hasn't been punctured and arm is not bruised up. If you need to get your blood drawn then this is the place. read more

I was told to come in early the day before just for them to make me wait over an hour until I left. On the website it says that walk ins are accepted yet the key kept turning away every walk in with an attitude. They called to PCP to notified that the test results are FAILED because the "blood was not useful", but after that my mom received the statement to pay,... Ha,ha,ha, and when I called to asked for why I needs to paid for laboratory test, than was not usefully, but " oh, divine mysterious", I called again to know what happened with my mom' s test,....
