Even though I had an appointment for 11:50 and got there 20 minutes earlier they didn't call me until a bit past noon. Not a big deal but not as fast as they advertised. If I remember correctly my technician was Leticia, she was super patience waiting for orders that didn't show in the system. I called my PCP and she sent the over and Leticia put everything in motion. The whole experience was very friendly and I felt "in good hands". read more

Quest Diagnostics - All of these for me only??? Bring them on baby! - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Miami, Florida

Very fast, only waited 5 minutes even with a full waiting room - basically in and out. I showed up at the time of my appointment. Lianet was who drew my blood and she was efficient, quick, kind and professional. Advice - don't show up early because they'll make you wait until the time of your appointment, don't try a walk in because you'll wait FOREVER. the Quest app has so many appointments, even the same day. Save yourself a headache read more

If I could give this place a 0 I will give it. worst experience ever the lady there are not professional. They treat you like if you were a piece of shit and if you get there around two 2 o'clock by the time that they are going to close, which is 230 they are rushing you I will never go there again. I do not recommend this place. read more

When it comes to punctuality, I do have to say this place is always on point when it comes to my appointments. Every time I have the same employee, which is now going on the third time I have a bad experience. She's super sweet, but she's absolutely horrible at injecting needles. I think her name is Leticia. I am in no way finicky when it comes to needles. But every time I have this particular lady, she injects me in such a way that it hurts every time, but then proceeds to have my hand in a position that she bumps her stomach into just to fill up every vile and then wonders why I'm making these faces like I can't feel the needle inside of my arm, bouncing back-and-forth every time she Sticks the vile into fill with blood. Someone really needs to do something about her techniques because it's been a couple years and she's still doing the exact same thing. I have PTSD coming to this location because her. If not at least I hope that she will read this someday and use it to better herself... even though I don't think she speaks English. Someone help this lady. read more

I set my appointment online through their website, quick and easy. A lot better than the automated system through the phone. It was empty when I got to there. They no longer ask you to sign in , now you "check in" on a tablet they have stationed in front of the check in window. It's extremely easy. Everything is kept extremely clean and well organized. Yaimara was extremely kind, she assisted me with the blood work. We spoke the entire time while she took out blood. Great customer service. read more

I gave it 1 star because I couldn't give it a zero! If you're appt is at 1 expect to leave @2:30! Sure I will expect to wait no worries but the phlebotomist are RUDE and do NOT VALUE ANYONES TIME! Don't leave work to come here quickly because it does not happen. They don't care and no care for the patience. Stay away from this location! Luckily there are others around. Please use other locations! read more

I found out the phlebotomist who yelled at my mom and grandmother was someone named Yaimira. Apparently she yells at patients & I'm not the first reviewer here who's written it. Is this really acceptable behavior in any occupation? Maybe she should find a job where she doesn't interact with people or should attend a customer service training. read more

Beware of the attitude of the front desk personnel. Very dismissive and rude. Their Yelp says they close at 3:30 p.m. a lie. They close at 2:30 p.m. Nobody tells you that you have to make an appointment, I suggested they post that on the door at least, and they laughed and told me to go check their website. There was no need to be rude, 2 days I have traveled to this location. No wonder the Florida Governor Ron De Santis fired Quest for lack of reporting on thousands of Covid19 exams. I see were the corporate cultural seems to come from. read more

We had an excellent experience here. My daughter is terrified of having blood drawn and IVs. The tech was in the first room on the right. I believe they called her Mari. She was the kindest, most understanding phlebotomist I have ever met! She was extremely patient and talked my daughter through the whole thing. I told her she could not retire!! read more

If I can rate this quest a zero star review I would, the workers are so but so rude to the patients. I am 8 months pregnant, I have had to come to this quest two times now for a glucose test and BOTH times have been horrible. The first time I didn't know any better and actually expected happy, out-going employees but boy was I wrong. First test comes around, I have to drink a very nasty drink (which isn't their fault) and wait an hour afterwards to be able to get my blood drawn, the person helping me did not know what she was doing. While taking my blood, it physically hurt me, two days later I had a nasty green bruise which only makes it a fact that they don't know how to take out blood. Second test comes around, I arrive at 7:04 in the morning, it's now about 9:40 and I was still waiting to be called in to be seen. Mind you, I have not eaten anything since 12 last night since the test requires so, I am starving. I then go inside to sit down because I couldn't hold standing outside any longer and the lady in the front desk whistles at me in her exact words "you can't sit there it's for appointment only" .. I was in such a shock, there was NOBODY waiting to sit down and about 5 empty chairs. I looked at her and told her "are you serious right now? I'm eight months pregnant" another individual also stands up for me and says something to the front desk lady and she continued to tell me I couldn't sit there. I get up and wait outside. I've been waiting for about 3 hours now and still no call in. Avoid this quest, these workers think that because it's a Friday they can work slow or not want to work at all!! read more

The people in the front desk are very unprofessional and dismissive. They do not acknowledge or greet the customers. I think that other locations are a lot better suited to deal with the public. Quest Diagnostics Headquarters should really do a personnel review of this center. L.A. Miami, FL read more

I made by appointment online and it didn't have to wait to long to be called in. Excellent service. Love the doctors there. A+

Came in with an appointment, was seen shortly thereafter. My tech was very nice and friendly and also gentle. The whole process was a breeze. I will always come back to this location. read more

This place is great to get any type of test done, I just did a pre employment test here. Mayda Rod helped me and she was very kind and helped me right away. Thank you Mayda .... any company is lucky to have her! read more

Terrible they don't care about you . I had a lot of blood taken out and wasn't even offered an alcohol wipe to smell so I wouldn't pass out . The lady was just annoyed that I was about to faint . Why work in a field with people you don't want to care for or help. So sick of this location and how uncomfortable I feel every time . read more

This has been the best Quest I have ever been to. I came in by appointment and they saw me almost immediately, although I'm sure they still would have even if I didn't have an appointment. The staff is so friendly and welcoming! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, which is not even half the time I would have been waiting to be seen at other locations. Definitely recommend this place for lab tests. read more

I checked the www site and it still says that Tues is open in their St. Johns location in Jacksonville, Fl. How hard is it to post the correct hours of operation. One hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. I was there this passed tues and it was closed. On the door it also said it was supposed to be open. read more

Is the first time that I come to this Quest Dignostics and I did not expect to recieve this treat from especially one person here I walked in and there was no one at the front desk then this lady came out saying that there was not going to be anyone at the front desk because she was working inside I just needed to ask a question but she immediately took it the wrong way to be honest I did not expect such unprofessionalisim and unethical way to treat a patient without even answering any questions and I also think that they should have someone in the front desk also I do have to admit that all the other staff was very friendly and that the place is very clean read more

I've been to at least 6 different Quest Diagnostics for Jobs and medical reasons. Every time I've gone I've experienced the staff to be a bit rude and at times rushing you, taking their time and at times even speaking to you as if you're interrupting their time, also every single time I've come back with my arm bruised up badly. However, the Quest located on SW 8th Street and 138th Ave are truly professional and very polite. I've been there 3 times and every time I go the staff is very courteous. I've yet to regret the drawing of my blood. The only thing you feel is the initial pinch. My vein hasn't been punctured and arm is not bruised up. If you need to get your blood drawn then this is the place. read more

Horrible service from the front desk staff, the blonde lady at the front was arguing with patients and dismissing every concern. I was told to come in early the day before just for them to make me wait over an hour until I left. On the website it says that walk ins are accepted yet the key kept turning away every walk in with an attitude. Other reviews have posted the same issue but apparently nobody cares to fix it. read more

I feels very disappointed with services provided. They called to PCP to notified that the test results are FAILED because the "blood was not useful", but after that my mom received the statement to pay,... Ha,ha,ha, and when I called to asked for why I needs to paid for laboratory test, than was not usefully, but " oh, divine mysterious", I called again to know what happened with my mom' s test,.... They notified that the all test were done satisfactorily!!!... Whatttttt????.... $$$$$$$$$$$ You know, you know!!! read more
