Latter they call our names to fill our information & gave us the containers for urine test. Ask if we have appointment ( that we don't) We were advise that there will be about 1 hour wait but we will be served. After 1hour we were call in for blood test & fill rest of the information that Tech needed. My wife & I ( we were taken care by different tech, mine was Vazquez) are appreciated the way this establishment works with the patient, from the sign in, Technician that took care of us letting us know the waiting time that we agreed to wait patiently ( arrive time 9:15 & leave at 10:40) :-)

I visited the clinic on 2/27/24 with an appointment. My appointment was at 8:30a and I got there at 8am, I was early so yes I did have to wait about 30ish mins but that was no problem at all. The tech I had was so incredibly patient and took great care of me. I always get extremely light headed and dizzy which I did warn her about prior. She gave me alcohol pads to smell, a cold towel on my back, plenty of water, and even fanned me to get some air. She didn't mind that I had to sit a little bit longer till the dizziness went away. Overall I do recommend this place with an appointment if not you will have to wait.

I woke up early Saturday morning to go and get some labwork done at LabCorp. I think prior this I…read morehad gone to one other LabCorp in my life on the other side of Hialeah. Since then, this one opened up and my doctor sent me here for tests. That said, this one felt so warm and cozy, at least in terms of interior design. Spacious, clean, and pretty modern with kiosks for check-in. I know this is all due to COVID-19, but I was still pretty impressed. There were lots of people there, but it didn't feel crowded and everything was easy peasy. Upon entering, I had already checked in on my mobile device, so really the only question I had was: What do I do with the paperwork my doctor gave me? I eventually got to the front and asked. Gave it to the guy at the desk, but really I could have just given to whomever attended me. Never got asked for my driver's license or insurance card, even upon leaving, but then I realized the paper I turned in had that. Well, that and my history hasn't changed, so I was clearly in the system. This is something I wish they had told me upfront rather than me realizing it. Armando ended up being my phlebotomist. He was amazing. Typically I detest getting blood drawn as I have thin veins, so it's a mission to get a vein and for it to actually drain. I'm so used to being pinched several times, but he did it one go and it was just seamless. Friendly, efficient, and perfect. All in all, a better than expected experience in Hialeah. They just need to work some minor organizational issues, and well, maybe speak some English. I didn't see one person there speaking it.
