I've trusted Labcorp for years, but my last visit was shocking. The front desk was fine and the place was clean, but the technician was cold, rude, and completely unprofessional. She ignored my greeting, avoided eye contact, spoke unpleasantly, and left me with a painful bruise on my arm. Even after I thanked her, she didn't acknowledge me. Everything has been a disaster all the other reviews are valid. Starting from the guy at the front. It's a Disaster between other suites sending people over and walk- in appointments. I waited an hour and a half like two others here. People that are trying to go for the third time to do the urine test go before you when they recently got there. I was ready to take the gone exam the entire time & mentioned it meanwhile, all the others went in front multiple times. You felt the frustration at the check in center. People were complaining & the way the order of appointments/ walk ins and priorities makes absolutely no sense! The rest of the patients were all talking about it. Overall, this place is absolutely trash. I got here at 2:21 and spent the next nine minutes walking around looking for which door would open and you can clearly see it in the security footage that I was knocking on the door before 2:30, but all the employees kept telling me. Oh no it's already 231 come again tomorrow I think as if they can't make a one minute exception for me to just pee in a cup and do the drug test. Poor staff that don't give you proper direction. I went here for fingerprints and after checking into their electronic kiosk they told me I had to go in the next room. Then it was more waiting for the fingerprint specialist. Once I was taken, the fingerprint software crashed twice while imaging my fingerprints. They had to start over from the beginning each time. Even the electronic fingerprint reader would not work properly. What a poor experience. read more

Horrible ! Indorse went to the location on 37 and they sent me to south Miami then south Miami told me they couldn't see me . And sent me to the coral way one. I sat in there office for twenty minutes after checking in and no one asked me Anything . Then ten sent me to suite 205 . The rude lab technician couldn't even acknowledge me or say good morning . We need to have blood test for our annual checkup. Our medical provider send us to this lab service. Arrived at 9:15 & sign in. Latter they call our names to fill our information & gave us the containers for urine test. Ask if we have appointment ( that we don't) We were advise that there will be about 1 hour wait but we will be served. After 1hour we were call in for blood test & fill rest of the information that Tech needed. My wife & I ( we were taken care by different tech, mine was Vazquez) are appreciated the way this establishment works with the patient, from the sign in, Technician that took care of us letting us know the waiting time that we agreed to wait patiently ( arrive time 9:15 & leave at 10:40) :-) read more

This place smells like cigarettes and a lifetime of regrets. I had to come here to give a urine sample for school. Don't touch anything and you should be fine. The seats look dirty and it seems as if this place hasn't been cleaned since they opened it. I'm not Sure if any of their other locations are any better, but this stench will literally stay on your clothes. Bring a hazmat suit. read more

This by far some of the worst service I have ever seen. Seemingly all employees look like they cant wait to get home. I also tried calling LapCorp office about 10 times and did not get a response on any of the calls. Once you enter, it would seem like LapCorp uses these tablets in front of the reception area to check-in but those are just novelty and instead you have to write your name on a sign in sheet. This led to various customers getting skipped in line and wait more than they would have needed to because the employees do not make this clear. If you want to go to LapCorp, I would try the one in Coral Gables because this one is awful! read more

This location is convenient because they open at 6:30am which gives me enough time to get to work. The regular staff , like Juan at the front desk and a few young lab techs has always been professional and pleasant to my father and I . I did have a situation ( April 2023) where a new lab tech had issues taking my father's blood which ended being a false report on his platelet count which caused a chaotic moment thinking my father was bleeding to death. But from my observation , he was not experiencing any symptoms of internal bleeding but I asked the doctor to give us another prescription in order to redo the tests and a very nice young lady ( I'm sorry I did not get her name but would not forget her face)took care of my father with ease and the results was normal as it should be. I decided that from now on I will choose the day and time especially early morning of who will take care of my dad to avoid this situation of happening again. But I still support the staff that has been kind and professional throughout the years. read more

Honestly don't see why the poor reviews. I had a 1030 appointment online. arrived at 9am and asked if I could check-in and they said yes. They had a great system in place of first taking urine sample to keep things moving and I was in and out in 20 minutes. All of the staff was courteous and very professional. As to those writing about being treated poorly because they did not speak English. I speak English and was treated nicely. Sure sometimes I had to ask them to repeat things, but as long as your nice I think you will receive great service. read more

I haven't had to step into drug testing facilities, and when I have it has been for new job employment. I can count with one hand the times that I have been tested. None the less it's always been Labcorp. Usually in my previous experiences the lab tech are edgy and treat everyone coming in as if they are all trying to sneak in or hide the fact that they are on drugs. One time I was padded down and made me empty my pockets. They made me leave my wallet and my keys outside. The experiences have been quite unpleasant as one time I had a male technician right outside my door. I'm already toilet shy so that wasn't any better. When I came to this facility I was expecting the same treatment, on the other hand I was in and out in five minutes. I didn't want to wait so I was there as they opened the doors. No one padded me down or looked into my pockets. The lady technician was very courteous and respectful. She treated me as a person and not as a criminal. It was nice for a change. She actually thanked me for being quick. Apparently some people go and have issues voiding a sample and take forever in the stalls. She was very professional, sealed everything in front of me and labeled everything correctly. I left happy that I didn't have the long wait and I didn't feel pressured, assaulted or like a drug user. read more

The technician only needed to confirm with the company but refused because she was "too busy to make a phone call". I told her that I had to air travel for that and she responded indifferently. I come in and there's a few people standing around a nurse and a single check in, while there's other checkins so I go around and check in lmao. I guess I was supposed to know, it being my first time here that I'm supposed to wait for everyone to go to the one machine? Why would you have 3 machines in that case with big signs that say check in? Then he decides to be rude to me and tell me I'm cutting the line once I'm finished. In 205 extremely rude woman by the name of Pilar who collects the urine samples. My friend and I get there and today as it was the only day she could take the test. She left work early to come to the test since they close at 3, so we sign in at 2:30 and take a seat and wait. No one is at the front so you have to wait for someone to come to the front and get you. So the lady comes and claims that we haven't been waiting there and the sign in sheet specifically says 2:30.. so my friend is drinking water and the lady starts rushing her saying come on water isn't going to help. So my friend goes to fill the sample and she wasn't able to fill it all the way because she didn't have enough water.... so the lady throws away her pee sample and tells her sorry you have to come another day and my friend asks her can I have more water and you take the other people that are in the waiting room? And she tells her do you want me to write a bad comment?... what kind of service is that??? So she was rushing everybody else that was waiting and locked the door because God forbid she leaves work after 3 pm... absolute terrible customer service. I had an appointment for 1:30. Arrived at 1:20. There was no one in the office. I signed in and signed in through their register machine. I was not greeted by anyone to instruct me to do so but I assumed to do this. I could hear a lady speaking on her phone to someone about personal matters and then when the call was over I hear her on the internet scrolling through different misc. videos. After waiting 10 minutes, she came out and asked me if I was ready for the exam. I stated I was. I walked in, she gives me a cup and tells me to do it fast. When I walked in the bathroom, it was dirty from previous client. I asked if I could flush and she immediately said no. I tell her it was dirty and so she came in and flushed it herself. I completed the exam. She then goes on her mobile phone once more and was speaking to someone in Spanish about personal matters all while pointing at me to sign the papers. She doesn't tell me, she pointed at me to do all this. Not once did she get off the phone to speak to me. The entire time on her phone speaking about her personal things. Walked in and the front desk was empty, after 8 minutes someone showed up and I told her I had an authorization form for a drug test and before I could finish, she cut me off and relied strictly in Spanish to sign in with the musty and visibly dirty clip board and wait to be called. I waited for 20 minutes before just getting up and leaving because you could see they were much nicer to people that were Cuban than any other person that showed up. I arrived as early as I could for a two hour glucose test that had to be done while fasting. I thought I'd have to wait forever and be starving when I left. Got there 7:15am and by 7:30am the first blood was drawn. Blood had to be drawn twice more on the hour. I was leaving at 9:30am. They were very efficient, really nice and helpful. Everyone that I saw come in after me were also treated kindly, wth respect and taken care of very efficiently and timely. I've already recommended the place to my family for lab tests. read more
