I've been coming here for years. I went in through have three x-rays done because I had a fall and the lady that took care of me. She was super rude to me and I didn't like her. She was correct criticizing me and everything. I think it's the worst x-ray I ever done in my life, but I've had other procedures done there and they've been really good and fast like a CT scan MRI mammogram I come here to do this x-ray and it was the worst x-ray. Horrible service ! Had an appointment for 2:15 , arrived at 1:50 and was called at 4:20. I would like to express my concern regarding the way appointments are being handled at your office. I understand that medical clinics can experience unexpected delays. However, I find it very frustrating to make an appointment for a specific time and then have to wait an unreasonable amount of time to be seen. What is especially concerning is seeing patients who arrive as walk-ins being called in before patients who already have scheduled appointments. This makes me question the purpose of making an appointment and feels unfair to those of us who make the effort to arrive on time and respect your clinic's schedule. I believe patients' time should be respected just as much as and staff's time. If there are going to be significant delays or if walk-in patients are routinely going to be seen before scheduled appointments, patients should be informed ahead of time. I hope the office will review its scheduling procedures and find a way to better respect appointment times and improve communication with patients. I am bringing this up because I believe patients deserve a more organized and respectful experience. read more

#1: Shocked it has a low rating. (???) #2: HUGE savings to go as "I have no insurance" person. Very low price for an MRI. My United Healthcare was to charge me x4 this cost. #3: Very easy to sign-in, wait in car with puppy, get my MRI completed in less than 20 mins. Awful!!!! and "buyer beware"... make sure you confirm directly with your insurance if CMG contacted them with a claim or not. I was told my insurance didn't cover anything for a nerve conduction study due to my deductible, only to discover that they NEVER contacted my insurance, because they prefer to directly bill the patient, versus go through your insurance. Horrible experience and no one ever responded to my numerous calls requesting verification of their claim to my insurance, because they NEVER contacted them. Go anywhere else for a diagnostic test... Quality of patient care is horrible and they have no consideration for us! Management is crap and doesn't even call you back after leaving several messages in office and via phone. After 3 appts I still have not had my MRI and they keep changing appts without calling. Overall, I dont know how this place is run and how its open. Horrible place. Went in at 7:30am on a Thursday and was told I did not have an appointment yet I have confirmation text. Then then scheduled it for the Saturday at 12:45pm and the technician left so early so I was not able to my test. The girl in the front needs better people skill bc she then said well do you need it rescheduled. I said well yes obviously I need to do my test. Then she checked in the computer and apparently there is an appointment for later in the month that I did not book. There system is messed of, thee are super booked they are no organized and they are running this place like a place in a third world country. Horrible. Had to take my mother here for several MRIs. None of the staff spoke English when I called to ask if it was a 3T magnet. Thankfully, I speak Spanish. On her way out , she requested copies of her images since this is what I do for a living and I wanted my radiologist back home to review the scans. They told her they could not accept a credit card so she paid cash. They did not have change and instead of giving her the CDs for free they kept the change . When another facility tried importing the images the CD did not work. I called to speak with a manager and was never put through to anyone in charge. Instead I was transferred to a medical records custodian and was told that perhaps it was the computer. However, we were importing it directly into a PACs server and it was saying that there were 14 images in the exam when an MRI of the knee should have close to 160 images. I called and explained the experience that my mother had and he said that he did not believe that someone had kept her $20. I then requested another CD be made at no additional charge for my mother to pick up. Mind you I only ever spoke with people who spoke Spanish. Good luck going here if you are a non-Spanish-speaking person or you don't have the right amount of change$$$ I also reached out via email and it was kicked back as an invalid address. Rather than keep trying on the other hand, he asked another tech to do the second attempt, which was successful. I had a mammogram Sept 2020. My physician wants the films/disc to compare changes. The medical records attendant said 'not available for 2019 & 2020'. That's was the extent of her concern. When I asked further, the attendant said films are 'in a cloud'. I should call back to see IF they can be retrieved. No office manager available this week for me to speak to, so I must wait until next week. Incredibly POOR patient service. Alex, office manager is expected next week.....stay tuned folks. I called on 1/16 to make an appointment for 1/23. I arrive for my MRI and am told while I'm there that they don't take my insurance and I have to pay $250 if I want the scan done. When I asked why I wasn't called in advance because I had to hire a babysitter to make this appointment and drive through traffic for this appointment, the receptionist just kept reading whatever note the insurance verifier left on my file about them not taking my insurance. I didn't ask what the note said, I asked why I wasn't called and that was never answered. She then proceeds to tell me I can pay $250??? Why would I pay $250 when I have insurance and the "insurance verifier" should have called me, text me, emailed me, sent a damn pigeon with a letter stating they don't take my insurance. What an absolute waste of time. There has to be a gas leak in that office because the brain cells of the staff are dying. I should have read the reviews beforehand. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. read more

Don't usually write bad reviews but the amount of frustration this place has created is beyond reason. 40 minutes on the phone to make an appt, making all efforts to speak Spanish and make it convenient for them. Called me a 3h later to move the appt, I said that I can't move it and need to maintain initial appt. Was having a bad day, my mom is very sick so it's frustrating getting her out of the house. Upon arriving I was at a breaking point, but the ladies who attended me made me forget about any and all problems I had. Both Yolanda and Ana were my audience and shared concern and empathy. Amazing personnel is what they are. I spoke to their supervisor and told her she should be very happy to have such amazing souls working there. Props to Evie for taking care of my mom during X-rays . Me voy a hacer vieja esperando aquí por un salao ultrasonido. No entiendo nada. Nunca más vengo aquí.

I went there to get a Bone Densitometry Exam (DXA) on 6/16/2025. The report I received only gave me two T-scores: for my lumbar spine L1-L4 and left femoral neck. It didn't report on total left hip, my right total hip and right femoral neck. I called to ask about these things and was told by the 3 different people I spoke with that it is up to the radiologist what he reports. Even though I requested a report that included my total hips and right femoral neck, I was refused the information. I was told that my doctor would have to call if she had a problem with the report. This is ridiculous. It's my body and I have the right to receive the information I paid for. How can they only tell me what the score is for a portion of my left hip, and nothing about my right hip. Reports I have from DXA scans I've had in other places are much more complete, analyzing both hips, at least, and sometimes even separating the vertebrae. At the very least CMS should have analyzed both total hips and both femoral necks. It's very disappointing that they don't have a standard of service, leaving it up to the radiologist to report what he feels like reporting. Makes me wonder if a radiologist even looked at the scan or if the technician that did the scan made a mistake and that is why there's nothing on the report about my right side... I definitely will never go back to this place and caution anyone else who wants a complete DXA scan about going there. read more

Waited 1 1/2 hours in the waiting room. There was only one woman in the entire place ...manning the desk, phones, and performing the tests. She was very very nice, however. They told me they would send the EEG results to my neurologist and if there was anything wrong, I would be called. My neurologist never received the results even after CMS said they would send them... FIVE TIMES! I was on pins and needles worrying about the results. I left 4 voicemail messages and 2 with a woman that answered the phone. When I was transferred to the EEg dept it went straight to voicemail. NOBODY called me back. They had a million excuses why the results weren't sent. I also asked to be emailed an invoice, which never happened. Finally 10 days later they emailed me the results and invoice and I have to fax the results to the neurologist becasue now they are having trouble with their fax. I obviously dont have a fax machine so I have to figure something out. WORST experience ever! The only reason I went here was the EEG machine at my neurologist' office was broken. I'd rather wait a year for it to be fixed than go to CMS again! read more

Umm. Sitting here in a room beyond full, chair arm length apart, as people are wary by masks however they please. A room where people are coughing. At least 40 people. Customer service, non existent. Constant coughing. A place where the VA is sending their veterans to for mammograms. I thought the va was bad, this is giving it a run for title, For sure. Please clean up this place. Get some people who know some English. Mind you, I'm Hispanic. Get competent staff that speaks English. Endless gossip at the front desk. Ure signing paperwork at the front, hitting elbows with the person next to u signing. Clean something. The coughing is terrible! Update: the lady behind me has taken off her mask, arguing with her insurance company. Can someone please follow up with this place and Covid precautions. Unfortunately, we are here for treatment. Would like to know I left with what I came with and that I didn't contract anything deadly, as I'm already disabled and no other choice but to be here. People on the phones calling to get their Covid results, as they are coughing. Bringing down their masks to speak. Beyond grotesque. Update: my exam. As I was getting ready for a mammogram, forced to speak in Spanish because the tech knows no English. She asked if my injuries as a veteran was worth it for this country? A woman, who obviously has a right to not speak the national language, has asked me, a veteran who has lost function of both upper limbs and a intestine to my country. I simply stated, I would do it again, for someone from another country, speaking another language, expressing an opinion contrary to mine, to have the freedom to do so. Made an appointment twice and both time after being left a voicemail where they clearly state 8 am, I call to confirm my appointment and they say 9:30am. I told the person that I was assured and asked multiple times when making the appt that I could only go at 8am since I have two test. I waited over a month for another appointment because I was understanding that things might happen but a second time is unacceptable.They have no care for their patient and changed the time without even asking the patient most likely to accommodate another patient who called way after I made and assured my appointment. As someone who worked in scheduling before, this is completely unacceptable. Taking advantage of sick people is wild. Now I must lose a day of work and allow this to happen because of the need of the exam. First and last time I'll be coming here. Unacceptable. read more

I know it is a truth universally accepted that we are bound to have to wait, when it comes to the doctors, but all I can say is that having an appointment at 4pm and then being told that in reality I won't have my MRI done till approx 5:15 is a bit much, especially since I had to leave work early. I got up to ask how much longer and the lady basically said that that's how it is. That MRIs take longer, but I had previously called and I was told that it wouldn't take long. Seeing that I had to leave work early to get here on time, being late to me is unacceptable. I don't mind a minor wait, but at this point I lost time at work for nothing. Now what makes up for it was the tech. Such a nice man and very patient in explaining. He made sure I was comfortable during the mri. read more
