Love getting blood drawn, say no one ever. However, this location makes it painless and a breeze, in n out within 15 minutes without an appointment. The staff here are well trained and are highly organized. They are located in the same shopping center as Cravings and Michael's. Upon entering, there are two iPads to sign in, after signing in they ask for the doctor order form and your name is displayed on the tv screen so you know exactly how many people are ahead of you. Love how friendly the staff are and how they make the task for painless. Took my son who is 14 months for bloodwork and he didn't even shed a tear. read more

Staff is rude when you ask questions about appointments and the system, even though there is no sign displayed letting people know about the new policy. An elderly couple came in asking if they can make an appointment for a later day or if they could come in earlier too book one and they were denied saying they have to call or book online. I made an appointment to drop off a time-sensitive sample. The center's computers were down and could not serve another if they didn't print and bring in the paperwork. No signs were posted about this, so I checked in from the app and sat down. I waited 30 minutes before I went to the front to find out what was happening. There are no other appointments available nearby, and my sample is going to expire. I will have to come out of pocket again! I don't know how can a place hire people that's so UTTERLY INCOMPETENT AND DIMWITTED. I have the same insurance for more than 2 years. My family has been coming to this lab in multiple occasions. Today when my husband stopped by for some lab work, he was told that they don't accept Anthem Blue Cross HMO there, and he has to call his insurance company to see which labs he can go to. She also said she had never seen insurance cards like his before. Really? HIS RECORD IS IN THEIR SYSTEM! Was it her first day working there?! He called our insurance provider and sure enough, Quest Diagnostics is one of the labs that is covered by our insurance. read more

I unfortunately had a very bad experience with this location today. They were unable to find a registration number for a test that was ordered by my employer. The staff helping me only made one attempt to try to resolve this issue before sending me out to call my employer. I returned and they took a very long time to tend to me again, even though I had an appointment much earlier. I had to speak to 3 staff members before being seen again. The issue turned out to be with Quest's system; this could have been figured out much, much earlier if the staff had even attempted to troubleshoot my issue before sending me away and neglecting to adhere to my appointment time. A lot of my time was wasted here by an incompetent and lazy staff. Moreover, the way negative reviews here are addressed seems generic and impersonal. read more

The service was perfect. Location is great. There's plenty of places to eat after fasting. Waiting area is huge. Plenty of parking. The technician that took my blood did a great job. I hope it stays like that. I went there at 2pm, and the place was almost empty. If you don't want to wait, go at that time. Stay away from the one in Pomona. One tech there sucks at drawing blood. I was so disappointed and upset with the service. I made the appointment and even showed up early. My order was electronically sent. However their system wasn't showing up for whatever the reason may be. I called my Dr. And even had her nurse on speaker while trying to speak with the staff to clarify and let them know the order was indeed sent. When I explained maybe there is an error in their system, I was met with blunt comments that there was nothing they could do to accommodate. The nurse on speaker was letting them know she confirmed it was sent this morning and needed to be done today. But again I was told no, and that at this point of couldn't even wait as a walk In (they didn't close for 2 more hours, and I was willing to wait). I am a nurse myself and try not to be impatient but it was so obvious they weren't even listening to what myself and the nurse from the clinic was saying on the phone. After everything was said and done, I was able to see the proof from the clinic that the order was indeed sent electronically. (I have a copy of the electronic order showing it was sent to Quest). It was disappointing and frustrating that I wasn't helped in any manner: I was willing to wait, I had proof that I wasn't lying but they would even try to re-verifying, or speak directly the clinic or even let me be a walk-in if they faxed it over to them despite it already being sent. I had three different staff members walk up and then walk away without even taking a second to actually listen. It's understandable that there is stress being felt in the medical field right now but to be frank professionalism is still a necessity. read more

This place is ridicules. Arrived early am and the monitor with the times is not working. They have two kiosk and one not working, but you have know way of knowing because there is no sing on the machine. The waiting is packed with over 20 people and the notice on the door states maximum occupancy is 20 people. Efficient check-in process. You enter your information on one of two iPads on the front desk, and wait until your number is called on the tv screen. I only waited for 5 mins on a weekday, mid-morning. The facility is clean and cool during summer days. The restrooms are also very well maintained. The nurses taking blood are warm and professional. The only issue I had was that they don't wash their hands between patients. All the nurses do the entire day is draw blood, you would think washing their hands would be necessary and good practice. But they don't. Hand sanitizer and gloves is their protocol. I explained to my nurse that I needed her to wash her hands, and she was understanding and did so. Thank you for that! Went to drop off a lab slip and what I witnessed while waiting was absolutely disgusting behavior from the employees towards an elderly couple who were easily in there 80's. They did not have an appointment which they didn't know they had to make. In fact I didn't even know I had to make an appointment until I happen to call because it's not on the paperwork the doctor provided. They were rudely turned away without any chance of trying to help them. Embarrassed them abs sent them on there way with there now expired sample they had to turn in. The fact you can treat the elderly like that is disgusting and so unprofessional. I will not be returning based off your employees lack of professionalism and compassion towards others and the elderly. They were rude to me as well! Got there a little early and made me wait the 5 minutes until my appt time to literal drop off a cup of pee that's time sensitive! This place is a joke! Save your time and go else where. read more

I had to do a preemployment drug test for a job they told me to just walk in anytime so I did. When I got there I had to wait which was perfectly fine. I was here for over an hour at this point and was next in line when I got a phone that my grandfather was in the ICU unresponsive. Tears were immediate, not wanting to be that person I tried to wait a few minutes as I was next anyways. Well I wasn't being called and I went up asking if I could just take the test since all I need to do is pee in a cup right? I explained my situation (at this point I'm crying and distraught with the news) with people overheating and saying I could go next and the man I was talking to told me it's not his problem and that I could leave. I sat down putting in another 5 minutes of wait time in which they called the person after me and the workers refusing to look my way. The workers are lower than low. The tech pricked her on BOTH arms a total of FIVE times to get a sample and she ended up developing a bruise. She even moved the needle while it was still inserted. No apology was given. I've been to this location many times because it's close to my house and I always say I'll never go back. This time, however, I'll never go back! Every part of this place is dirty and disgusting and they don't manage time well. This last time I was there, I had 11 vials drawn. The technician, Griselda, took 40 minutes to input info into the computer and print out labels while I sat in the freezing cold room. Seriously ridiculous! She even went to get an extra ream of paper while I was sitting there waiting. She wasn't out if paper! When she drew blood, she poked me very hard for no reason. My vein is always easy to get. When she switched the vials, she did not hold it steady and it was very painful. Then when she was done, she reached way across herself to get a gauze square, moving the needle even more!! They have a VERY BAD SET UP!! One of my vials almost rolled off the counter. What a nightmare! This morning I went to the Upland location for blood work and the set up is SO much better. I was impressed with the efficiency of this lab. They open at 7:30 and we arrived at 7:15 and was already 10 deep in line. It was a holiday so I guess others had the same idea to come early. I was worried this was going to take a long time. Once they opened, i only waiting 5 minutes until it was our turn to checkin. They took care of your insurance and everything right then and there. Then part of your name shows up on a screen with your wait time. 3 minutes. They had ample staff so they were getting everyone in and out quickly. This is not our usual lab but it was a pleasant surprise at how well they run it. If we have the need again, will definitely use this office again. read more

I recently had some blood work done at this location. I arrived without an appointment in hopes of being able to be seen within a reasonable amount of time. Lucky for me the place was completely dead. Once I checked in I think I waited 5 minutes before I was called back. My phlebotomist was nice, welcoming, and personable. I get a little nervous when having to get blood drawn. She was gentle and able to get my vein on the first shot. It was probably one of the best experiences of getting my blood drawn. Not to mention the office was very clean and neat. I will definitely use this location again. read more

Came about 20 minutes earlier than my appointment time (Friday morning) and they were able to get me in and out before my appt time. Very poor customer service!! Also, this location will not answer their phones, or give an option to speak to a live representative when you call the listed number. They changed their hours, so no more appointments after 4pm, and they eliminated Saturday appointments. Very difficult to get a blood test now, if you work week days and get off after 4pm. I'm sure the schedule changes were due to Covid, but most other businesses, have now started operating at regular hours. I guess I'll have to switch over to Lab Corp. read more

I like that you can check yourself in on the iPad and the wait time is always minimal even when it appears like they are very busy. From the moment I walked inside, I signed in on the tablet & on the tv monitor it said my name & the approximate wait time, which was 7 minutes. I was called to the front to provide my insurance information & then waited about 2 minutes before I was called to the back. The KIND girl that helped me was KYLIE! She was AMAZING! Now, I have had horrible experiences at lab corp which has caused my fear of needles in general but KYLIE walked me through what she was going to do & was GENTLE! I felt so calm & relaxed I barely felt the needle go in & it was a smooth blood draw! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! Thank you QUEST DIAGNOSTICS for making my experience so amazing! read more
