Sign says it closes at 4:30 and I get here at 3:38 and it's already closed..... wtf what a waste of time

You can never get a human., this is ridiculous.. I need the fax number... need to be able to get this information.. makes everything difficult... read more

Horrible experience! Although no pain and bruise after drawing the blood, later they called and told me they used the wrong tube to collect the blood work!! They asked me to go back and draw the blood again. Ridiculous, will never go back! read more

Was told they are making appointments to have one person in at appointed time due to Covid 19. However, when I got there , there was plenty people waiting in waiting room and 4 others outside waiting to be called. The nurses was helpful and nice but was not at all a "One person at a time" appointment. read more

Started coming here the past month as my daughter needs to get constant blood work done. I only like the fact that it is located close by but customer service wise, not too happy with the poor service we have received. For example, I was trying to call in to check if they had received my daughter neurologist orders the other day before coming in the next day. It had taken me over 20 mins to get through the phone!!! That's just not ok at all. The actual techs that draws the blood are friendly but not the front desk staff. They act like they always have a bad day. Just bitter all the times. read more

Worst customer service, had to do mandatory drug screen and was turned away. Told to return in 2 hours

Pretty small place but has a big enough waiting room. There wasn't anyone at the desk to greet you and instead, they have these big ipad looking screens and expect you to sign in that way. I'm tech savvy so i got the picture, but for the elderly, they might not get it and just wait at the front desk till someone greets them. I got my blood drawn and it was a pretty easy in and out process, i was in and out in about 20 minutes with no appointment. I have good veins so the girl got it in one shot, only thing about it is that she left me with a very big bruise a few days later. I dont know what she did wrong but it was hurting a while. Also most of my family is in the medical field and when they saw where she drew the blood from, every single one of them questioned the location she chose. I guess its not a spot you would typically go for first? Maybe she was new? I dont know. I didnt catch her name either. But its been about a week now and the bruise is still there. I will post a photo of it. read more

Quest Diagnostics - This is a week after i got my blood drawn, 2nd and 3rd day is when it looked its worse. - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Chino, California

Went in to do a glucose 3 hr test at opening and they couldn't find it. Called the dr when they opened and it's been in the system. Tried calling the place and you just get a run around by machine, so I came back in the afternoon and my order is in the system. Whoever helped me in the AM is incapable and needs to be retrained. read more

When I check in to register, presented my med insurance cards. Clerk took down all informations and had me waited for an hour, only to tell me by another staff that they don't accepts either of med insurances, ugh....here I'm in pain n needed medical attention; so I asked if they can refer me to another med office nearby; nurse handed a flier listed the med facilities; that was helpful! Wished the front office clerk had knowledge of which insurances are accepted in the first place. Overall they're nice workers. read more

As a union member i have to be coming in for drug tests and waits are always long AND longer than expected

I would recommend going to a different quest location. I have been there 5 times and 4 times they have screwed something up. They type the wrong code or they lost my paperwork that the doctor sent across. The inside smells like food and the bathroom is filthy. Good luck if you deside to go to this location off Roswell. read more

I've been coming here for 6 months now, and I have yet to meet any associates who were rude or unfriendly. For a 7am start, they are very friendly! Even on Thanksgiving eve, I was in and out in 30-40 mins or so. I really appreciate the early hours and hassle free service. I'm sure they get busier during the day, but that's expected with the number of people they serve. read more

Had an appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. Didn't expect to be called early, but expected to be called pretty close to my appointment time because why make an appointment if they're just gonna call you whenever they want anyway? I got called almost 30 minutes PAST my appointment time. The screen shows all the people waiting and I was the only one with an appointment. Everyone else showed walk-in. They just kept calling walk-in people over and over instead of calling me. The lady checking you in was rude and short tempered and irritated with me when I accidentally gave her my ID instead of my insurance card. The only saving grace (and reason for 2 stars instead of 1 star) was that the guy who took my blood was kind and very good at his job. My recommendation is go to the Diamond Bar Quest. They actually call appointments first, or at the actual appointment time, and they're always friendly from the front staff to the people who draw blood. I prefer that location and only went to chino hills cuz it was closer to my house. Not worth saving the drive time. Don't bother with this location. read more

Apparently this is a new location. To my surprise it is close to home (Chino Hills) and when I arrived at 9am, there was absolutely no wait. I checked in, the moment I took a seat my name was called. This location is spotless and the staff was friendly. I had over 10 vials drawn for an upcoming surgery. The technician was kind. Hoping this location will not be as crowded as the others. read more

I had so many lab works with Arcadia Quest Diagnostics Lab never once had a bruise. This time I try out This lab and did not expect her technique did not meet the standard. I asked Tech to cross check if she has all my tests down since there are only 3 tubes of blood were drawn. She looked at me for a second before she replied. I m disappointed with the Tech skill. read more

This place is a joke the people that work here are dumb as rocks. They have no communication skills what so ever as far as receiving orders from the MD they say ohh we never got them, ok maybe once but three times. read more

I'll give you some advice to expedite the process. When I go into a quest diagnostics I get there an hour early and stand directly in front of the door. I then get out my doctors orders, insurance card, and photo ID. I'm the first one there I get in get out and enjoy the rest of my day. Please don't complain if you get there late and there's a long line if you don't like to wait in line like I don't like to wait in line then either make an appointment or get there an hour early besides that don't complain read more

I come here every year to get my wellness exam and blood work done. They are always busy so I usually set up an appointment ahead of time. Today, I came in without and appointment and when I got here I was told the wait was 45 minutes. Which, I thought wasn't bad. So, I signed in at 9:15am and the lady called me back up for verification and 9:30am. The office is clean, from what I observed during my wait. The staff appeared efficient and busy, unlike most clinics or doctors office I have been to. I'm curious to see if they are as efficient as they appear... And if all goes well as planned, the visit shouldn't take any longer than 10 mins. So let's see if they can get me out of here by 10:15am!! read more

I always make an appointment online before going and it is so easy. I've been to this location probably 4 times this year for blood work and I hate needles so keep that in mind with my review. I have a new doctor that does the lab work at their office and I have never been so bruised! Next time they request lab work I am going to ask if I can go to Quest. Seriously, this quest location is almost seamless, no bruising (or pain) and everyone there that I've had contact with is nice. read more

I made an appointment to have lab drawn today. Got there 5 mins before. Their computers are down and told me that they can have another facility fax them their orders. Waited 30 mins, then they call me saying they can't get a hold of my doctor to get orders. Why tell me you trying to call another facility when all they did was call my doctor. Then they offer me to schedule an appointment at a different date. Horrible service. Poorly managed. If this wasn't my nearest location and my insurances covers other lab companies I would not be here ever again. read more

Two times in a row they lose my order and say they never received it. The first time, the girl ended up finding it but still wasted my time and made me look like a liar. I wasted an hour today and had to leave to get another order sent. They are horrible at managing documents so bring a back up. read more

Omg. So this place is designed to be a health care and drug testing clinic. Simple enough. But the first two people I see behind the counter are beyooond obese. Honestly, presentation matters. If you were selling doughnuts this would be acceptable, but for "health care professionals" I find it to be a bit repulsive. read more

Really friendly staff , I'm so use to poor customer service that I usually expect rude customer service . But I was shocked that they were actually friendly and helpful. It's very clean and very organized as well. I was in and out of there in no time! read more

Finally after visiting for the fourth time, they told me they did have my info from my doctor after them telling me their fax machine was broken. Apparently they had it the first time and they told ME it was my fault and I confused the lady so she didn't know where to look... What kind of customer service is that blaming a customer. This place does not know what they are and and their fax machine is still broken too so your doctors won't be able to contact this location directly. Just glad I can finally get out of this place... read more

awesome service very friendly didn't have an appointment and was out in less than 30 mins just moved to chino this is our new home for lab testing thank you again read more

This is a great new location. I had my blood drawn this morning and it was a very pleasant experience. Very clean and quick service. I would highly recommend this facility. read more

Went to this location this morning for routine lab work. My appt time was 9:45a and the wait time was less than expected but I had an appointment -- thank goodness -- because the place was packed. The front desk was friendly and efficient. The technician who drew my blood was nice but very robotic. When she was done collecting the last vial she rattles off instructions on how to leave a urine sample and hands me four packets of "cleansing" wipes. Really? I ask her if I need all four and she says "yes". Well, after using two I was done and when leaving I left two packets at her station and was about to step through the door when she asked "you didn't use all of them"? I said "no." She said "the sample will be wrong because you needed to use all of them." I looked at her like I had a big question mark on my face and she continued "the samples change and that's why we give you four wipes to get a more accurate reading. Do you want to give another one or do you want to go with this one?" What-the-Heck? I replied "I'll go with this one." I wished she would have offered this explanation in the beginning instead of handing me a fistful of wipes and saying "use them all." By the way, she threw the unopened wipes in the trash can (so wasteful). read more
