My daughter was sick and on a Saturday we were able to get right in. The PA was getting ready to go on lunch so they were very upfront with the weight which wasn't that bad at all. The office was clean and the physicians assistant was very efficient and did not do any unnecessary tests. We were in and out so fast with exactly what we needed. I highly recommend this urgent care and I'm very satisfied with our experience.

And told me its been awhile since they had seen me that they need to see me so I made an appointment on Thursday just need a few pills to get me by. Said they would let me know. No call Monday called them today Tuesday with much higher blood pressure and they said they pass it through seeing I have an appointment in two days. Called cvs and nothing has been placed. A few days before rhe appointment, their system asked me to confirm the appointment, and the next day they said they do not give that shot. The exact same thing happened today. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago for an important vaccine. Again, their system asked me to check-in, and today, 45 minutes before my appointment, they called me to tell me they were out of that vaccine, that they had used the last one. I've been.going there for years. I was satisfied, but now, it is obvious, there are having problems, and it's time for me to go somewhere else where they are more organized, better staffed, and where the main doctor is visible.

It's my first time here, I try to get to the location and due to some insurance mishaps my appt location and time had been changed a few times. I arrived to the Crossroads location and quickly found out I arrived to the wrong one. Rushed over and even CALLED the front desk to let them know I was arriving late as a courtesy. As I walk in the front girl screening the appt just started repeating over and over how I was late and the tone was just annoyed right off the bat. Even another lady trying to come in was given attitude so quick too, but watched her as she picked and chose who to be nice to when walking in and out. She told me to scan the QR code posted up front to fill out all my info. Surprisingly it didn't take long. They also had free wi-fi so that helped a lot. Right after completion, I was again impressed of how fast I was taken in, literally 2 minutes after I finished my intake forms. After taking my vitals, I was taken to an exam room, everything is brand new and it's super clean. Immediately after the PA came in. He was friendly, thorough and to the point. My prescription was sent right away to my local pharmacy and given all my postcare info. I was in and out of there in less than 30 min. I love that, easy no stress visit, and got what I needed, this is perfect for busy people or in a time crunch. They just opened April 1st so probably not a lot of people know about this place yet. I live right by here, so I knew about it before they opened. After a few days I got an automated follow up text to see how I was doing. I thought I was ok but a few days after my condition got worse so I returned after 6 days. Same easy check in. Different front office staff from the first visit, but same friendly greeting upon arrival and exit. I did observe only 1 other patient in the waiting room for both visits. Lucky me! This second visit (on a Sunday afternoon) I was even more impressed and happy because my PA was very knowledge, thorough and very personable. My appointment was a bit longer this time, and she asked my permission for ai transcription as she spoke all her findings out loud. I'm wondering why the last PA didn't do that. But not complaining. Usually urgent cares are quick and to the point, no small talk so I'm used to that. But I really felt like everything was addressed in a compassionate, caring, very thorough way with my PA today. I could tell she's highly experienced. Her examination was even better and more thorough than some of my other specialty doctors I see! Her name is Monica Williams. I know providers are all different, but overall so far my experiences here get better every visit. Trust me, I'm immunocompromised so I'm a regular at these places!

Unfortunately, I just can't. Our appointment was at 9:00 AM, but from the moment we walked in, we waited over an hour and a half before my mother was finally seen by a doctor--even though there were hardly any patients in the clinic. A staff member took us into an exam room and told us the doctor would be in about 10 minutes, but we ended up waiting another hour. I finally had to walk out and ask how much longer it would be before a doctor hurried out of an empty exam room next door and came to see us. The doctor seemed completely unsure about my mother's condition and did not appear knowledgeable or confident. He simply pointed out things that were already obvious to us and ordered an ultrasound. Unfortunately, the frustration didn't end there. When we arrived at the imaging center, they told us the ultrasound order was incorrect and that they couldn't determine what examination the doctor was actually requesting. As a result, the imaging center had to repeatedly contact the urgent care to clarify the order. We have already been waiting another 40 minutes, and as I write this review, we still don't know how much longer we will have to wait. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Long wait times, poor communication, an inexperienced doctor, and an incorrect imaging order caused unnecessary delays, wasted our time, and added even more stress to my mother's situation. Please think twice before coming here. Based on our experience, I find it very difficult to believe that the large number of glowing 5-star reviews accurately reflects the quality of care we received.

This Providence Urgent Care is a good urgent care to visit. After spraining an ankle a week before…read moremy visit, and having it not get better, I decided to get it checked out to make sure it was not fractured. I reserved my spot in line from home before I drove there. Check in was quick and easy since I already reserved my spot. I was able to see Lisa Park, their nurse practictioner within 15 minutes. Ms. Park was able to to examine my ankle and sent me to the suite next door for X-rays. She told me to continue to RICE the injured ankle, and to take ibuprofen. She explained to me the time frames for healing. Unfortunately for me, I am slow when it come to sprained right ankles. They are a good urgent care, and they did what I wanted them to do. If I need to visit urgent care again, I definitely would consider visiting this location again.
