    Staff is very welcoming w/ positive attitudes. Which is refreshing compared to other facilities w/ grumpy & rude employees. Facility is very nice, quiet & super clean! Bravo Providence Rezolut keep it up!

    Super slow and costly. I had a 1:30 appointment , ended up getting my scan done 3 hours late. Why book appointments if you are this slow.

    Their pricing is really high compared to other image centers and they do not accept PPO insurance!

    stay away!!! do not use this office for your imaging!!! very rude, unprofessional and extremely disorganized!!!!!!!! terrible experience!!!!

This facility had available appointments sooner than most others I reached out to where I needed a wide-bore MRI (open at the end of the tube so its technically a closed one). The technician David was one of the best I have ever had work with me. It's only because of his sympathy and kindness that I was able to get through this very needed MRI my liver specialist needed me to get done. I postponed it for 6 months cuz that's how much I hate doing closed MRI's. David showed a level of patience that is not common in all medical settings. Hats off to him for not giving up on someone like me. He talked me through it and again was so patient with the fact that I was having such a hard time starting it and staying in the machine. I couldn't have asked for a nicer person to help me. The invoice and results took a bit longer than expected but I think it's because they were having issues with the internet and equipment. I'm not sure. I had to call to remind them to send my doctor the images and for some reason they sent the cd's but not the actual written report. That was strange. But they at least emailed me the report after I called and asked for it and I finally got an invoice to submit to my insurance after I emailed them asking for that too. Even with those smal annoyingl details I'd still use them again for any MRI tests I'd need to get done in the future (hopefully Ii dont need them). So I'd highly recommend them.

    Terrible experience, let me count the ways: - Did you know…read morethat even if this place is in network with your health insurance, because this place is affiliated with a HOSPITAL, your co-insurance and their rates are 5 TIMES higher than if you went to a regular imaging facility. Eg. Diagnostic Medical Group, or United Medical Imaging Healthcare. Save money and go to a regular imaging facility! - appointments are hard to get compared to a regular imaging facility. I was able to get one from UMIH with in a few days - staff here all have bad attitudes - facility is dirty and crammed, feels gross just sitting in the waiting room - imaging techs are not nice and not helpful - because of the affiliation with hospital, it does alot of teaching, so you will get medical students during your exam, and if you don't like that, there's no way around it. - Their patient portal is the WORST I've ever seen in my life, nothing works, and it looks like it was created in the 90's, you can't even pay your bill on the patient portal! AVOID!! This is the LAST time I'm EVER going to go to any of the Pomona Valley facilities.

I called and when they answered the phone, I quickly made an appointment without any issue. I was lucky enough get something that same day. When I did arrive, 20 minutes earlier than my appointment, as they suggested, and many doctor offices suggest that so there is time to fill out the paperwork, I was almost immediately seen once I completed everything. Also, my CT scan only took a few minutes after that. I'm giving it 1 less star because the front desk lady who took my information seemed a bit disorganized and confused. Nothing horrible, but she seemed like she wasn't very organized. Also, this place really caters to Asians since it seemed like almost all of their staff was of Asian descent. Despite that, I would definitely go here again if I needed something.

When I come out of the room and ask about the x-ray, the receptionist tells me 'we don't have an authorization for an x-ray and we can't do it because you have contrast dye still in your system' I don't know whether or not that's true, but regardless. What's going on in that office that they misplace paperwork and can't even tell you ahead of time that they best thing to do would be to get the x-rays done FIRST?!‍

It's worth the drive to me, because the roads are relaxing to this destination, sleepy green filled hills. The booking is easy, although they can get busy pretty quickly. The MRIs have always been a breeze with the technician she is so sweet. Tries her best to make it comfortable and quick. Of course the noises from the machine are awful, but given under the circumstances this place gets the job done! Even though I always pay some sort of fee, and have insurance, a bill always comes later in the mail. Gone now 3 times I just expect it. So hopefully if you go here you have insurance policy to help you out or it can be pricey.

The lobby is clean and roomy with a pleasant atmosphere. I felt relaxed. Edward the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly, gave me a clipboard with paperwork that needed final signatures by me. The Xray technician Laura was very friendly and efficient. I was in and out in less than half an hour. I did need my x-ray results sent to my primary physician as well as the specialist ordering the test and Edward assured my that it would be done. I'm very happy with my experience here and I do recommend this Imaging Center for diagnostic xrays.

She even got me warm blankets because I'm always so cold. When it was done she helped me up and told me that my Dr will have the results back STAT. She made me feel comfortable and is phenomenal at her job. I sincerely hope that Maddy will be recognized and get the registration that she deserves. However, when the MRI technician came to take me into the room and set up the machine, she seemed very careless and not very attentive. She briefly asked what kind of music I wanted, then closed the door and left. I asked how long the procedure would take, and I was told fifteen minutes. Once it started, the noise from the machine was extremely loud and suddenly caused me to develop a headache. I simply endured it for the full fifteen minutes. When it was finished and another staff member came in to open the machine and help me out, I mentioned what happened. He told me that next time I should ask for earplugs. I responded that I hope there won't be a next time soon, as this is not something I experience regularly. In my opinion, patients should be reminded in advance that the noise can be very loud and that ear protection is available. This discomfort could easily be prevented. I feel the staff need to be a bit more attentive and considerate, rather than just treating it as a routine task and moving on. Patients deserve more care and awareness.
