Apparently you need an appointment to drop off a sample! I was not told this and now I have a sample that is no longer good. They wanted me to wait 1-3 hours because they needed my signature. Very disappointing that they could care less!! read more

The turn around time for results is too slow. The lobby is not welcome or patient friendly. The lab tech that took my blood did not speak English very well and was very difficult to understand at times. The location is convenient but there are other alternative for lab work. read more

It's ridiculous now. The want you to have an appointment in order to get in. The system worked better when you just walked in and were taken in order of arrival. If you have emergency labs. Forget it. You won't be able to get an appointment or a month and if it's fasting even worse waiting. Go back to order of arrival. You're making this difficult for people with busy schedules and labs that are needed promptly. You also have to make an appointment to drop off a sample. Ridiculous! read more

The young lady with black hair was absolutely rude. Came out with an attitude saying anyone without an appointment has to go. Rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing. The man working at the front desk on Wednesday September 14th was so Incredibly condescending and rude to me I felt like like I was back in 2nd grade. I would never recommend this location to even my worst enemy. The amount of composure I had to maintain in front of my 8yr old son was insurmountable and an accomplishment any parent should be proud of. I honestly cannot believe the level the disrespect that the front desk employee was showing towards not only myself, but everyone else that sat for 3+ hours on standby. Expect this unacceptable "customer service" if you are forced to go to this location, god help you all. I hope this man either accepts the lord into his heart OR chooses a new career path moving forward. Never returning or recommending Quest to anyone. Worst experience ever. Made appointment, showed up & checked in 15 mins earlier of our appointment time by the text link that was received. Didn't get call in on time & in the display monitor the name got moved to longer wait time. So I inquiries what happened. The staff said our check in doesn't show up in the system & we need to wait for our turn again instead of admitting their system messed up & try to compromise. The appointment is for my 80 years old mom & she has been fasting until noon time 12:15 pm for her appointment time & didn't get call in until 1 pm. She was getting dizzy from hunger. It's ridiculous how they run the business at that location. So unprofessional & staff members are not courteous at all. read more

The worst medical experience we've ever had. I made appointments for both my kids and they took my 4 year old daughter in right away for blood panel. I had filled out her insurance information online however, the phlebotomist did not verify our insurance and proceeded to draw my daughter's blood and take a urine sample. After all the emotional distress my daughter experienced we were told that they do not contract with our provider and they can't do anything with the blood sample and told us to "go somewhere else" to have my kids' blood drawn as if we were some kind of inconvenience. They then got upset because my husband and I were upset that one of the technicians looked at the paperwork we brought in and IMMEDIATELY turned us away whereas the other one went through with my 4 year old daughter's whole procedure. My husband only took the paperwork back annoyed when the technician wanted to lecture him about how he took the paper from her? No apologies for how they messed up, wasted our time, and caused our daughter emotional distress for nothing. They were only concerned with how they felt and got defensive and not at all concerned about our situation even began lecturing us on how to speak to them when I should have been lecturing them on getting better training for their staff and how to communicate with patients. They threatened to call the police on us for telling them to shut up and just get our paperwork so we can leave. Do you really think that's the appropriate time to lecture us? After finding out our 4 year old got blood drawn for nothing? I wish they had called the police so I can charge them for negligence and assault. I will be calling patient advocacy incessantly to get this remedied. I feel violated. These people have no regard for human dignity or treating patients with respect at all. They took the blood sample and told us they couldn't give it to us. That's my daughters blood, hers. Not theirs. Theft, negligence. They didn't verify her insurance--this is malpractice on a pediatric patient who is FRAGILE this is why we were getting a blood panel done in the first place! They exposed my fragile kid to the risk of infection, swelling and bruising. They didn't even give us a chance to sort it out telling us to get out. Disgusting. Absurdly inappropriate behavior coming from medical professionals. Avoid this place at all costs. I will be reporting them. read more

Originally had an appointment scheduled, at this location, through another medical facility. When I had arrived for the expected blood work, there was an issue with paperwork. The nurse, who had been assigned to me, named Richard, was very professional when he let me know that something had popped up as incomplete in the computer. The doctor, at this location, needed blood test requirements from another doctor and I was required, to be the middle man, to provide the necessary documents. The details are not really important per the review. This stepp was a bit inconvenient. Any who, Richard was able to fill the Information Tech spot, which at this day and age, was great. My 97 year old father was sent to get a STAT series of bloodwork. 2 and a half hours later we continue to wait. No one to answer questions. Service is horrific. Wait, what service? Looking into back lab area and what I observed www providers on cell phone. Really????? I am sickened at the lack of service, personnel to provide support in answering questions and the lack of time efficiency. Where are the lab personnel? Is everyone at lunch at once. I am just APPALLED.... STAT MEANS IMMEDIATELY. Care is mediocre. Once in patient sat while phlebotomist input insurance data, 30 minutes later.... Finally blood is drawn. A second person came in to figure out which color vials were needed. This has been a nightmare for my poor father. For the record, he did not have appointment because it was a STAT order. read more

This had to be the worst experience as far as getting Covid testing that I've ever experienced. QUEST diagnostics has an inferior website for scheduling ...I tried a minimum of six times and still no avail I could not complete the process. Decided to go in to Quest thinking that someone could help me and resolve the problem...no avail...no one at the location could help me. I called the quest phone number outside the facility to try to get it resolved so I could complete my testing ...again no resolution. After and hour at the facility I left I just left and and booked an appointment with CVS online...worked smoothly and I'm scheduled for testing tomorrow. This is their new lab. Office, can accommodate more patients. They have this "check-in" machine, just touch your info, then you can have a seat & they'll call your name, they'll ask for your lab. request if it's not in their system yet, your insurance card & I.D. /license card. Go back to your seat again, wait til they call you & bring you to their respected cubicle (8 cubicles, more than their old office). I walked in @ about 10:10 on a Tuesday morning, their clock is 5 mins. ahead. There were a lot of waiting patients, but they did work fast, so I was done after 20 mins. wait. The best part was the phlebotomist, she was very good, no pain & no bruising after. I thanked her, & complimented how good she was. Unfortunately, I forgot to get her name :( read more

That was real low !! I arrive @ 4:25pm the lady had the doors locked already and just look at me and kept going! No consideration that I needed lab work done in an urgent matter. The establishment does not close until 4:30pm. The lady made sure she stayed in back until 4:30 leaving me outside. That was beyond foul smh! I'm soooooo upset. Don't waste my time!!!! I know she heard me knocking at the door !! Update: same scenario as yesterday my mom came at 11:55am they let her in and lock the door. My mom called me saying there were three people standing outside they did not let in. This is awful- if the business establishment goes to lunch at 12pm then honor the time for all patients. Went in yesterday 02/09/2022 for a drug screening sponsored by my new employer. This place is modern I wish other drug screening locations were as modern as this location. Social Distancing is enforced which is the day and age we live in now. There are ipads where a patient checks in at, no more writing down your info on paper. It was my mistake that I could have checked in at home and made an appointment so I had to wait in my truck for an hour in the parking lot, thats my own fault. Richard was the nurse tech that dealt with me. He was very professional and polite. He explained everything he was doing. The restroom where I had to do my urine sample was clean, and it seems all the stations were very clean. Thank you Richard again for going above and beyond your duties. read more

First of all this place is located in a maze. There are two buildings in this plaza (same street number) and this one is located inside the 'medical' looking one although there's no sign at all outside of the building. My appointment is at 11 and I'm 10 mins late trying to look for this place, the lady at the front desk looked into her computer and up and said 'you are late, it's 11:10. I'll need you to go over and sign in as walk ins' with the WORST attitude. fine, thank god i didn't have to wait for too long... and then the nurse had to poked me twice to find my vein... a week later now i still have a huge bruise on my arm... this location is close to home, but maybe i'll drive a little further in the future if i need my blood works done! read more

I've been here twice and both times i've been seen quickly and the person taking my blood does it painlessly and quickly. make sure to book an appointment though or else you're going to be waiting for a while. i went in yesterday (march 23rd) and the lobby was pretty filled, but it's understandable since there was only two girls working and you could tell they were trying their best to get as much done at once as possible. my appointment was at 1 and i was inside by 1:15 and out by 1:30. read more

Attempted to visit a different Quest the day before and had an awful experience however THIS location was wonderful! Waiting area chairs were well spaced out for social distancing and clean. Check in process was a breeze and the staff answered my questions courteously. Blood draw was pain free and the person who helped me was informative and kind. Was in and out in around 25 minutes. I walked into a waiting room with 15-20 waiting patients and thought I might just want to walk right back out, assuming a very long wait. I was in and out within 15 minutes, without an apt. I love how you check in on a tablet and they show you your place in the line on a tv above, with approximate wait times. I was also extremely nervous about having blood drawn and the guy made me laugh and was very gentle. I have a very low pain tolerance but barely felt the needle. I would definitely recommend this location, which is by Ross in the Chino spectrum (I went to an old location before finding the correct location). read more

When I checked in, I used the kiosk and then wait about 30 minutes. My appointment was on time, but that was the only thing that was good about this experience. The phlebotomist calls me back doesn't introduce themselves. I ask what tests are being drawn, was very reluctant to tell me Tried to make me sit in an uncomfortable position. I then asked is it OK if I sit a little more comfortable? I was met with hostility and told no. I need to sit like this, so that I can feel your vein. I then told the phlebotomist I've been a laboratory assistant for eight years, and this is not the way you treat patients. A phlebotomist whose name I don't know she was very unhappy for some reason after my samples were collected she told me that I could leave before leaving I asked aren't you supposed to put the patient labels on the tubes before I leave to ensure that the correct patient name is on the tubes. Be very careful when coming to this place the turnover rate is high, a lot of in experience and incompetence when it comes to phlebotomist. read more

Staff at this facility is friendly and good attitude. Sign - in was fast and easy. Facility is very clean, social distancing is seriously implemented with clear signs. All seats in waiting area were 6' apart. They organized and moved the line fast and efficiently. In the meantime, they were quickly sanitized all seats that were previously used by patients. Hands sanitizer and gloves were provided to everyone. I felt very safe to come here and would definitely return again if needed. read more

There is no one working the front desk and when someone came out, I asked how I can sign in. The woman spent 10 minutes telling me I could wait all day and not get called without an appt. I watched the people in the back all talking and socializing. I told her they could have taken three people in the time she was telling me they have no time for walk-ins. Never going back! read more

The new location is very CLEAN and orderly. I walked in but only waited for about 10 -15 minutes. The process was so quick and easy. I signed in then waited for my turn. On the TV screen, I saw a list of names that showed me how many minutes left before it's my turn. Nice! It's worth mentioning that I'm such a coward when it comes to needles but Sonia, the Phlebotomist that worked with me was really good at what she does. No pain at all. I requested for a "butterfly needle" and she said "sure" right away. No fuss at all. For anyone who's scared of getting their blood drawn, go to this place! read more

My wife and I came here for a lab test, and both of us were denied service, saying that they do not deal with Bluecross insurance. Really?? We called Bluecross member service, and they still confirm that this location is in-network! I went to another location in nearby and no problem at all. I'm not sure what is wrong with this place but we will never come here again! read more

Appointments !!!!!! Should always come first ! What's the point of making an appointment ?! I don't care if someone's been waiting in there over an hour that is their problem and bad planning, not mine . Also , When I was in there , The couple sitting next to me were both elderly and deaf so they read lips. A nurse came out and was screaming the woman's name and I finally got up and told the nurse that I believe the couple sitting next to me is who she's looking for but because you have a mask over your face and your yelling , she can't read your lips.( I am a couple months behind on this post so it is way before the COVID) So maybe be a little bit more mindful of the elderly in there and potential deaf patients . I made an appointment to drop off a time-sensitive sample. The center's computers were down and could not serve another if they didn't print and bring in the paperwork. No signs were posted about this, so I checked in from the app and sat down. I waited 30 minutes before I went to the front to find out what was happening. There are no other appointments available nearby, and my sample is going to expire. I will have to come out of pocket again! Some Covid procedure although was directed to use pen to sign that was being used by employee who drew my blood (no clean pens). Routine lab tests without an appointment can be a short or long wait depending on how busy they are. I would recommend coming in as soon as they open to get a quick walk in visit. I like this location because for glucose testing, even if you don't have an appt, you get in quick. They do have lunch hour at 12pm so be sure to give ample waiting time for the glucose test (1hr/2hr/3hr). My current visit is on a Friday morning. Since 8 am today several walk ins came in and out quickly. I've also visited on a midweek afternoon and waited over an hour. read more
