Numerous emails to them remain unanswered. I'm currently (1/5/22) on hold "waiting for the next available agent" to see if I can reach them by phone. I'm not holding my breath. You should find another lab for COVID testing! Update: I was finally connected to an actual person, after being on hold for 45 minutes. I explained that I really didn't care about accessing their patient portal and to just cut to the chase and email me the PCR results directly. I actually rec'd an email from them tonight (1/6/22) with an attached and PW-protected PDF with the PCR test results! Color me surprised!

Update: January 27. Still waiting for our results. Still…read morewaiting for our PCR tests done on December 29, 2021 at the Long Beach, CA location. I've tried calling dozens of times and no one answers, tried emailing and haven't gotten a response. We did at home tests that were negative, but would like to know for sure. Annoyed that we wasted our time and that although it was a free test , they must be getting paid somehow. Also, the testing site was poorly run and very unprofessional. That should of been enough for us to turn around and leave, but at that time we couldn't find a place to get tested and our appointment elsewhere had gotten canceled because of the rain.

I had an appointment yesterday. I did not know what to expect. Wow I was very impressed the staff…read morewas very nice and attentive. Dr. Gallagher was great, very attentive and knowledgeable. He went over and beyond to make sure he was addressing any questions that I have had. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs to be seen. Thank you for providing great care.

This place is a scam. They passed off a Physician's Assistant (Patrick Stagg) as an actual Doctor…read more I only found out he was a physician's assistant and not an actual doctor when i double checked his prescription with ChatGPT, and it looks like he prescribed the wrong medicine. When I googled the "Doctor's" name, I saw him listed as a physician's assistant. I came here to see a Doctor, not a physician's assistant that prescribed the wrong medication! very deceptive and dishonest, and does not provide the correct care. Update 12/17/25. Also want to mention that when i came back the next day to verify the prescription with an actual doctor, the Nurse Practitioner looked up the records and saw that Mr. Stagg also logged in the case incorrectly as "Laryngitis", even though the test results showed Pneumonia. the Nurse than gave me a different prescription from what fake "doctor" Stagg prescribed. Do not go to this place if you value honestly and actual correct health care. Update 12/19/25 - turns out my child might be allergic (itchy and slight rash) to the medicine that was prescribed. I called in, and a different Physician's Assistant said, "oh if its an actual allergic reaction we are not equipped to deal with that. You should just go to the emergency room" WTF! this place is a joke not an actual Dr's office. Since there are no actual Doctors that actually work at this clinic. All you get are PAs and Nurses masquerading as Doctors. STAY AWAY from this fraudulent place.
