2nd time at this location and this time I knew to make an appt online. I was seen 15 min after my appt but it was ok. They were busy busy today and everyone was super friendly and good energy in this place. Well staffed with friendly faces and nice clean waiting room and patient bays. Love the colors and decor. TV needs replacing because monitor failing but thats ok. It was all good. I had another great and talented phlebotomist, Madelyn, because my veins are tricky and she got me on the first try no issue at all, I was in and out quick because of that. My veins are a testament to her skill level. I like that once you ck in your initials go up on tv and you can see your appt time and where you are on list. Labcorp needs to step up their game. read more

Wonderful easy experience with them. Thoughtful caring people. I had an appointment so wait time was maybe 10 minutes. Check in easy , personal that greeted you explain everything. The tech that drew my blood was so sweet and spoke during the process so I was comfortable. Great place!!!! Thank you read more

Fast (even for walkins), Professional and very nice customer service. Keep it up for Skiye!!!!!! read more

Extremely easy check in process Serena was a breath of fresh air. Extremely smart and explained several things to me and answered several of my questions. She made a very uncomfortable experience as comfortable as it's ever been for me. Thank you! read more

Had an appointment booked and still waited over an hour I will never come back to this place again

I received remarkably poor service at your facility today. In fact, my blood was never drawn and a 3 and 1/2 hour wait. Your staff clearly doesn't care about their patients. read more

Walked in, already checked in, tv was off were it shows you when you get checked in. Waited 30 min to drop of samples and the system never checked me in. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Half the people don't know what there doing. Kept telling me different things of where to drop of samples. Would not recommend this doctor. read more

I always make an appointment which is very easy and convenient to do online. I never have over a 5 minute wait and place is clean, neat and well organized. Staff are always nice and professional as well as good at their job of phlebotomy which is greatly appreciated....no jabbing looking for veins etc....quick, smooth and easy. read more

I made my appointment online for 8:10 am and was taken in exactly on time. The phlebotomist in room 6 was amazing. She only had to stick me once. That was a miracle given the fact that my veins are difficult. I was done in literally three minutes. read more

We have always had good experiences at this location. They are usually on time if you have an appointment. There may be a wait if you're a walk in, but it all depends on how many are already there waiting. The wait area is currently under construction. It looks like it's closed until you walk in and see the chairs and the automated kiosk. You must sign in as soon as you get there. You'll see your name pop up to the right side of the TV screen if you are successful. It will show you as a walk in or an appointment to the right of your name. We were there earlier than our appointment time and there were about 4 others waiting. Sometimes they take you in earlier, but this time it was about a few minutes after the appointment time. That's not bad considering the number of people there. This visit was for mom. She remembered the layout of the office immediately and knew exactly where to go for her lab work. The technician taking care of mom was wonderful. She made the whole experience easy and uncomplicated. The insurance was all the same and she quickly got her blood drawn with no issue. I didn't have to take too much time off from work. That's always a good thing. I had enough time left to get her a quick breakfast at McDonalds after it was all done. A great experience overall. read more

Thank you for wasting my time and not reading or entering the doctors requisition correctly. I fasted and took off work for my blood work. Expressed, it was important that all testing was done that I had an appt the following week (went to today). I was at your office last Thursday the 6th and told by the lady she had everything correct. Today, for an appointment that had been scheduled for over 3 months, I was advised my entire metabolic was not done, and lipid with cholesterol was also missed. I now have to miss work again to fast for more blood work and pay another visit to my doc office, miss more time from work to go back twice now equalling 4 total missed times from work and should have been two! This is a major inconvenience and is affecting my employment, my finances and my health. This is unprofessional and careless! read more

I am removing my account and will never use Quest again. You make a boatload of money off of me weekly doing CBC's CMP, Iron, and urine for the past 13 years. Some of your help is rude, unwilling to see that patients ultimately write their paychecks. I am so done with your mistreatment of me. I am very sick and can't make an appt with sudden illnesses that strike. I rely on home health to take my samples to your lab and your refusal to accept a drop off urine sample caused me to have to start antibiotics without a culture. Your blanket policy does not fit with healthcare standards of 2024. I am sure Lab Corp will be happy to have my business. read more

I had an appt 12:40pm. I check in 12:20 and signed up for text alerts. There was no seating available inside, so i stood outside in Florida heat. 3hours later i wasn't called texted or otherwise notified of anything in any way. My appt never happened. I have "good" insurance thru Cigna and this is what you get in America. read more

Booked my appointment at 1:13 for 1:30, checked in at 1:29 and back in my car completely done at 1:42. Absolutely recommend the app for extra ease, and this location was great and even got my difficult veins to cooperate on the first go. Will definitely return to this location! read more

They do not take any form of insurance. Took my card information over the phone for a total of $260 for a blood screening!! I then went to the location she requested and after waiting in a 30 Minute line. I got told that they didn't have the "containers" to do my full test, but still wanted me to pay full...I called and they rescheduled me for 6:30 a.m. for an appointment. There was already a huge line and After waiting 50 minutes I got in. The lady at the front was very rude and the whole process is set is ridiculous and way overpriced. I will tell everyone DO NOT USE QUEST DIAGNOSTICS!! read more

Terrible experience, staff it's really rude and unprofessional. They treat you bad, rude and with no ethics. Have my arm bruised for days. Go there if you want your day to be ruined. Never coming back or recommending. read more

When you walk in you have to check in at an automated kiosk, no person is there to check you in. This does not bother me at all! I had pre registered online when I made the appt so I had a QR code to scan at the kiosk. I then sat down and my name appeared on the waiting screen. 2 minutes later I was called. Diana was my phlebotomist and was very nice and personable. I am a hard stick but she got it on the first try. Highly recommend this place! read more

I had bloodwork taken and was told it shouldn't be longer than a 4 turn around for results it's a week later and I still have not received my results through the quest lab account as advertised! I had to call in and when they email me my reports they were absent with just general range. 2 thumbs down read more

Bad service. Staff was not attending to the people in the waiting room. Waiting too long and bad attitude!

Both the Quest website and the voice system at two different locations state that each lab is open. But both are closed. If the local staff can override the company and close just because they want to, how can I trust them to do the complex work of my test properly? read more

Negative: if u didn't set up an appt., you will have to wait for about an hour, depending on how busy they are. Positive: Brought my 7 month old son for blood work. The lady who did his bloodwork did an amazing job. My son did not cry at all. He was even smiling at her. I forgot to get her name. But she is very friendly and nice. read more

Was sent over for a 10 panel and appointments are booked out. Keep in mind wait times for walk ins are long. The facility was very clean and they had a system in place to keep everyone 6 feet apart. With a bit of patience you will be taken care of as quickly as possible. I notice the people with appointments checking in were seen within 10 mins of their check In time. With everything going on right now, Quest is doing everything efficiently. read more

They sk you to get an appointment but when you get there you still have to wait 1 plus hour. You even see people that get there after you arrive and get in first. Their system makes no sense. They also put your name on a TV screen with the waiting time and you see it go back and forth. No reason for this. Horrible system. read more

Decent. Waiting area was dirty (tissues on the floor and trash left on the seats.) Check in was simple and staff was friendly enough. Long wait (40 min - 1hr) but I did not make an appointment so perhaps it would have gone faster but I don't mind waiting. read more

I rated this 5 stars in the past. Today was a totally different experience. Total new staff, didn't recognize anyone. I had an appointment and they were prompt. Then I was told my paperwork had not been faxed from my doctor, which I know was done 2 weeks ago. I was ready to leave and drive to my doctor's office, and the tech found it. Nothing had been done to process it. The manager was buzzing around like there was a fire. Made everyone nervous. Finally he told the walk-ins (who had been waiting a long time) that they were short-staffed and were not taking walk-ins. Tech who drew my blood was very rushed, rude, absolutely no manners. She hurt my arm and it has a needle scrape on it that looks like I'm an addict. I'm no whimp, I have blood drawn every 6 months with no issues. Right now I am putting ice on my arm because it is painful and I know it will bruise if I don't. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

Didn't have an appt, but showed up just after they opened. Got in and out very quickly. Front office staff could be more personable, but Yolanda who drew my blood was awesome! Great personality, friendly and proficient. read more

I truly detest going to get blood work-- however this quest has made major improvement in the past year. The staff is fast, efficient and super friendly. Before they were rude and slow. I must preface- my visit was at 3:00pm which is a slower time for them. Considering how many patients they see... They are still happy at the end of the day. read more

I made an apt. for 12:00 to have blood drawn. I arrived and was checked in by someone with an I pad since the Kiosk was down. I saw my name on the board and it was a 4 minute wait which I was happy since I was on my lunch hour. Then it changed to 3 and then back to four. At that time I looked and it was 12:18 and I thought okay I should be called soon since my apt was for noon. At 12:24 a customer came in and spoke to the person checking in clients and she proceeded to go to the back. When she came out she took this woman to the back at 12:26. When she came out I asked her how much longer of a wait since my apt. was a half hour ago and that I was on my lunch hour. She proceeded to tell me that the customer was in the day before and she needed to come back. Fine but she should be made to wait not take someone's scheduled apt. I asked her for the name of the manager of that location and she gave me a card with the number you call to make an apt. When I got to the back the woman who was drawing my blood saw that I was visibly upset and was trying to calm me down. Now I don't know if she was just extremely good at her job or that my adrenaline was raging but I never felt the needle. Now I have had good phlebotomist's and you feel just a slight poke but with her nothing. If I didn't see the blood I would have not believed she drew my blood. I wish I would have gotten her name because she is phenomenal, unlike the woman checking in people. She needs to be talked to, I will call the number and request for a manager to call me regarding this situation. When I left she very snotty said "Have a nice day" I guess she feels pretty secure in her position. Nerveless, I never got my lunch. So much for stating on the apt. form that walk-ins will need to wait until those with apt's are seen. I will never ever go back to this location. When or if I speak with a manager I will have them check to see if this person was there the day before. read more

Great customer service. Yolanda was very professional and passionate about her job. Very thorough and pleasant demeanor. Need more employees like her. Wait time was awesome, got in and out very quickly. read more

They now make you pay 100.00 towards your bill. When questioning why, they were very rude and would not take our blood unless you paid 100.00 when we know our insurance will cover all blood work. They now say it's their policy. Be aware!! Next time I'm having it done at the dr to prevent that fee in the future. read more
