Well worth the stop! They close early, so we missed them the first day, but made sure to go back earlier the next day. Quesadilla Mobilla and I just made up. We were in a fight. They didn't know it, but we were. It started like most fights do, over something simple and not a very big deal. Basically, how it went down was my family happened upon this truck while walking downtown. They weren't open at the time, so we planned to come back and eat lunch the next day. We came back and they were closed again, too early for lunch. We then decide to hit it for dinner, since Yelp showed it would be open till 9pm on Friday. We drove down and they were closed again, saying they ran out of food. I was raging. I had to get me some of this quesadilla. Finally, we got there right when they opens on Saturday. Great spot for a quick, tasty lunch with the family. Friendly & fast service from local owners. Kids had chicken & cheese quesadillas and enjoyed them. Wife and I split a large kale quesadilla special: fantastic! The kale, red peppers, potatoes were set off pleasantly by something sweet (can't remember what it was), and went well with the spicy red salsa or the milder green salsa. We drove thru Moab today and saw this yellow food truck that had a line of people so we decided to check it out. The food was great and had no complain about it. The only reason why i gave them 3 stars is because after they swipe your card to pay you only have this option for tipping 10%, 15%, and 20% and there was no option for "None". I'm not a cheap person but common on now you are not a sit down restaurant where servers actually come to your table and you get served. You are no difference from McDonalds or In-N-Out driving thru for an order. read more
