Came in and the staff that helped me was nice but she was way more interested in her friends that were sitting at the bar. She took my order and then for the last 10 minutes while I waited for my order she was sitting over at the bar with her friends talking and cussing and they were obnoxious and loud. The front lobby was a mess with dirty floors and 5 out of 7 tables dirty and a wreck. Very disappointing. It was so dirty I would not eat inside and makes it questionable if I will come back. So, you come in and you won't find anyone at the counter. They have a screen so you can make your order. We were the only ones there and they took a little bit to prep our food. When the food was ready they called my name so I can pick up. They quesadillas were excellent. I really enjoyed mine. It was the veggie atomic. Really really good. My family also love their chicken made you own. They were warm and the filling was plenty. The cheese was pulling when you were eating. We order some chips and salsa. They salsa is not the typical pico de gallo. They have their own creamy sauce for chips. They have a wine business inside the same place. Lunch time on a Saturday! First time visiting this location. It's clean, they have a bar, indoor and limited outdoor seating. We were greeted upon entry. My hubby and I used their self serve kiosk. Order: Asada or nada with chips and drink and the classic. We had dined in, our order was brought out quickly, hot and fresh! Portions are loaded! The asada and the classic (pork chili verde) were delicious!!! Cheesy the meats were so flavorful and tender! They have many sauces to choose from the ones we ordered: avocado, cilantro cream, spicy chili verde, sour cream and habanero all paired perfectly well! "How to ruin a quesadilla" I cannot emphasize enough how bad this place is! The quesadilla, their signature item, was completely disappointing!! Ordered the cilantro lime chicken (tasted zero cilantro nor lime). Cheese is only on one side therefore the dilla doesn't stay together. Also, the cheese was completely coagulated (not freshly melted). It was like eating a quesadilla that I had made 2 hours previously & left on the counter. NOT kidding! See photo) Churro chips were CAKED in cinnamon sugar with at least 1/2 cup of sugar in the box. To top it off, the seating is uncomfortable and the set up awkward. I will never return. Been here a few times since the opening. I think they have worked their bugs out. Got their quesadilla of the month, which was Buffalo with Mac and cheese to split. It was super good. Last time I had a Oaxacan Old Fashioned which was good, but the pink color was odd. Asked the bartender about it and he was willing to leave the Angastora bitters out. Great service and good food! The new building they're in is beautiful. They have indoor and some outdoor seating. At the counter you can order with someone or a kiosk that's very easy to use. They were very friendly and happy to help with any questions about the menu. The food was good portions and very filling. They do offer a gluten free option. Came here for a quick lunch. I would like to highlight first of all the interior of this place is neatly designed and they have a quite big seating area both inside and outside and also bar area. I like the concept of the bar area of such place. Food: we got two different types of quesadillas and ordered it through their kiosk which was very great idea to have and it was easy ti navigate and see the pictures. Quesadillas came with sauces which we liked a lot. It was not that super spicy for me and it tasted good. The portion for the person is good, one quesadilla is completely enough for a single person. We also got some chips as a side but that one came too extra tbh. The cashier was a nice girl and helped us to answer some of our questions regarding the quesadillas. We wish we would have found this sooner ! This gem was recommended by a friend while visiting my college student. We had the Asada quesadilla with fajita veggies added and the build your own and they were soooooo good ! The salsa were outstanding we have the cilantro, spicy salsa verde, avocado and liquid gold. Ordered the Classic and it was really flimsy and soggy. Every-time I picked it up it would just fall apart, making it too sloppy to eat, had no crisp to it. Service wasn't too great either. When I asked the cashier what a good recommended spice sauce to go with my quesadilla, she just explained the different spice levels to the sauces. I can clearly see which sauce is the spiciest, I was asking a recommendation. Cashier seemed really disinterested. Ambiance is nice, bar looks clean. Parking can be rough during the weekends. I went here during their grand opening night and it was good!! However, this is not a good spot to hangout with friends. There is not enough space to have a big group since the place is small. I really like the food but I had one sauce that I didn't like at all. I can't remember which quesadilla I had. I recommend getting the chips and queso. I also like the mango marg. If this place was bigger I would keep going in person to dine in but I'd rather get it to go. Also parking is not easy. Over a 2 hour wait for 2 quesadillas that cost $30 total. My cousin and I decided to give this place a try on a Wednesday night. Since it's a new spot in town, it was pretty busy. We waited in line for about 5 minutes, ordered, then began to wait outside. We were extremely patient, but after awhile of us catching up, we realized we had been there for over two hours. We asked for our order, only for the one of the employees to tell us that they can't find a ticket under our name and order number.. They made it on the fly within 5-10 minutes after that. The only upside to the experience was that the food ended up being free because I ASKED for a refund. They didn't actively offer one for the mistake; I literally had to ask. The picture shows my digital receipt, where I ordered at 6:55pm, and the refund was issued at 9:00pm. They apologized and included an extra quesadilla for the wait. No pictures of the food because I was not impressed. The protein in our quesadillas was chicken, and it was well seasoned but dry. The two sauces I chose didn't blow me away or anything. Assuming the service improves, the price for the taste still isn't worth the expense to me. We didn't try any of their drinks from the bar. Glad I tried it so I know whether or not it's worth coming back for, but it's not. read more

The bar is top notch, we stopped here after being in Nashville for weekend, and this bar is far superior than most we went to. So many choices of Excellent quality drinks! The habanero margarita is my favorite but there are so many drinks that you have to keep coming back to try more of them. They are something you would expect from a fancy restaurant. Ambiance of the restaurant is very clean family friendly, but also great for a fun get together at the bar. There is good music and it even has great views of the hills through the large glass windows Service was very good, everyone seems very happy. We've been longtime customers of Quesadilla Gorilla at their other locations, so we were really excited to hear they opened one much closer to us. We stopped by last weekend and ordered two quesadillas and decided to Kong them. I don't remember the exact total, but it definitely came out to quite a bit more than we expected--which is usually fine, since in the past Konging them has meant a noticeably larger portion. Unfortunately, this time was different. When our food came out, the quesadillas actually seemed smaller than what we typically get, even without the Kong upgrade. It was pretty disappointing, especially considering the higher price point. We love Quesadilla Gorilla and have always had great experiences at other locations, so we're hoping this was just an off day. This place just opened but they certainly need to work on a few issues. I went to lunch with my grandson, ordered 2 quesadillas,chips and queso. 30 minutes later we still didn't get it. I went inside the lady said they were working on it. 15 minutes later I went again talked to a man who went in the back and said the order had been cancelled. Miscommunication between staff? He refunded my money and said my order would be right out. In another 15 minutes it was out minus the queso. The waiter said he would bring it but he never did. The food was marginal. Nothing that you couldn't make at home even better. Service was terrible. I give them 1 star for refunding my money. Total wait time over 1 hour before the food came out.
