Apartment: the apartment I went to the open house was was a two bedroom. The living room was spacious. The master bedroom is large and facing broadway. The second bedroom was small. It could a little kids bedroom. The asking price for the apartment was $599,000. Common charge is $477 a month, it includes everything but electricity. The apartment was dated and definitely needs some work. Overall, I was not interested but it could be a gem to the buyer.

The front security desk is properly staffed even if foot traffic / volume is significant. It is difficult to park nearby, as is always challenging in downtown Flushing.
