The pop-up isn't very big, but it does feature over 500 Sanrio products, including exclusive plushies, blind boxes, stationery, and snacks. I purchased a Hello Kitty and Friends Latte Bear Fitness Figure Blind Box ($17.99), Hello Kitty and Friends Chill Capybara Vinyl Plush Figure Blind Box ($29.99), and a pack of stickers ($1.99). Miniso Members can get a complimentary event tote with a $65+ purchase, but there were signs that the tote were sold out. I lived there for one years. Some doormen seemed to be working while others didn't care of opening…read morethe doors for residents. Super doesn't have knowledge of how to repair most of the construction work. He would either call subcontractor or he would repair with lack of knowledge which would not be a perfect fix. Super is not always available on site on time during the work hours. The building just has a show but inside, it wasn't a perfect show, meaning, with doorman , it seemed to be luxury apartments and high-end, but inside, super was not knowledgeable enough for constructions, doorman are just for show. The building is not sound proof from apartment to apartment. My next door apartment can hear what I say and I can hear what they say. Although it is Condominium, they acted like a Coop by telling resident what they can and cannot do which most condominiums do not have those rules. I would not recommend to anyone. pros: near train stations (7, LIRR) cons: Managing the building seemed to be unbearable with a super who has lack of knowledge about constructions. Elevators got violations after violations, residents were told not to do this and that, flies in the summer inside the lobby, no safety net was used when doing constructions above.
