Amazing food and service! loved the atmosphere. Great presentation and very attentive staff

This is a beautiful spot on Queens Quay. It is a huge restaurant decorated with a ton of plants. It was a little chaotic when we arrived. There was a lineup of people waiting to be seated and it ended up taking about 15 minutes to get to the desk. Once we did, we were seated quickly. Overall, I would describe the food as very very good but not great. For starters we had the truffle arancini and the Mediterranean dips. We really liked the arancini but the dips were unremarkable. For mains we had the spicy rigatoni with vodka sauce and the truffle mushroom ravioli. We really liked the rigatoni. They weren't kidding when they called it spicy but it was very good. The ravioli was good and very rich tasting but we much preferred the rigatoni. The service was at best inconsistent. We were seated near the bar and our server was also working the bar. At time there were long gaps between refilling drinks, etc. Overall, it is a really beautiful place with good food. I would not put it high on my list of places to visit again. read more

The vibe is great but the food is just alright. Came by on a Saturday evening, and picked this spot as it was convenient (attending Leafs game after) and had reservations available. We were seated in the garden area, and the walk to the table made me realize how massive this space was. I really appreciated the spacious seating and greenery all around and it really is a great spot to catch up with friends/have a date night. As for the food, I was a bit less convinced. We got the kalamari, wagyu iberico burger, and the steak frites. The kalamari was a good start - fried well and crispy on first bite, with a nice tartar dip. I didn't quite see the additional elements listed such as yuzu tartar and charred lemon which would make it a bit more unique. For the mains, the burger was quite tough, though the overall item did hold up well. The steak was extremely salty and just felt overseasoned. I'd come back to try some of their drink menu, but likely not for a meal. read more

The interior of Queens Harbour is beautiful, with high ceilings and interesting decor pieces. The patio in nice weather is likely to be enjoyable with the clear view of the CN tower, but it's quite chilly if the sun isn't out! The miso carbonara was solid, but definitely missing some of the miso flavour in the sauce. The dessert on the other hand was rather tasty and something I would order again! If you end up visiting when it is busy (which seems to be often), prepare yourself for slower service, as it seems that the kitchen isn't quite equipped to handle times when the restaurant is at maximum capacity. It was cold on the patio, so we requested hot water for the table, but they could only provide hot water in individual teapots that didn't get replaced very often. Bring warm clothing if you're walking up without a reservation! read more

Upon entering the restaurant the hostess was polite and welcoming along with the atmosphere, the place was well decorated with Christmas decor. The vibe was right. However our assigned waiter was unwelcoming, he was very closed off. When ordering and speaking to him he would be monosyllabic. When it was time to pay and obviously tip, his whole tone changed and started sparking up a conversation. I know its the job of waiters to be polite to receive a tip but it would of been nice if he did it throughout the whole time we were dining. As for the food, the burger was a 9/10, sauce was good and scrumptious. As for the steak frites (medium rare), the steak was horrible. No taste and it was so chewy that you would be chewing on it like a piece of gum. Overall, atmosphere was great. The hostess we were assigned could've been better and in my opinion just avoid the steaks. read more

Delicious!! A reliable go‑to for great food and genuinely kind service. The dishes are fresh, flavourful, and thoughtfully prepared, and the staff makes you feel taken care of from the moment you arrive. Stopped in at this brand new, beautiful harbor front restaurant for a quick bite before my flight back home to NJ. Kaitlyn was our server and made our dining experience unforgettable. From the ambience, decor, service and food, this place is not to be missed. While a bit on the higher end of the price range, you absolutely get what you pay for- delicious drinks and tasty bites. I will 100% be back and can't wait to experience Queens Harbour in the evening. read more

Make sure you book the table. It is very busy in weekdays in the summer. The place has night club feel and trendy in Toronto. The food is good but drinks are better. I chose chicken with hummus ( Mediterranean) dish and it is good size. I am in the "garden section" . It is in the back with open roof. The roof was closed but can feel the vibes. After 10pm has dress code. I guess it will turn as night club . I would come back for night dinner and go after 10pm to experience. read more

The food was excellent! Our drinks were excellent! The atmosphere and beauty of this restaurant is top tier, superb! Our steak and our rigatoni were delicious! Our server JaydenL who's name is on our receipt was appalling and horrible!!! She asked me 3 times "WHERE ARE YOU FROM?!!" while snorting laughing at my anerican southern accent! My husband and I were embarrassed that she would not stop laughing until I gave her a mean look. I was going to request that she get her manager, so I could make a complaint of how ignorant and how rude that she is!! But I just stayed classy and very demure as she demonstrated how terrible that she was raised. My accent is not even that noticeable as I was speaking in my Executive corporate professional tone. I even tipped her anyway to assist her with her low wages. I almost did NIT TIP her, but she expected that. Her KARMA will prevail. Hopefully if management reads this, she gets fired, IF JAYDEN IS HER REAL NAME...she is a Caucasian young woman who doesn't look like Jayden would be her name. I do have her picture because I wanted to make sure that she is disciplined by management. Don't you ever DISRESPECT A GUEST EVER. read more

This sprawling, beautifully designed restaurant is a welcome addition to the Toronto waterfront. Sitting adjacent to the sprawling, not-so-beautiful Amsterdam Brewhouse, Harbourfront-goers now have the choice between what is basically a giant pub (Amsterdam) and a giant chic and classy restaurant (Queens). The benefit to Amsterdam is its position directly on the water -- the patios are pretty awesome, not gonna lie. BUT Queens also offers views of the harbour from some areas, such as the side patio. Anyway, the vibe at Queens reminds me of Miami -- cool patio setup, gorgeous interior design, and nice house music to match. We tried the seafood tower (sushi, shrimp cocktail, oysters, tuna tataki etc etc -- very well presented); creamy mushroom ravioli with a side of grilled chicken; fried calamari; and sake fried chicken thigh bites. All were very yummy. Service was friendly but they're still finding their footing. We had to ask for side plates -- then cutlery/napkins -- all of which obviously should have been provided before any food was served. But overall, this place is impressive and well worth a go. read more

Was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed Queens Harbour! I was expecting the food to be pretty mediocre just because of the touristy location, but I actually really enjoyed everything. I got the miso carbonara and black truffle arancini which were both delicious! My friends also all enjoyed what they got, and drinks were all quite reasonably priced. Our waiter was also very nice and accompanied to our group of 6. Definitely give this a try if you're in the area. read more

Queens Harbour restaurant is perfect for the season. The food was served at a decent time. Our waiter, Jolene, was amazing!!! The drinks were delicious. I had zero proof drinks. The lychee and lavender were so good. The best part.. the ambiance!! It's beautiful and near the water. The experience was fun. The DJ's play in the evening in the garden. Nice new spot. read more

Good food! Not the cheapest but considering the location and the atmosphere, the prices are not so unreasonable compared to other places. Respectful staff! I got the sushi and steak and I really enjoyed every bite of my steak. The sushi also had about 12 pieces which is considered a huge portion compared to other places like Earls that have the same option on their menu. As for the drinks, we got some cocktails. While they were a bit on the pricy side, it wasn't anything special. I'll probably stick to beer next time. read more

I wanted to really like the Queen Harbour- but knew it probably wouldn't live up to all the expectations from their viral videos. We booked a table in the Garden room, for those that were just as confused as I was when booking- the Garden room is towards the back and more "casual" then their regular dinning room but offers the same menu. It's definitely louder (got super loud towards the end of our dinner was hard to her each other), and seemed to be their "lounge" spot later in the night? There was were definitely lots of ladies dressed up and camped out at the bar area taking selfies and groups of men walking in looking to mingle. lol. I would suggest if you were on a date night or nice dinner with friends to book in their regular dinning room as when we walked by post dinner it still seemed very calm and enjoyable without a high pitched laughing drunk girls from the bar. In terms of service, our bus boy was lovely and so on top of things!!! He got us water right away and always knew when we needed something, sadly the server herself was not as on top of it as he was- she kinda wandered in late, took the orders then came back as we were midst first bites to have a convo... I would say as they are new and quite busy I didn't expect service to be top notch, and you shouldn't either as it definitely is not. There's a lot of men dressed in black suits (I think they work there) standing near the the front with glazed looks as well as over the balcony just eyeing the crowd- was definitely an odd addition. The manager came by to introduce himself but also at the most inconvenient time (while we were mid chewing- extending his hand for a handshake- double odd as people use their hands to eat the fries and pita with..). Food was really just mediocre, the drinks were good!! I would definitely say this would be a great spot pre dinner or midday to meet up with friends and grab light apps but for dinner I was disappointed. We ordered a whole bunch of sharing plates and when they arrived realized majority of them shared the same dips as the dip plate we ordered (servers usually would point this out as we ended up with very similar plates). They also give you WAY too many pitas!! To the point when they brought out another with another dish we asked them to just take it back as no way we were going to eat it and it was just wasteful at this point. The highlight would be the dip plate, and the roasted carrots. Aside from that, the rest of the menu was just lacking in anything that made it memorable. The desserts were the same- good but not better than anywhere else. I would come back for a patio drink but definitely not for dinner. read more

Overall Queens Harbour was an interesting experience. We had went for my girlfriends birthday as we heard good reviews. Upon entering I was a bit surprised as to how causal people were dressed. Flip flops, basketball jerseys, ripped pants etc. My assumption was that it was a bit more elevated. Along with that I had put on our reservation that we were celebrating my girlfriend's birthday as I had said. But there was no mention of it during our time there even after saying it again. It was unfortunate because I'm not sure if it was our waitress who wasn't listening, but a table a few down from us had the little dessert with sparkler on it for a birthday and it made me wonder where the miscommunication was... Nonetheless the food was pretty good. Based on my experience I personally won't be going back. But if you are looking for a causal spot on the harbour, check it out. read more

New hot spot on Harbour Front that you should add to your list of restaurants to check out this Summer. The atmosphere is fantastic, the food- DELICIOUS, great service and mid-tier prices. I would recommend the classic margarita, Harbour salad and maki roll appetizer! All so flavourful and satisfying. Overall 9/10. The music was slightly too loud for enjoying conversation but I recognize that with a large open space the noise level with many people is also a factor. read more

New to the waterfront this is a massive new bar/eatery that can seat hundreds (up to 800 apparently). For those familiar with the area the building used to house PawLinks (?), an animal rescue shelter. There is a main entrance off the street but there is an another one down the side of the building. We had reservations and were directed to this entrance where there was a hostess as well. Again, this is a big building and we were taken to the upper section that was a bit too sunny for our preference they were able to accommodate us on the main floor. From where we sat the interior looked like a cruise ship deck. The restrooms were on the second floor and I did not see an elevator but with the size of the building there may have been one. Lots of choice on the menu that ranges from sushi to middle eastern flavours. A lot of the dishes are shareable. As this is a bar as well the drink options are almost limitless. The food was actually decent. We ordered a shareable platter that came with sliders, steak, rapini, calamari and a pasta. Small dessert selection with only 4 items and 2 of them unavailable. Service was great! Our server was really helpful in making suggestions. We also got our plates changed mid meal. From where I sat I watched her check each plate and wipe down when needed. There was alot of staff! This places oozes young, hip and waiting to be seen. By 2:00 pm the place was almost full with music coming from the in house DJ. If in the area we would consider coming again to try some other items. read more

This massive new complex is beautifully built with tons of indoor and outdoor space, a great addition to the water front. Beautiful venue for this massive restaurant, it seems it is brand new creating the hype for this establishment. The detail into making this place look beautiful inside and out is noticeable. With three floors and different types of seating, I would be sure to make a reservation. The menu has plenty variation for food connoisseurs of all sorts. The starters we tried came out quickly and had plenty of flavor. Drinks were the only thing we felt took quite a while which led to them being watered down by the time they got to us. During our recent visit to the area, we made reservations at Queens Harbour for 4:30 p.m. on a Monday. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the door and directed to our table. Regrettably, the service quality did not meet our expectations. Despite our presence at the table, no staff members acknowledged us. After a 20-minute wait, we decided to leave the establishment and seek alternative dining options. We found that another restaurant provided superior food and service. The service at Queens Harbour was subpar, and we strongly advise against dining there. read more

The place is very large and I loved the Christmas decor. Great views of the city skyline if you're on the top floor. For starters, my wife and I ordered their olives and feta cheese dish and a platter of oysters. I loved the feta cheese dip and used it as a spread for the bread they gave us with the dish. The oysters were PEI Malpeque and tasted great. For our entree, we ordered their OG Platter. The steaks were cooked a nice medium rare and were seasoned well. We also loved the sliders and the Mac and cheese. Lastly, the waiter talked us into getting a Ferrero Rocher cheesecake for dessert. It was great ending to the meal. The service was a little slow but our server was enthusiastic and helpful. I'm also impressed that they validated our parking! I had a great time and would definitely recommend this place. read more

Our server was lovely! Pita and olives were great! Sushi rolls were ok Sake chicken was tasty with light batter The miso caesar with salmon was ok - the salmon was tender and the croutons were exceptional as they melted in your mouth yum! The salad itself would benefit from a much lighter hand on the dressing. The service was generally very slow today. It took 15 min before a server tended to us. Beautiful environment. read more

Great service, food selection and quality was excellent. Great to see a restaurant on the waterfront that can go anywhere from burgers to decadent seafood platters and desserts! Will be back! (One suggestion: toast your gluten-free buns before putting them on your burgers. Untoasted GF buns instantly crumble in your hands, making a mess of your meal. One minute under the broiler to brown the cut side of the buns would keep them together and make for a 5 star burger.) read more

So we dined here on July 1st and I ordered a salad. I started to feel ill very shortly after eating. I won't even mention how horribly slow service was or how dirty their bathrooms are but I'll focus on food. For 2 weeks I've experienced full on diarrhea and cramps. No explanation or reasoning behind symptoms and then I see on CP24 that eating certain produce from the US is causing this. Well there you go-romaine lettuce, cilantro and basil. Hence my symptoms. We did leave a review on open table but Felix head of customer relations is part of the bad culture and food at this establishment and has not gotten back to us. Anyway just be careful what you order from here because my stomach has not been the same and the news says it can last while read more

Fantastic surprise to have Queens Harbour open now. The place somehow feels different from other GTA restos, and the food and service certainly complement an amazing environment. We tried the queens crispy sushi and Wagyu gyoza to kick off and both dishes were quality. The chef was also accomodating enough to ensure the spice level stayed low to our tastes. Mains covered beef - one ribeye and one steak frites which was a juicy picanha. Both were complemented with a delicate garlic compound butter that blended very well with the fatty cuts. Sides were generously offerings of mashed potato, charred broccoli, rocket leaves with Parmesan and, of course, fries. All of these were executed to great standards. The hostesses were friendly, and our server Dallah a great guide through the menu and the venue. He was professional and made us feel at home. We will be back to journey through the rest of the menu and the other spaces for sure. We ate in the main dining room, but there are more spaces inside and out. read more

Food is not good. Basically milestones quality with a nice looking venue. We ordered the calamari, vodka rigatoni, chicken karage, and a salad. All of it was pretty bad. Good Potential, But Service Needs Major Overhaul This is a new, upscale restaurant with many positive reviews, so I went in expecting a certain level of service--and was disappointed. While the atmosphere is great and the decor is excellent, the service severely needs improvement across the board, from the hosts to the floor staff. On my first visit (with a reservation), I was left waiting 10 minutes past my time. The servers seem completely overwhelmed, running around and struggling to pay attention to their tables. I assume they are severely understaffed. My second visit highlighted the operational issues. I was told by the person opening the door that the restaurant was "fully booked" because I didn't have a reservation. I stepped two meters away, checked online, immediately booked a table, walked back in, and was seated--proving they were not fully booked. This kind of inconsistency is unacceptable at this price point. The food is fine, but could definitely improve, and the drinks are just okay. The layout is also problematic; it's a little difficult walking around because the dining room feels oversaturated with tables. Also, be prepared for noise--the music is too loud, making it impossible to hold a comfortable conversation. Overall, the venue has potential, but the management needs to address staffing, service flow, and consistency before it truly lives up to its "upscale" reputation read more

Music too loud ( 92dc.) bar drinks arrive after the cold food. I wouldn't go again even if they were giving the food away,

Queens? Not quite majestic... Been a minute since I last came to Toronto and its downtown core area. My friends and I decided on checking out this new place since I got inside news that a lot of money has been invested into renovating and building up this place. We managed to find parking in a nearby parkade since parking on the street was almost impossible. The restaurant is located right on the side of the harbour. inside is well lit and freshly renovated with a modern layout. It's almost like a fusion of a restaurant, lounge and club. After greeted by the friendly hostesses and seated, here were the food I ordered; 1. Dozen of PEI Malpeque oysters. Pretty fresh and cleanly shucked. 2. Kalamari. A little bit dry and its more of a pub style than restaurant style. I personally prefer the chunky and juicier version more. 3. Beef carpaccio. The beef was very tender and flavourful, all the ingredients were quite well balanced. 4. Scorpion wings (chilli lime). The wings were meaty and juicy with a nice little kick of the chilli lime flavour. 5. Wagyu sliders. Although I am always weary in ordering sliders but these little guys were pretty good. 6. Greek village salad. I am so so on this one, a thin brick of feta but didn't quite do the job for me. 7. Sashimi platter. The sashimi were fresh but somehow I still find the sashimi here in Vancouver better. 8. Papi shrimp tempura roll. (But for some random roll instead). It's okay, quite refreshing although it's not the roll I ordered. 9. 7 seas rainbow roll. Pretty much a rainbow roll, I find it quite expensive for what it is. This place is renovated with a beautiful simple yet elegant modern interior and layout. The front offers a spacious relaxing dining area while the back is hosted with a more upbeat disco like dining atmosphere and DJ. As for the service; the hostesses were friendly and professional.... And it just all literally ended right there at the door. The rest that followed was a freaking joke. I honestly had better services at the Tim Hortons drive thru with someone who can barely speak English; food were missing and came at random time, had 2 set of cutleries and settings for a group of 6 during the duration of our stay even though I continuously asked for them but fell on death ears (was I supposed to feed all my friends or use our fingers?!?), dirty plates were never clear and piling up like the Eiffel Tower (it's worse then a $5 buffet) until I paid the bill (the bill was never shown to me, I was just shown the amount and the suggested HIGH tip amount, whatever, I just paid it). This was absolutely a failure on the management part, millions were poured into this place and the training of the servers were worse than taking a new group off the next boat. The food overall was decent although there is always room for improvement. I can safely say if it wasn't for the chefs doing a decent job on the food from the sushi bar to the kitchen, this place wouldn't even be in my after thoughts for a repeat Overall, with all being said, it's definitely not a 4 or 5 stars like any of the reviews said. A honest 2 stars is beyond generous and would be more realistic for missing that majestic experience. read more
