I recently spent 3+ weeks up in Pennsylvania closing my Father-in-law's house & that took its toll on my body. Mya was the best in making me feel like a million bucks! She then took care of my hands for my Deluxe French Manicure. Her massaging my feet, legs, arms, & hands were wonderful. She treated me so wonderfully & I felt great when I left... (5-Stars!) - THANK YOU, MYA! However: I should've paid attention to the details. For the amount I paid, $115.00 ($95. + $20. Tip) - I think my cuticles should look better on both my feet & hands... Will I go back? YES!!! I Love this place!! I will let them know next time that I want my cuticles taken better care of... And Yes, I will ask for Mya again!! She is my Nail Tech! Thank You, Mya!! What isn't made clear is that the only way to convert those unused services into store credit is to cancel your membership -- which means forfeiting the monthly service you've already paid for. Additionally, the gifted credits can only be used by someone who already has an account. Those important limitations are not obvious upfront. Very disappointed in the ethics of this business.

I've been a customer since the late 90's and I worked on Aurora Road and now I live in Canaveral Groves over 40 minutes away. That is how much I love coming here. I've watched the owner's kids grow up, had one of my own and have seen her business grow into a beautiful showplace which is why I drive so far just to see her. Everyone here always take great care to listen to what I (want) or need and i have often left design up to Vicky and have always been happy by the exceptional quality of her work. When it comes to pedicures I often ask for Tony and let me tell you how relaxing and comfortable those chairs are! Tony is a sweet, older gentleman that does a leg massage on par with the best shiatsu I've ever had. The salon is very clean and overall peaceful to me even on their busiest days. I even love the music! It's my happy place. I've had my eyebrows done by a few different ladies and they are quick and do wonderful work too. I am a patient person when it comes to my personal self-care days and never mind waiting for Vicky or Tony if I have to but appointments can be made if you have a busy life. Lee did my Father toes nails and feet. Ivy did my toes and feet for my birthday. They both did a wonderful job with my Father's feet and for me! My Father is retired Military he has never been to a nail salon and these two women did a great job on my Father's old feet. My father is 71 years and these women DID NOT JUDGE MY FATHER'S FEET . I was visiting from out of town and my sister-in-law took me here. Their new location is gorgeous. A large selection of colors and services to choose from. We both tried the dipped nails and a pedicure. I also got my eyebrows waxed. We had appointments for a busy Saturday morning. We were originally getting gel nails when they inquired about the dipped nails. Not pushy at all, just a suggestion. We opted for the dip and so glad we did. They came out beautifully, our nails feel super strong from the dip (bonus: no ultraviolet lights to put our hands into) and dried in 3 minutes! Next, was the pedicure. Oh the chairs! They were the most comfortable I have ever been in! While there was a bit of s delay in the start of the pedicure, the chairs were so relaxing that it was fine. Again, they did a great job on our pedicures. My eyebrow waxing went fine- just a touch up, so not much to say about that. All the staff were polite, helpful and professional. Queen Nail Salon in Melbourne was an absolute gem of a discovery! I tried out That Little Restaurant in the same shopping center and decided to check out this spa for a pedicure refresh. They are open on Sunday which is not always easy to find in our town. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with good service and reasonable prices. Delighted that we walked in on Sunday morning without an appointment and seated right away. Located conveniently off of Wickham, the salon was extremely spacious and well designed with a welcoming atmosphere. The pedicure chairs were a standout feature, offering relaxation with their heated seats and the added convenience of USB outlets to charge your phone. I had a great experience at Queen Nails today. I brought my teenage daughter, and mom to get pedicures and we all left very happy! Jimmy did my daughter's pedicure, she got squared off French tip pedi, my mom got a squared off French tip pedi by Tina, and I got a deluxe pedicure gel from Lee. Jimmy usually does my daughter's manicure and does such a good job with attention to detail, the same care is put into his pedicures. She refuses to use anyone else. Tina has a similar attention to detail and really listened to what my mom wanted. Lee gave a fabulous massage, got rid of the stubborn calluses, milk and honey mask, and did great with stubborn ingrown nails. I recommend all three and Queen nails as a company! All materials are sterilized and clean between each client and they take great pride in their work. read more

I went to get a pedicure and fill in although the pedicure was great I waited 20 minutes for someone to do my fill in, and no one came to get me I finally ended up asking and nothing but an apology, I couldn't wait any longer because I had to leave,I have an even to go to tomorrow now I have to get out early to find a place that has the same colors to try and get my nails done so disappointed, and it's a really nice and clean place to get your nails done but if you want to get both done you will be waiting if anyone does get to you. My husband opted for the Deluxe Pedicure at $50 and was very happy with his experience as well. Both our technicians, Tracy and Hannah, were thorough, attentive, and did an excellent job. The staff including the manager were genuinely friendly and helpful, and we also learned they offer a rewards program for repeat visits, which is a great perk. Great service, relaxing atmosphere, reasonable pricing, and thoughtful extras. We left refreshed and happy and will definitely be back!
