I had the best experience here this afternoon! I went in to get my acrylics/SNS removed and a gel manicure and this was the most painless acrylic removal I've ever had! The gel manicure was quick and enjoyable with my nail technician using three coats of polish (without me having to ask) to get the brightest color possible. I didn't have time for a pedicure today but I will definitely be back in the future! Update: I'm knocking my review down two stars because it has been 3 days and I have three nails that have chipped. Super bummed but would still be willing to give them a second chance in the future! read more

Really disappointed in my experience here. I came in for a gel mani and regular pedicure. The pedicure was well done. The gel manicure was a different story. The tech who did my nails cut my cuticle. The nail tech apologized but it was a bad cut and bled a lot. I realize that happens sometimes, but the other mistakes he made could have been avoided. Several nails have streaks in the polish. There is polish on my cuticles and on the tips on my fingers. I'm certain that the polish will start peeling in the next few days. The lighting in the salon was quite dim and the polish I chose was pale, so I unfortunately didn't notice how badly my nails were done until I got home. My husband remarked that he could've done a better job on my nails. He's probably right. read more

The lady who did my nails was nice , BUT unfortunately not able to give a nice regular polish mani / pedi . I paid 60 dollars and they would have looked better if I did them myself :/ I did speak up and let her know the nails I didn't like and she tried to fix them but they still did not look good. :( read more

Terrible. I go here occasionally because it's close and easy, but never again. The nail tech asked me if I had gel on my toes, I said no, and she proceeded to use the little rotary file to take off my polish. Two days later, and my nails are all breaking. The polish is peeling off in sheets, and the nails that aren't breaking have super sharp corners. Never again. There's a reason it's always empty. read more

I normally go to a place in BaySide Shoppes Area, but since I had some time after lunch in Melbourne Beach, I decided to slip in for a quick manicure. I called and inquired if the salon had available appointments and if they accept American Express. "Yes" to both questions. I arrived 5 minutes later; had a nail technician filing my nails within 2 minutes of arrival. My service today was the Signature (regular) Gel Manicure for $30. Pamper Me has a pretty wide range of colors; at least 80-100 options which are available in regular enamel and gel. The salon was extremely clean (I even asked about their tool swapping process between clients) and hi-tech. Automatic trash cans, soap dispensers, upgraded nail tools, etc -- I believe this is their new location. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. My only caveats to this review: (1) the nail tech cut a LOT more cuticle (maybe regular skin too) than I would've liked (2) the salon sign is not on the door yet, so you need to look high up on the building or look inside through the windows. read more

Ugh, I so badly want to give this place more stars, but since my sister and I both had the same crap service two stars it is. Let me first say that the girl working the front desk is personal and so friendly and the decor is fantastic. Unfortunately this is supposed to be a nail salon so personality does not trump skill. Upon walking in we were greeted with a friendly smile from the receptionist but the other nail tech decided to shout at us to go pick a color before we could even get out that we had scheduled manicures. My sister and I sit down, are both barely greeted by male nail technicians. The assault on my cuticles! OMG. My cuticles are ripped away, no cuticle oil is placed on them, lotion was applied...scraped out of a cheap packet onto my arms where the worlds quickest hand massage occurs. Then comes the paint job, uneven and streaky. When I wait to see if he will correct the poor paint job he does not. I politely ask that he retouch a nail, he does turns on a fan, leaves the dirty towel with cuticle clippings in front of me and walks on to the next client. And my sisters gel manicure, blotchy, uneven, and so poorly done. She went to another salon to have it redone. As for me 2 days later mine is chipped and peeling. The one I had before last 2 weeks! My sister and I came here from out of town and were very impressed with this business and the owner. They were able to accommodate 2 pedicures with short notice and near the end of business day but were also very attentive, friendly, and gentle with handling our toes! The price for standard pedicure was also very competitive at $27 and we thought well worth the money! Would highly recommend! read more

I am going to start with the interior design and decor which was done beautifully. After that.....it all went down hill. The first gel polish application was drippy and all over my cuticles so the owner had to step in and redo the entire process.... still had polish on my cuticles which obviously started peeling in 2 days. My toes were another disaster. After trying to fix my toes 3 times, I said forget it! and left with no polish on my toes and went to another salon to get fixed. I don't get any designs, just basic gel mani and pedi so this experience should have been a breeze and was a 3 hour ordeal and I was yelled at by the owners father as I was trying to leave. read more

I am disappointed to share this review. We came here and got our acrylics done and they looked pretty good. Except, my friend had 4 nail breaks in the first few days. Mine are okay. Well, 8-9 days later we came back and called beforehand to make sure they had availability for our walk in appointment. They seemed super excited and said they would take us right away and asked how long it would be until we were there- we were on the way so it was 10 min. When we got there, we waited for 40 minutes and they were just starting all of their clients- it was kind of he most ridiculous wait ever lol. They kept telling us just a few more minutes but they were lying. My friend had a full set and asked to start soaking them off after waiting for about 20 minutes. They began to soak her nails while we waited for another 20. She grew them out and was going to get dip but he cut all of her nails off ("to even them out") after we asked to leave. The nails are SUPER uneven so he took off the length and hacksawed her nails. Then, promised her a full set of we came back but she didn't even want a full set- SHE WANTED DIP. So, we didn't like that, either At this point, we just needed to get out of there and did not receive any services other than the soak off and it really sucked. Do not come here read more

I decided to give this place a try and I wont be going back. I was offered a "deluxe pedi" and declined. I only wanted the $25 spa pedi and she pushed a bit more to get me to agree to get a mani, which I also declined (thankfully). My pedi felt rushed and I had to keep asking her to fix stuff as she went along. Im bummed but in the grand scheme of things it's only a bad pedi, life can be worse. I have been here several times as it is very convenient to where I live. The price is OK, the service had been good. My sister was visiting from out of town, so we both went for a pedicure. We made an appointment before we went. Both of our technicians seemed to be distracted. Mine kept forgetting which foot he had done. He never pumiced the bottom of my feet although he did give my legs a nice massage. My sister's technician left the salon for a bit and then came back. He cut her toe with the clippers and didn't even apologize. When we checked out, he used a portable credit card machine and he never gave us a receipt. We have lived beachside for 9 years and have tried almost all nail salons beachside and several mainland. I never found one I love until Yesterday. My daughter and I pass the salon every day and finally stopped in for mani/pedi's. LOVE LOVE this place !! It's has a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. It is very clean and they use liners which I'm thrilled with as not many salons use them. Another thing I love about the salon instead of going to the wall and picking your color from the choices of half empty bottles, they give you a book to look at where each color is painted on an artificial nail so you can see the true color!! What a fantastic idea!!! My daughter and I can't stop looking at our beautiful nails and admiring them. Before I left I bought several gift certificates and I cannot wait to go back!! Great place! I was looking for a mani/pedi near my hotel and this was place was the closest. I walked in and was greeted by the friendly employees and was seated right away. One woman did the manicure while I sat in the pedi chair and had my feet done. I opted for the deluxe pedicure with green tea lotion and soak; worth it!
