No matter who has done my nails they always make sure it's top quality and that they look perfect before letting me leave. This business owner is the worst business owner. I have ever dealt with called to make an appointment and he said that they don't take walk-ins. It says plainly on their door that they do. He has a business card that says they take walk-ins. He says they don't take walk-ins wouldn't make an appointment was very unprofessional very rude. He is not worth the money that people spend inside of this establishment. He pushes away customers when his technicians should be earning money with these customers. I generally spent $120 every time I walk up in the store and I generally tip my technician $20 if I have more than one technician I am tipping each and every one of them $10. This business owner does not appreciate customers their money or their time I will take my money that I work hard for and go to a different location where the owner appreciates customers that come in I feel bad for the technicians because they will continue to lose money in their pockets with an owner, who is unprofessional rude, and talks to people like crap stay away from this salon, a small business owner that treats people like that should not be in business read more

This is the best place for nails. During this pandemic time, they make sure you feel safe and comfortable. All the staffs wear gloves and masks and they follow cdc guidelines about sanitizing chairs, tables right after they are done with customers. Terrible service, I called the day before booked an appointment for 2 pedicures, 1 full set of acrylic nails (including design)and eyebrows waxing. I got there, they wasted my time, did the 2 pedicures and when I asked about my other booked services, they told me they did not know. Looked in the system and found my app booking, with my specifications only to then say, they were sorry but it was too late now for me to get my other services. If you are a regular, then good but don't go if you are not. They don't care for new business, they leave you waiting and you don't get the service you came there for in the first place. I was so incredibly disappointed with this place. Three weeks ago my daughter and I were looking for some place to get our nails done. We stopped by this place because of their walk-ins welcome sign on their door. When we went inside the owner was bickering back-and-forth with another client as to whether or not she had canceled her appointment. She was VERY insistent that she had not. I tell you this because it validates my point of the incompetence for this salon to schedule appointments. The owner then told me that my daughter and I would need to make an appointment and I said that was fine we will be in touch. Fast forward to two weeks later. While with my daughter we called this salon together to make our appointments for the following weekend. We explained that we wanted a fill, an overlay and a pedicure. They said fine, gave us a time for the appointments and hung up. You're thinking okay what's the problem?! Well when we showed for our appointments. I went to sit in the pedicure chair and was asked what we where having done today. I explained that we had an appointment for fill, an overlay and a pedicure. That's when the owner came over with his schedule on his tablet and was pointing to it saying we don't have time for your overlay manicure today and that we did not tell them that this is what we wanted. Then proceeded to tell me that my daughter must have made a mistake when calling. I told him we had called together when we made the appointment. I know what was said and I made the appointments. I then told them if they don't have time for me then I will go to someone who will have time for me and my money. read more
