Oh what a difference it was when I returned.. the place had just been sold and there was, understandably much drama. Someone else did my nails this time as the former owner was too busy. My nails started falling off within a week-- not acceptable and I am in search of a new place to get my nails done now. read more

They recently updated the salon and it looks gorgeous. If you haven't been in a while, you should check them out. They do a wonderful job in keeping up with the latest nail trends and have a wide variety of colors and paint options. Manicures last for weeks and pedicures even longer. Super happy with their quality for manicures and pedicures. I receive compliments on my nails often. It's also nice that they are super friendly too. They have waxing services as well, but I cannot speak for that service. You can make an appointment or walk in. Note, some days are busier than others, so you might want to call ahead if you are in a rush. The primary downfall for the location is it they share parking with other businesses and the strip is off of a busy road. Parking can be a struggle. read more

Took my mom and daughter here to do our nails together. When I came in to get my nails done at a later date they said they didn't charge enough from when I took my mom and daughter and charged me again from the last visit. I would NEVER come back here, ever. Worst customer service. The lady that charged me again asked me if the tip was for her I said no it was for the man who did my nails. A man did my nails (the day I came in without my mom and daughter) and she didn't touch my nails or did any service for me that day she charged me again. When I brought my daughter in the first time we had visited, she pulled my 4 year old daughter's arm hard and scolding my child not to move. Awful. I would never recommend to anyone. read more

Nails didn't last a week before one cracked. They were too thin. They were nice enough but not organized or focused on my business.

This is NOT the mall nail salon! My girlfriend and I have been going to this nail salon every 2 weeks as consistently as possible for over 2 years for our girl-time pedicures. They recently changed ownership and they have only gotten better! They have renovated and gotten new equipment. Dharmi is my girl and she is such a wonderful nail tech! She's fun and always takes her time, never rushing and she never disappoints!!! All of the staff are super friendly and it's just a really fun environment! Especially since Nala, the perfect little puffball puppy joined the team! They are definitely worth giving a shot! read more

I was not at all impressed, in fact I was downright disappointed! The nail tech, Jade, sat down and began my pedicure without so much as a hello or an introduction. I was a first time customer to this establishment and I had to ask her what was her name. She half did my pedicure and did not scrape the dead skin cells off of my heals. Then she forgot to use the cuticle oil and lotion during my manicure! Not to mention the nail polish (not gel) was so dried out and caked on that it took an hour to dry my nails and she never even lotion or massaged my hands. It looked as if one of my grandkids did my nails at home. I had to ask for the manager to put cuticle oil on and massage my hands before putting them under the lamp to dry them. What a waist of $55 dollars! read more

I visited this salon for the first time today and was EXTREMELY pleased. Henry was my nail technician; he was very friendly and accommodating and spent a lot of time and effort into making my full set as perfect as possible, checking in with me every step of the way. My last set had fallen off a couple weeks prior and he made sure to be gentle with my thin nails and damaged cuticles. The prices were absolutely affordable, a full set of acrylics with gel for $40. The location was very clean and though I did not receive a pedicure today I watched as other technicians retrieved all tools and accouterments from sterilized packaging. They also offer free touch-ups should your polish begin to peel within a week. I will absolutely be returning and have already shared my experience with my friends! I made another review but I will just say this. I'm sure it depends on who you get, but like the other review states, 4 of my nails were carelessly filed down to the point of pain. It got worse when I had to put my nails under the intense light, again burning pain. Pain that was there all day. The guy gaslighted me about it and seemed annoyed. He also didn't do a good job so yeah. I don't know about the other people that work there but that was my experience. read more

**UPDATE** as suspected within 7 days my right hand began to chip. I type often, so I hopped I'd find one that lasted as well as my salon in Daytona. By day 10, 3 fingers are peeling off. It won't last till Saturday. Hopefully my natural nails don't break... ---------- I choose this place because of the 22 5 reviews they had and I wasn't disappointed. I was greeted immediately by the friendly staff and even though they were pretty busy I didn't have to wait. I didn't get her name but the soft spoken Indian woman who did my mani pedi was very good. the 1 1/2hr pedicure had scrub, lotion and hot stones. Her massaging was top notch! I brought a book to read. I could hardly concentrate because her massage made me want to close my eyes. You know it's that good when you can relax. The manicure was decent and she was very detailed with the paint and cuticles. My only concern was that the Gel was layered only twice and I didn't see her seal the edges and under the nail. I hope it lasts the 3-4 weeks my previous ones have. If not, I'll just go back. The whole experience was wonderful. read more

The owner called me the day after my appointment just to check how I liked my manicure and assure me if I had any issues he'd redo it at no cost. I'm new to the area and got lost on the way to the salon. I didn't get there until 20 minutes before closing but they still let me come in, they stayed later than closing to get all my services done, and they didn't rush me out the door when I was done. Went in for a mani and pedi with my daughter as a birthday treat to myself. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was so nice and inviting. The complementary water was a plus too. As an upgrade, there's an all-vegan deluxe pedicure that comes with your own brand new tools. No sharing! That's a huge plus! The polish stayed on for almost 2 weeks with no chipping on my fingers and going over 2 weeks on my toes with zero chipping. They took their time on both the mani and pedi and did a thorough job. I like to refrain from negative comments and just choose not to return, but I was just so poorly let down on my experience here. Two stars just because the salon is clean and a good selection of color. When I showed the girl my color of choice from pinterest an ombre white/pink she immediately said she couldn't do it, that it was only for gel or acrylic. I have had it on natural nails..she went ahead and did my toes white, I immediately noticed the white smeared over my toes and she was like it's your nails and with much hesitation cleaned off the edges...then for my pedicure I asked again about doing ombre & she insisted it is only for gels/acrylics while laughing I only want natural nails. I then proceeded to askif she had a more off white color for my nails and without an ounce of wanting to help she was like sorry this is the only white I have. I asked her to get the front desk guy to help her look for an OPI color I found and he then found it.. I was so displeased with the attitude and my nails, I left the spa to see my nails in natural light and it looks like a kid grabbed white out and painted my toe nails that even my boyfriend noticed the poor job done and my mani looks like the nailpolosh is weeks old from my nail bed and the edges not painted evenly... Not a happy customer! read more
