I like to refrain from negative comments and just choose not to return, but I was just so poorly let down on my experience here. Two stars just because the salon is clean and a good selection of color. When I showed the girl my color of choice from pinterest an ombre white/pink she immediately said she couldn't do it, that it was only for gel or acrylic. I have had it on natural nails..she went ahead and did my toes white, I immediately noticed the white smeared over my toes and she was like it's your nails and with much hesitation cleaned off the edges...then for my pedicure I asked again about doing ombre & she insisted it is only for gels/acrylics while laughing I only want natural nails. I then proceeded to askif she had a more off white color for my nails and without an ounce of wanting to help she was like sorry this is the only white I have. I asked her to get the front desk guy to help her look for an OPI color I found and he then found it.. I was so displeased with the attitude and my nails, I left the spa to see my nails in natural light and it looks like a kid grabbed white out and painted my toe nails that even my boyfriend noticed the poor job done and my mani looks like the nailpolosh is weeks old from my nail bed and the edges not painted evenly... Not a happy customer! read more

I come here every two weeks like clock work and have never been disappointed. Mia will do whatever style you want quickly and efficiently. They have a wide variety of colors and styles like gel, sns, and acrylic of course. Henry gives the BEST pedicure. I am extremely picky and he makes them even, square and never bubbles or clumps. I went here because of the good reviews expecting a nice experience. I wanted a simple manicure and pedicure. A male tech saw me and rushed through both services even though the shop was not busy (only person waiting was waiting for a specific tech). He scrubbed my feet for approximately 30 seconds each and lightly massaged my legs for approximately one minute each. I will have to re-scrub my feet to get the desired result. My feet aren't even super callused because I scrub them at home in between pedicures. I pay for pedicures to have my feet scrubbed well and to be relaxed at the end. I paid $40 for services that I was extremely disappointed with. I will not return here again. read more

I've come here several times over the last few months. Mia has done my nails each time. She is professional, friendly and does a good job. I decided to have her do my nails for my wedding. I wanted nail art. I came in with some pictures of what I had in mind. She took several hours one morning trying out different designs on fake nails until she found something I liked. She then bought paint for my specific wedding color. I came back and she took another couples hours creating nails that everyone at my wedding loved. They are so honest about their time and very attentive while you're waiting. The atmosphere was lovely... quiet and calm. They took me as a walk in when it's probably a good idea to make an appointment because by the time I was leaving they had a bunch of guests there who had made an appointment I then felt bad that I probably pushed her schedule back so I made an appointment for my fill When I left. I got coffin shaped nude nails I should've checked the opi color cus it's perfect! They're not too long not too short I love them and they feel really sturdy . They also have a 5 day guarantee any breaks they'll fix within 5 days or a repair is only 3$ great hours great prices and great service I loved the owner he was so nice and handed out candy the day after Halloween so sweet literally ! After reading all the great reviews, I picked this place and I am happy I found this place! The most important thing to me is a clean salon that follows sanitary guidelines. This is a VERY clean salon, they line the bowls with the plastic liner and open up new instruments to use on each customer. I'm thrilled! Went to this place yesterday and I loved how Thorough they were. My feet feel and look amazing, they even gave us tips for at home nail care. Everyone was so nice. We went for a deluxe pedicure and were there for an hour and a half. I went for a gel pedi and the indian woman nipped me 2 times and I asked her to stop and she continued then the owner/Mia came over I explained to her and she told the woman so she just stop doing the pedicure completely and just painted my toes with the gel polish and uv light and the gel nail polish on 3 of my toes were completely off within 3-4 days. Waste of time & money and horrible attitudes! Especially when they are speaking a foreign Asian language loudly at the same time this was happening and excluding you from the conversation. read more

I am from out of town so I am sure they figured they could rush and not worry about it. I came as a walk in so I expected to have to wait to be helped but they offered to get me started as soon as I came in. Well someone had an appointment at 3pm it was 2:30 and she was early so the lady in the floral shirt did my nails and was rushing through it (to my surprise she didn't do a totally awful job but it wasn't great). She was very rude and aggressive while she was doing my nails, grabbing my arm and twisting my hand harshly. When she was putting the acrylic on she kept forgetting to clean underneath (probably because she was rushing and needs to learn how to look at a schedule). Now the underside of some of the nails are wonky and uncomfortable. After she finished shaping she sent me to get a pedicure so she could work on the lady who had an appointment which I would had rather waited and had her do a good job. The lady who did my pedicure was so sweet and incredibly nice she was the only good part of the whole thing. After the pedicure the floral shirt lady came and painted my nails (in a rush, surprise surprise). The polish is incredibly uneven and I'm honestly shocked they run their business like this I don't think I've been to a worse salon in my life. I of course paid after waiting THIRTY FIVE MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO TAKE MY MONEY (yes 35 minutes) and tipped each of them $10 even though the lady who did the acrylics deserved nothing after the way she treated me and the work she did. Since I visit Florida about once a year I can say with certainty I will not go out of my way to come here again. read more

I found this salon on Yelp after having a bad experience with another salon. Mia is wonderful! She did a beautiful job on my nails to which I have received more then one compliment on how nice my nails looked and I have continued going back since this past May. I have had two pedicures along with getting my nails done and the experience has been great for every service I've had. Mia also waxed my brows and they never looked better.
