Terrible pedicure 1/10/26. I told her I had ingrown nail on my left foot on the inside and she dug in on the right side (I literally pointed at the spot to go to). Prior to the start of my pedicure I explained my needs. I was relaxing eyes clothes till the cut. Yes I felt it and said ouch and pulled back from the pain. Price gouging, lying, rude customer service, consistently poor quality. I've been giving this place my business for over 3 years. Nearly $100 a month with tip. Over $3600. I used to leave them well earned, great reviews. All of a sudden, in the last few months, their quality has gone down significantly; rushing the job/ missing steps/ making mistakes/ hiking initially agreed price/ extremely rude/ pretending not to understand to avoid fixing. Prices NOT posted. Around August, my new $80 full set came off entirely like press ons in the first few days (I called right away to let them know and went back immediately per their request. Twice in one week). Instead of fixing their obvious mistake, they charged me $60 to redo it-to which they acted like they were doing me a favor. Any true nail girl knows- a properly done new set will NOT pop off easily, painlessly or without damage. But at Queen- it's the only consistency. I have never expected anything free and I tip well. I do however expect to receive what I'm paying for to be done correctly, and mistakes handled professionally without grudges. They responded by significantly overcharging me every visit after, for the same style I always get and giving me attitude when I ask questions, for why I'm receiving hiked prices, aggressive attitude/ customer service, and rushed/ poor quality. I just tried to give them another chance- where they told me no one was available, and refused to give me a wait time. I sat there waiting and watched them skip three walk ins ahead of me, while they continued to waste my time, telling me (lying) no one was available "to do acrylic". I finally politely asked "why are you skipping all these people ahead of me?" As she stammered to find another lie; I calmly said "I will no longer give you my business when this is how you treat people". And I left. Absolutely terrible customer service and quality of work that has become just as bad. read more

Been here several times and it has gotten worse to the point I will NEVER go back again. Spent almost $100 on a gel full set and toe polish change and my full set looks like I've had it for almost 2 weeks...IT HAS BEEN ONLY 2 DAYS!!! It's like they train the staff to purposely use the electric filer near the cuticle so much to the point there's a gap that makes it look grown out and once it does start growing out it seems like you've had it for 3+ weeks. Not great. My nail tech was super sloppy and my nails were missing nail polish on the sides of all my nails. I even had to go back after to get them "fixed". My nail shape was not what I asked for and my nails came out super thick and lopsided. My pedicure was nice but the nail polish was painted beyond my nails and onto my skin. I was impressed with the facility and the promptness to be serviced without an appointment, BUT the service was not the best. My water for the foot bath was scalding, she made several of my toenails bleed while using the nippers, it was pretty painfull on one of my big toes as she took the corner of the nail off with a small chunk of skin. She was very persistant in trying to sell me gel nails, as I just wanted a basic manicure, she proceeded to also nip several of my fingers and clipped and filed all of my nails down to nothing. I booked a manicure online without knowing anything about this business. It was impulsive. I was very disappointed. I went because my nails needed some maintenance after moving and not caring for my hands in the past couple of weeks. I told the clinician no clippers please, just file and she used a clipper about half way through my manicure. There was a language barrier but I know she understood because she had put the clippers down and went forward with the file. To my surprise she did clip one of my nails. I'm not sure why but I don't think I had a broken nail. I was disappointed in my experience. No hand massage, no wet towel, no lotion at all. I really wanted my cuticles to be removed because I don't have my own supplies to manage them at this time. The end result was only okay. Still have hangnails and it doesn't look like I had a manicure. During my manicure a group of 5 people came in all together. I'm not sure if she needed to move along to go help with that large group sitting for pedicures. They shouldn't have let me make my appointment at that time if they anticipated a conflict. I'll look for another salon for my next manicure. read more

My last two experiences have been absolutely awful. The most recent time it took over an hour and a half, the woman clearly didn't know how to do dip powder properly. She got dip all over my hands and didn't get it off. She re did the green nail 3 times(which wasn't the right color in the first place). She CRACKED my real nail in half and just put dip over it, it's now on the verge of breaking. They never take my old dip off and just file the HECK out of it, so much that it burns my nail. Causing them to be super chunky... they ALWAYS have an attitude because I get there around 6:20, which they close at 7:30. The lady was doing such a terrible job I was on the verge of tears from anger. It was honestly shocking how awful my experience was. The time prior to this, I had Vicki, who had a TERRIBLE attitude because I was there "late". (An hour before close). She rushed SO much I bled in the 3 places, burnt the heck out of me filing my nail down... She made the dip so ridiculously chunky and crooked than got upset when I said something, dropped her tools stormed away and had someone else finish. (Kevin, whos actually very nice and does quality work). I am SO frustrated with my experiences I will never ever step foot back in there. read more

I would like to start out that Queen Nails appears to be very clean and nicely decorated. Other than that, I have no reason to return. The gentleman that did my nails was nice enough, but other than that, there was nothing else. The grooming of my cuticles was semi-painful and the massage was very dismal!!! I went to Queens this morning to get a broken nail fixed. There was part of the acrylic still left on my real nail when I went, the guy then took an extension and pried my nail off with it. I eventually started bleeding under my real nail, nothing was done to stop the bleeding nor to clean the fresh cut. He then started to put a new one on and paint it. I walked out of the salon thinking the new nail was fine besides the dried up blood that was very visible, when I got into my car and really looked at the nail my jaw dropped. She is inexperienced & very unprofessional. 2 days after getting my lashes I came down with a infection in my eye from her tools not being sanitized. Her lashes didnt even last me 3 days. So sad, read the good reviews about the place and drove about 20 mins to get there excited with my girls. Salon is very large & nice. I had a mani with gel polish . When I arrived home I noticed one of my nails was missing polish on the right side of nail which i did not notice earlier.within the next week my nails looked like crap was truly dissatisfied as I always have a manicure & gel nail polish that lasts at least a month. My daughters had acrylics put on and gel. One daughter's acrylic nails had 2 fall off within 2 days.
