I visited Envy Nails this morning (Showed up about 15 minutes before my appointment) & was greeted so kindly and was then led to the massaging chair for my Mango Pedicure. Mya then greeted me and started pampering me & my feet... The care she took in treating me was wonderful... I recently spent 3+ weeks up in Pennsylvania closing my Father-in-law's house & that took its toll on my body. Mya was the best in making me feel like a million bucks! She then took care of my hands for my Deluxe French Manicure. Her massaging my feet, legs, arms, & hands were wonderful. She treated me so wonderfully & I felt great when I left... (5-Stars!) - THANK YOU, MYA! However: I should've paid attention to the details. For the amount I paid, $115.00 ($95. + $20. Tip) - I think my cuticles should look better on both my feet & hands... Will I go back? YES!!! I Love this place!! I will let them know next time that I want my cuticles taken better care of... And Yes, I will ask for Mya again!! She is my Nail Tech! Thank You, Mya!! I have accompanied my partner to this nail salon multiple times and can agree with the following things that she told me about: I have been to this nail salon three times and each time I have had to wait an extremely long amount of time, the most recent time I had an appointment and still waited an hour. My second time there I got a pedicure and the man doing my pedicure, suck his hands extremely far at my legs almost into my shorts. The last time I went, my nails, came out very thick and a bad shape. I tried to give this nail salon, a fair shot because my first two times going they did a great job on my nails But third strike you're out. read more

They did a rushed half ass job of a French tip not only that they told me it was 45 on the phone and other peoples receipts say 45 so why they saw me and wanted to charge a teenage girl 70. It's blotchy on the white, they didn't go all the way to the outline, they didn't get the sides, and i told them to do the flower on the ring nail an they did it on the middle. If you like sloppy nails come to this place. This is terrible, not even a week later and the previous nail I got fixed broke AGAIN, my toe polish is fading ALREADY, and I didn't have the best experience while getting them done. My toes are a redo because the nail tech did such a sloppy job. The ONE French tip on my big toe wasn't even lined up correctly. The worst part is the nail tech was fully aware she messed up my nail. She told the other nail techs in their language and was hoping I wasn't going to say anything smh. But I did politely ask her to fix it and she still managed to mess that up. As for my nails, I previously got them done by number #3 and filled in by #8. As you can see they are literally breaking, you can visibility see the fill in line and she did such a sloppy job that there is A HAIR UNDER MY NAIL smh. I wouldn't recommend this place to the rats running around in New York subways. read more

Nice place with amazing customer service and treatment. Few problems: They haven't updated their location so maps takes you to a run down place that is a dump. When we called, they person said that they were right next to El Chicos without telling us where that is. When we got in we picked our colors and got seated. After that, it took them an hour to get us seated even though there were 5 employees on their break the whole hour and 4 prepped desks in front of us. Mind you there were barely and people in the salon and we were late. I asked for french tip and showed a reference photo. Made the tips way too thick and redid them twice. He spent an hour drilling my nails and told me to stop moving when his hand twitched or shook. Didn't follow the reference or talked at all. The music in his headphones was very loud and was not very favorable to the environment. read more
