My grandma went in for a manicure and pedicure as a treat for herself. While she was still getting her pedicure, the other worker put a board across her lap and started doing her nails at the same time. Because of that, she couldn't relax and enjoy her pedicure. She had to keep paying attention to the nail worker telling her to move her hands and fingers. It all felt very rushed, trying to perform two services at the same time, it was also distracting, the lady doing her toes ended up hurting her. It was stressful for her instead of relaxing. We paid a lot of money and were unhappy with the experience, so she called to ask if they would redo the service. She just wanted to enjoy what we paid for. They were not understanding and did not admit that the service felt rushed. We will not be going back. read more

I came in for an ACRYLIC SOAK OFF. First thing first, I am from out of town, I am also a LICENSED NAIL TECH. I know how thick and healthy my nails are when taken off. Mind you that I speak their language as well. It took the older lady 45 minutes to 1 hour to do a soak off. It usually suppose to take only 15-20 minutes. (Do NOT give me an excuse saying that my acrylics are too thick. My acrylics are done back at home by a CORRECT LICENSED NAIL TECH who is very hard to book with. They are done correctly and perfect.) My real nails are now butchered and it's red. I was politely telling the older lady to be softer on the nails and she did, but she continued to butchered it. Messy work taking it off and the younger lady in the back was extremely super rude. Telling me that "you should go back to your own nail tech then, that worked on you." Like is this how they treat their customers? Who does that. Apparently this salon is a chop shop. They take your money, if you complain, they will blame you or make excuses. Then she proceeds to tell me the process of what's to come and tried to lecture me. I left the store upset, angry, the younger lady was talking to me like I don't know what i'm talking about. Now I have deep rings of fire by my cuticle and butchered red nail beds. See for yourself. I rather take my time and money somewhere else. I went to cosmetology school and this is very VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. It hurts to even touch my real nail beds now. I will not suggest anyone to come to this location and tried to get their nails removed. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. If you want your nails to be thin as paper, go for it. It was busy so I try to give them the benefit of the doubt. Took me over 35 minutes for my partner and I to get started with our nails. Angel and Twee have saved my eyebrows and nails more times than I can count! My eyebrows are the perfect shape and I get them waxed once a month by either of them. I have been a chronic nail biter my whole life and both have them has been very kind with the process of getting dip to finally beat my worst habit. First, the last pedicure I received left one of my toes infected which cause my nail to die and lift. Second, they never have the dip powder colors that they have you choose from. Worst experience ever. Came for a fill, wound up paying 35 dollars because "I misunderstood." The guy who did my nails was rude, careless, kept hurting me, and turns out he was the manager! He cared so much about answering the phone (and so little about my nails) that he never did more that one nail at a time, then he'd come back and not finish a nail and get mad when I pointed it out. On top of that, he insisted he wasn't hurting me, even though he drew blood several times. I had pink and whites that had grown out, but just wanted to get a normal fill and then a coat of red polish over the top, which I thought I explained, brought the bottle and set it out and all. After two nails (he dipped them in powder, didn't use a brush, and as a result, they look crooked and uneven anyway) I asked if he was just doing a normal $15ish fill like I asked. He said no, he was doing a pink and white fill for $35, and "I misunderstood". You'd think he could stop after two nails, but said it was going to be $35 no matter what. I decided I usually love pink and whites, so would just go with it instead of getting frustrated. But as I pointed out things I didn't like (like the unevenness resulting from "dipping" my nails in white powder and the fact that the acrylic didn't even come close to the bottom of my nails so they already looked grown out), he insisted he wasn't done and not to worry. He started with the top coat so I asked if, before he did the top coat, he could fix things id already pointed out, and he literally raised his voice and said my nails weren't uneven and that the polish was all the way to the bottom. This is by far the worst my nails have ever looked, most painful it's ever been, and the most I've ever paid! A totally poor experience all around. Would give 0 stars if I could. read more

She was so nice and told me everything she was doing, but also explained why she did it a certain way instead of another way!
