I paid for my mother to get her nails done here. They hurt her and left marks on her hands. She asked them to please stop and fix the issue of them pulling her and being rough with her. I visited Pretty Nails because I was in dire need of a pedicures as I had to visit family in the area rather urgently. Coming from out of state, one never knows where to go without a personal recommendation. So I relied on Yelpand it's reviews. P.J. did a fantastic job with my spa pedi using gel polish. I had not had a gel pedi before and am extremely pleased with the results. PJ was extremely friendly, professional, and her attention to detail and cleanliness was outstanding. She explained gel polish to me and assured me I would not be disappointed. She was not pressuring me at all, and I wanted to try gel in the past, but no one ever took the time to kindly explain it to me. What a great experience this was for me. I highly recommend! Well I was disappointed in my experience today Walked in after many months of no pedicure and the place is undergoing some sort of remodel Not in a good way! I just wanted a peaceful relaxing pedicure. The final outcome is good but it was not relaxing. The lady was so rough I kept saying that it hurts. Dear god how hard to u have to scrub. Slow down please ladies ! I want to enjoy it not be tortured! No one was particularly friendly. Just disappeared as soon as done ‍. I decided to try Pretty Nails because the salon I had been going to became too busy and I felt like my manicures and pedicure were therefore rushed and not to the standard it had been previous. Pretty Nails was close by and had an available slot. I was shocked at how pleased I was with their service. Everyone was so nice, PJ was fast and did an outstanding job on my dip manicure. Really love this nail salon. I'm a new customer and went about a week ago to get a full set of acrylics. My nail tech was PJ and she is amazing! She was fast but thorough and checked her work constantly. She did such a great job I absolutely love my nails! I will be back again for my fill for sure! Very nice atmosphere but be careful who does your pedicure and powder/dip nails. It pains me to say that they are not just inconsistent with their charges but more importantly with their services. When you have your own natural nails and you constantly have to remind them NOT to file YOUR nails thin when receiving the dip/powder nails, that's a huge red flag. Stay away from the older woman with multi colored hair if you want to keep YOUR nails. Olivia starts off ok, but remove the dip/powder at home so you can thoroughly examine your nails. First I would like to point out that the salon is clean and sanitary, however there where a lot of issues with my services. I spent $70 on a pedicure and my nails aren't filed straight there was nail polish on my skin and the white she used under the yellow is showing through in some places. The polish is thick and lumpy and looks like I did it myself. While the massage part was awesome and all, this is just unacceptable as the point of the pedi is the nails it seems that was not much of a priority for her. Now on to the fill, The same thing with the filing on my toes, my nails weren't filed straight and the tips are rounded or crooked. The acrylic is so thick it makes the nails look even more artificial and not really up to par with what I'm used to as far as shape. I got a simple design with just straight lines and the tec did not make them even, some lines are darker than others and some are already chipping and fading which should not be happening after 2 days with gel polish. Over all spent 140 including the $20 tip I left and I do not feel like it's worth it at all. I pay less for a full set than I did for this fill. If you like the old school thick fake looking acrylics than this might be the place for you, but if you're looking for a more sharp modern & natural style of nails this place ain't it. I'm so disappointed. read more

I am actually sitting and having my feet dry right now. I haven't been here in a long time and I'm glad that I came back! I just had a relaxing pedicure with Lindsay. She was very gentle with everything that she did. It's also very nice that I can understand everyone in the building. It's very clean and I love the picture on the wall in front of the pedicure chairs. The place is very clean and doesn't smell of chemical either. The colors are calming and the seats are comfortable. Also the music is nice and not loud... Accommodating to all ages. I will be coming back to this location and will recommend this to my friends. This place I used to call old faithful will now be called this again. Thank you again Lindsay for the great pedicure!!!! read more

I am 100% never coming here again. Rushed and terrible job! The nail tech kept insisting to not have my daughters nails done all while ripping my apart. When I say I have cuts I mean I have multiple cuts! She said they don't scrub feet here but all the women next to me were getting theirs scrubbed she was just trying to rush me out of my chair. The paint job is absolutely terrible and all I'm left with is a $50 bill on what's worth a $2.00 (being generous here) pedicure!!! read more

Came in the next day, once our pedi's were done & Mom sits for her mani then the manager tells me "oh we don't have anyone to do yours!" What?? Manager was very rude and then proceeded to take 4 more walk in's while I am waiting for them to finish my moms manicure. What's the point of appointment? poor customer service! read more

My wife and I are occasional visitors when we're in Rockledge from out of state. The first time we went in, they were a bit panicked about a male wanting a pedicure - but they adjusted to the idea and remember us when we come in. They do a very good job and are friendly and welcoming. We'll be trying them for Gel manicures soon. read more

I just took my 10 year old to Pretty Nails for her first mani/pedi. I walked in , was greeted in a friendly way, and scheduled my appointment. When we arrived for the appointment, we were again greeted and taken back for the pedicure as soon as she was done choosing her colors (which is a huge undertaking when you have so many beautiful choices!) The gentleman that did her mani & pedi was careful to do all parts of the service in a way that did not hurt or scare her. For example, when he was rubbing the bottoms of her feet he checked with her to make sure it wasn't too hard. I was very pleased to see that he did not short-cut anything because she was "just a child". There was not a moment where she was in pain or uncomfortable and she felt pampered--just as she should! Bonus for me: They of course said I could sit next to her while she was starting with the pedicure, but they went the extra mile and said, "Take off your shoes and sit back. You should relax too!" and proceeded to turn on the massage chair! Service was great and price was great! read more
