I advised I wanted to have French tip with regular polish and acrylic. She kept trying to tell me gel was better. I told her I understand I still wanted regular polish and acrylic on my nails. She told me it was the same price and that it won't last long. I still told her okay, I understand but this is what I want very respectfully. We sat down she told me to go pay since my nails will take time to dry. I explained I could take my card out in advance it was okay. She insisted again. And so I asked "so you're saying you want me to pay now" and she said "yes". So I said "okay I'm paying and leaving". I didn't argue with her I just paid and left. There was no let me add the clear finishing top, she didn't apologize for making me bleed on my left middle finger, nothing. She just kept saying I just asked her to pay because of the polish will be wet as if anyone leaves with wet hands. As if I haven't been patient with her this entire time. I hope they practice safe hygiene and she sanitized what she used on my hands since I was bleeding. It was poor customer service and $50 dollars for an acrylic that wasn't even finished is beyond me. The stereotype of me yelling and going back and forth was not happening. I enjoy my peace it was just a waste of my money which I dislike. If I'm paying I have the option. You shouldn't show or express your dislike for anything a customer is paying for. I expressed one too many times to her that this is what I want and she kept trying to change my mind. Making me pay before my nails is done is like making someone pay when they receive their food. I didn't mind staying and waiting until my nails dried. I told her I could pull my card out now. When I paid I didn't even have to input any code. So it was a very unpleasant first and last experience.
