The service was quick and the nails are gorgeous. Julie at the salon did my nails and she did an amazing job and gave me exactly what I wanted and took her time making sure my nails were perfect, the price was what was advertised and there were no hidden fees. The service was great, loved the pedicure, but not quite sure that I'd go back here or get a pedicure at any nail salon in fact. During the pedicure the tech pulled on an ingrown toenail and cut along the cuticle to get it out. I typically love this and haven't had a problem with any nail tech doing this as it typically solves the problem. However, the next day my toe was very red and clearly infected. I assume that the tools weren't cleaned well enough or maybe the water during the pedicure, or maybe it was just an open wound and sand/grime got on my toe afterwards-- no clue really, but I've now dealt with a skin infection for three weeks!!?! I've paid $150 in Dr. expenses and no antibiotic has touched the infection yet. I know this is gross to share, and also not entirely the salons fault. However, I felt like sharing might make some women more cautious and at least vocal with their nail techs and salons that they go to! read more

Not thrilled . I went there for a dip powder manicure last week and honestly they came at pretty bad in my opinion, he put tips on and came out with huge bump like it did not get filed down. I also made it very clear that I have sensitive skin and to do his best to make sure that he does not cut me and get the dipping powder chemicals in it and he did, my finger was swollen for days . I won't even go back to get it fixed . The service was ok, he was kinda rude when I was explaining what shape I wanted . Overall not a good experience and I will not be returning. read more

I'm visiting from out of town and I found this place on yelp. Turns out it was the same place my friend was trying to tell me about. I came in for an overdue manicure. I just ah bet been home to go to my regular place. The dip on my nails had to be removed first. I chose a gel polish to replace it because I felt like there was less likelihood for error than could be with dip.... at a new place I usually choose gel over dip. The girl who did my nails was careful and conscientious. She took her time and had an excellent knowledge of the process and a great skill set. I will be back. read more

Used to like this place but now that their business picked up it's awful. Understaffed and rush you through. Terrible job on both my hands and feet. A 3rd grader could do better. I specifically told Y not to cut my big toe nails past the skin but he accidentally cut the 2nd too short because he was rushing then recut the one he already cut to make it just as short. Now my toes are in pain and I will suffer ingrown nails because of his error. He also made a mess of my gel French manicure because he went too fast and repeatedly said sorry because he had to stop several times to cash someone out or answer the phone. I kept telling him I don't like when he rush but he didn't listen because he was trying to beat the clock before closing time to fit another customer in that walked in and said she wanted him to do her pedi. Then when time to pay it was unusually higher than all other times I've been there so I asked why, he said $15 for cat eye polish. I was like whoa wait what?! He never told me that and it was1st time I got that kind paint. Long story short I paid 60 and ran outta there pissed to all hell. I will never return!
