I got french tips, yes i admit it was almost closing but here are my few observations. There was hair on my nails after curing, ants everywhere, the vibe was just off and staff are just rude. My french tips were uneven and crooked. Other time i came i got simple blue acrylics, it was so far from my cuticle and was bleeding all over my fingers. Do not go here. read more

Horrible absolutely horrible.... Went in for a nail removal and over lay walked out with a deep cut that was repeatedly cut an still have acrylic on my nails that they just left on an painted over with clear polish never even dusted the dust off before painting it so there's nail dust bumps trapped inside ... nails are square some are oval nun are even... never even cleaned up the area so now I have to go home and do so that way it's does not get infected .... The lady that did my nails was talking on the phone the whole time she did my manicure. Her station was dirty. The towel that she laid down was filthy with dried acrylic and other stuff on it. She then proceeded to cut my, the acrylic didn't cover all the nail, the shape is wrong, and all the edges are rough. I will have to go home and file my nails to fix this. Well.. when I first walked in I was immediately greeted and was given a pallet of nail colors to choose from. The girl who was working on my nails was also multi tasking doing my nails and another girls nails. She was very respectful and the place was very clean. I got a regular gel mani & pedi a few weeks ago... aside from the fact that these ladies (who were doing my hands and feet at the same time) were literally whisper gossiping the entire time, after a week the polish starting chipping on my hands entirely... I don't do heavy labor to put things in perspective... I was never asked what shape I wanted my toenails and didn't realize until I had left they were not the way I wanted... they filed my nails way too much on BOTH my hands and feet, causing my nails to break and become painful... I have never had such a terrible experience anywhere, and this was my first impression of nail salons in Palm Bay... please take your money and business somewhere else. First pedicure. Ok. Upgraded to the aloe vera cleanser and lotion. Personable man took care of me. Light massage to almost the knee. My toe nails and callouses surely appreciated his efforts. Me and my husband have been going here for years since 2005 and we have never had a bad experience. We only get pedicures. They got new chairs and upped the prices as well as adding deluxe options which we get every time. We pay $40 for aloe jelly with a 1 hour pedicure. I've been getting add nail service for ever trying to find a permanent spot and I will not go anywhere else from now on. 25 miles from my house and I will still make the drive just to have do my nails from now on. Friendly but very unclean inside. The pedicure chairs were not clean, leftover dirty towels and equipment was left behind and not cleaned after clients left. Seems as if they over book and aren't honest about the wait times. Left before even attempting to get service because of how dirty it was. read more

I went for a regular manicure. The color I picked said gel on it. I asked the girl if it worked for a regular manicure. She enthusiastically assured me it was fine. Within 30 minutes of leaving I had a completely ruined manicure. If a finger touched a thing there was a dent, a pushup, a smear. The polish was so soft it came off just by touching it. I could move it around with my finger! It was awful! The staff need to know what they're selling. As far as I'm concerned I am owed a new manicure! read more

Used to be better, raised prices because they got new massage chairs and their service doesn't match their prices. Their prices change and they charge you whatever they feel like. Whenever I wanted to have my nails done, I would go here because I like the pedicure man- he is the best and is very good at his job!! The last time we went (last week), I got a gel manicure and I have super long nails but the owner cut them short and didn't trim my cuticles well enough and they came out terrible so I told her please just remove the nail polish, she ended up shaving off the top bedding of my nails and my nails have been brittle and cracking ever since... I've never had my nails look so unhealthy like this. I'll never go here again. Extremely disappointed. Terrible service to loyal customers. Paid full price for my gel manicure even though I left with naked unpainted brittle nails. Do not waste your time- Go somewhere else! read more

i have gone to this nail salon about 10 times and i found out i had a infection under my nails... They never mentined that my nails looked bad they just kept filling them at 45 a pop...they never bleach there pedicure bowls they just fill them up for the next customer. I had pain under my toe nails they never once told me i could have a infection they just kept doing my nails even though i was in great pain ... i will never go back ...watch for cleanlieness because they dont seem to care.. read more

I am on vacation and needed a fill. This place was close and convenient. I feel like I should have went with my gut feeling after getting there and just left. They were very friendly and told me to have a seat at one if the stations. Right away I was turned off by how dirty the station was. It obviously wasn't cleaned up after the last client sat there. They never told me how long the wait would be and I waited a good half hour before one if the techs came to help me. Then he did a very quick job of filing my nails down it prep for my fill. He instructed me to move to another station and wait. About 10 minutes later he came and finished up my fill. I was then instructed to wash my hands and go to yet another station. I waited for only a few minutes that time and he came and had me pay then buffed my nails and applied clear polish. Now I've never been to any salon where the gel polish wasn't the norm and didn't know I had to request it. So I had to sit there at a fan for several minutes. Upon leaving I inspected my nails and they were sloppy, uneven and not smooth at all. I will need to go to another salon later on just to get buffed and a gel polish applied. Worst nail place I've EVER been to. They filed one of my nails so hard they hit my nail bed. My nail a few weeks later ripped off and now my nail is growing in way farther back than it is supposed to. Permanently damaged my nail. I am pissed. I got a full set of gel nails and a pedicure six days ago. $70 Today one of my nails just randomly fell off. They did a horrible job and I could tell right away. They were already lifting after the second day and not shaped well at all. They were all thick and fake looking. My pedicure was even worse. This older woman did it and she didn't even trim my cuticles. I walked out, looked at my feet again and walked back in. I did not want to be rude, but for 32$ I should not have had the white tip polish all over my toes!! It was just sloppy and ridiculous. She clearly couldn't see very good or didn't care. She kind of fixed it but still did not do a very good job. She said that I just had bad feet. It's day six and my feet look horrible. The clear paint is chipping... the white tips are half gone. I could have done a much better job by myself. I have one nail missing on my hand and I don't think that after 6 days I should have to pay for them to fix it! read more
