I went in to get my nails done on November 25th. I got a very simple acrylic set for my nails. (NO…read moredesigns, almond/circular shape, ONE color) I had two different techs, which isn't an issue to me, but the first tech did not trim my natural and long nails before putting on my acrylics until I stopped him and asked him. Not huge deal, but a bit annoying. I got a new tech after this, they traded out for whatever reason, and finished my nails with this tech. I don't remember his name, but it started with an A (Addey I believe). It took him over an hour to finish my set, with no designs or anything nor did I ask him for any corrections/refiling/etc. Now I go to pay, it was $60, $50 for the set and $10 for the almond shape. I pay, the payment kiosk asks what tip amount I would like to leave, I press decline, not thinking much of it as tipping is NOT a requirement, it is a courtesy. As my receipt is printing, my tech asks me "so are you paying the tip in cash?" I said that I was not, that I passed on the kiosk. He proceeded to VERBALLY get angry with me asking why I was not leaving a tip. He asked what was wrong with the nails and I said nothing, it's just that I don't always tip. (I tip when I do designs, or get extra service. This was not a situation as such.) He began to raise his voice at me saying that he spent over an hour on my nails and that it was selfish for me to not leave a tip. I was speechless, he was yelling at me in front of another customer and the entire shop. Since I had already paid, I began to walk out, and he berated me as I walked out the door telling me to never come back again. Mind you, I will never come back again. I have never been treated as such in any nail salon establishment I have been to in my life. I am a teacher, I am not rich, I just wanted to get some SIMPLE nails before visiting my mom for Thanksgiving. Instead I was publicly humiliated and berated by a tech with yelling in his own shop. I would not recommend this place at all. The service was mediocre at best, the experience far less so.

From the moment I sat down, I could tell she really knows what she is doing. She has such a strong eye for color and placement, and everything felt very intentional. The highlights came out so natural and bright, with a really soft blend. Nothing looked harsh or overdone. It just looks effortless and polished, like that perfect sunlit color you hope for but rarely get. She also really listens and understands what you want, then somehow makes it even better. I felt completely taken care of the entire time. I walked out feeling so confident and put together, which is not something every salon can do. If you are looking for beautiful, high quality highlights, Cindy is truly amazing. I will definitely be coming back. Vibe was beautiful.

0/10 I wanted to…read moreshare my experience so others can make an informed decision. I first tried booking online, but the website wouldn't let me schedule an appointment for a Saturday. I called the salon instead and spoke with someone at the front desk. The interaction felt awkward and difficult--whether it was a communication issue or a language barrier, the process was not smooth. We eventually handled everything over text. I sent a video showing the exact hairstyle I wanted and was told they could recreate it. Throughout this process, I was repeatedly pushed to add services like manicures, pedicures, and hair coloring, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by the same person I had spoken with earlier. The check-in was technically fine, but the atmosphere felt cold and mechanical rather than welcoming. I was then assigned to a stylist. Almost immediately, I realized they were working from a different reference video and a different hairstyle than the one I had sent. No one showed it to me or asked for my approval--they just started working. They didn't ask if my hair was clean or prep it properly (no conditioning or sleeking), which resulted in many visible flyaways and a rougher look. Both the salom owner and the stylist were working on my hair at the same time, openly arguing about how to do the style and essentially experimenting on me. I was even told that neither of them really specializes in updos, but they wanted to "try" this one. After several attempts and continued back-and-forth between them, I finally had to intervene and say that I only wanted one person working on my hair. That moment was deeply uncomfortable. The owner looked at me aggressively, pinched my arm twice, and said, "Okay, I understand, okay, I understand." She then gathered all the products she had brought--various holding sprays and texture sprays--and removed them so the stylist couldn't use them. Later, she brought them back selectively, maintaining control from the sidelines. It felt tense, unprofessional, and invasive. Although the stylist continued, the owner kept hovering and interjecting. At no point did anyone ask for my feedback--no "Do you like this?" or "Is this what you wanted?" They simply continued in their own direction. The final result looked like a bunch of hair pinned at the back of my head. I paid and left, but once I got home, I took it all out because I truly didn't like it. It didn't make me feel confident, and that's the whole point of getting your hair done. Overall, I felt unheard, uncomfortable, and treated more like a transaction than a client. The experience lacked communication, professionalism, and care. The owner either needs to trust her stylists to do their jobs or become properly trained herself. As it stands, the environment feels chaotic and controlling, and it's not a place I would return to or recommend ever. Price was $120 just for the updo.

The removal process burned my skin and sent debris flying onto my hands, which was ignored. The entire service felt rushed with little concern for comfort or quality. I've been coming to this salon consistently since I moved nearby in April. I loved the convenience, the walk-in flexibility, and the overall experience.....until now. Two days after my appointment last Friday, my nails already looked wrong. The polish began peeling, and one nail had clear grooves where the gel dried improperly. I've been getting gel nails for almost ten years, across multiple salons, and I have never had results like this. I finally found time to stop by and explain the issue. Helen greeted me at the door with a smile, but the moment I calmly explained the situation, her attitude shifted to irritation. I told her this was my first time using that particular gel brand, and something clearly went wrong. When I asked to switch to a different brand in a similar color to avoid the same issue again, she acted annoyed and flatly told me it would cost $33. To be clear, this wasn't a "I don't like the color" situation. The product failed. Yet she insisted she could only redo the two damaged nails using the same brand unless I paid extra. After spending so much money, and after months of being a loyal, easygoing client who never complains, that response was unacceptable. This was genuinely terrible customer service, and I wish I never had to go through it. Stephany, please be more careful with gel application so another customer doesn't have to deal with what I did. I won't be returning.

But regardless, they provided great service and really took their time with us. Didn't feel rush which I really appreciated it. I got gel acrylics done and the guy did a fantastic job. Was very patient with me while I tried figuring out my colors and designs. My nails looked fantastic, no messy lines around the cuticles or sides of the fingers. My mom got a pedicure and she loved it. They tried to time it so that once her nails were dried, I was done and it worked out well. Overall, really pleased with the results and service. Especially on such a busy day!

Really disappointed in this place…read more I started going about four months ago, I called First to ask what they charged for pink and white because of the places are charging like 65 or $70, which is just absolutely ridiculous I was quoted $50 I thought wow I wonder what kind of material they use, but I'll give it a go They came out spectacular. Next time I went, which was 2 1/2 weeks later the price went up to $55 When I asked why the one running the place said well your nails are long and we use more material and I have to shape them and that takes longer, well wasn't that the same situation the first time I went when you charged me 50? I just took it off the tip and didn't argue I just had my nails done again about three weeks ago. This time they still charged me 55 yet my pink and white nails turned yellow within a week. I went in again and said why are they turning yellow now you must not be using the same materials, both the one running the place and Henry stated oh we still use the same materials I don't think so I decided to go with something different, to which now I have 10 bubbles on the ends of my fingers I will never go back. There are too many other places with integrity and that would take time to shape the nail fill the way it's supposed to look sleek and elegant. Suntree Nails, if you want returning clients stop lying to your clients and take the time to make their nails look appropriate, our nails that you do are your advertisement just remember that
