From the moment I sat down, I could tell she really knows what she is doing. She has such a strong eye for color and placement, and everything felt very intentional. The highlights came out so natural and bright, with a really soft blend. Nothing looked harsh or overdone. It just looks effortless and polished, like that perfect sunlit color you hope for but rarely get. She also really listens and understands what you want, then somehow makes it even better. This was the perfect time to get some pictures of this business and have a relaxing spa day with my husband. The menu of services offers a full range of manicures and pedicures complete with paraffin treatments which is so refreshing for the skin. I decided to try the deluxe pedicure and classic manicure while my husband got the signature pedicure which includes a paraffin treatment. The treatments began in these huge massage chairs that even massage your arms if you aren't typing on your phone. LOL They offer many different scents for the treatment and we both chose lavender since it is one of my favorites. Both nail techs were detail oriented. Ben was my tech and Lisa was my husband's tech. Both had great massage techniques and gave outstanding pedicures. I have very sensitive feet and asked Ben to be easy during the massage portion and he was very attentive to my needs. Overall the pedicures were so relaxing and my manicure was amazing! Two days after my appointment last Friday, my nails already looked wrong. The polish began peeling, and one nail had clear grooves where the gel dried improperly. I've been getting gel nails for almost ten years, across multiple salons, and I have never had results like this. I finally found time to stop by and explain the issue. Helen greeted me at the door with a smile, but the moment I calmly explained the situation, her attitude shifted to irritation. I told her this was my first time using that particular gel brand, and something clearly went wrong. When I asked to switch to a different brand in a similar color to avoid the same issue again, she acted annoyed and flatly told me it would cost $33. To be clear, this wasn't a "I don't like the color" situation. The product failed. Yet she insisted she could only redo the two damaged nails using the same brand unless I paid extra. After spending so much money, and after months of being a loyal, easygoing client who never complains, that response was unacceptable. This was genuinely terrible customer service, and I wish I never had to go through it. Stephany, please be more careful with gel application so another customer doesn't have to deal with what I did. I became a Massage Therapist and felt I couldn't get anything done anymore. Then I made the bad decision to try other places. All I can say is that was always a mistake and I always come back here. Lynn is the best and sweetest person! She owns the place. She still remembers me from the first time I went and that was around 2002 2003. She has always put me in great hands. She introduced me to Twee who has been my man ever since. He is just so friendly and he knows what he is doing. I get the pink and white and it is beautiful every time! He also is very fast at it. That's always a bonus in my book. I went this past weekend and I decided, Screw it! I am treating myself today!! I went and I got a mani and a pedi. Lynn actually did my pedicure and it was wonderful! Very relaxing and she was asking me about stuff that happened years ago THAT SHE REMEMBERED!! She has an amazing memory! She also remembered that I love glitter and suggested to add another layer of glitter on my toes to make it pop and of course I said YES! After that was finished I went over to Twee to have my nails done. It was very relaxing as well and he was asking how I have been and what has been going on. It amazed me that they both remember a lot of my past and still care to ask. They have a punch card system now which I think is a very wonderful idea. They keep the place clean and sanitized which is always a bonus! Everyone else there is very nice, yet when I find someone I like I make sure I stay with them and am loyal to them. It doesn't smell like chemicals there either and when you are getting a pedi you actually can listen to nice music and look up and see palm leaves on the lights. I say keep up the good work Lynn!! I will always continue to send people over to you when they ask of a good place to get their nails done. You have always been a pleasure and always remember the good things in life.
