The shop seems clean when you first enter it that's where it ends. I had a mani/pedi A clean emery board was not used to file my nails The clippers to trim my cuticles were just taken out of a drawer For my pedicure the scrubber that's used for your feet had grooves in it which shows it's been used multiple times on multiple people There was no evidence of an enclave machine which poses the question ...do they clean/sanitize the instruments they use? also no barbicide seen read more

My husband and I received the services we requested. We were both pleased with our pedicures for the most part. Hanna was my technician and she did not scrub off the back of my heels because I was a little ticklish on the arches of my feet. To me, there is no reason to keep scrubbing the arches. My heels snagged my socks when I got hone. She also provided me with an SNS gel powder overlay on my hands. Believe me, Hanna is very nice. I just believe that she is inexperienced. While doing the SNS overlay, she kept putting oil and lotion on my hands in between top coats, but would wipe it off of my nails before continuing. I noticed that there was a strange effect happening on several of my nails; it looked like the nail was scratched. She showed me that the top was smooth and explained that just happens with the lotion steps. I told her my lady at my SNS Exclusive Salon never causes those. But she also never adds oil until she has finished with my hands and they are bone dry. Hanna filed the nails in a weird way so that there was a shark-looking shelf on each side of my nails near the end. These kinds of oversights causes nails to catch and snag. She only filed my nails with a medium thick two sided file and never used the rectangle orange ones or a super thin emory board to fine tune the shape. She also never addressed the area where the cuticle meets the SNS product, which was noticed when I washed my hair and my nails caught in my hair. This has only ever happened occasionally back in the acrylic nail days when they grew out and lifted a little. At the end, without my consent, added gel top coat and used the UV lamp. I consented to a gel pedicure and she informed me that it was $15 higher. She charged me the extra $15 for the UV gel topper that I did not ask for. My husband had left after his pedicure and was waiting on me, so I just left when she was through. The only things I saw that made me unhappy before I left were the scratch-looking marks and the gel topper. It was only when I got back to our condo that I noticed the rest. Thankfully, I had several emory boards to file and reshape my nails. Nothing could fix the scratch-looking effect under the top coats. I did not see any sealed packages or obviously sanitized tools being used, but they did not look dirty, either. When we return to Cocoa Beach, I may use Diva Nails, but won't likely see Hanna for SNS on my hands. Or if I do, I will have her file off the bad nails and re-do the top coats, as well as file them properly. read more

Best nail salon in the area. Wonderful staff, always a beautiful result. Nail and lashes services prices are very reasonable and the location is perfect! Send your man to Publix while you get a pedicure read more

This nail salon is by far the best. I have lived here for three years. They are up-to-date, personable & professional. My real nails finally grew out and although I prefer short, they recommended the ombre French and I love it! It's something that normally doesn't work for short nails, but I think it works for mine. Rose & Micheal are awesome! Prices are reasonable. read more

Got my nails done recently and my right thumb came out crooked and I noticed right before I left but after I had paid and I asked them to please fix it and they told me they would have to charge me to fix it....I than informed them that they just did them i shouldn't have to pay for their mistake.... Also, the guy who was doing my nails was on FaceTime the entire time and to me,that is just disrespectful. But that's just my opinion....‍ read more

Michael did a beautiful job on my nails. I would recommend Diva nails. I will be going back there soon!

Husband, and I are over for our anniversary. Decided we'd get pedicures. Was able to get an appointment for 3:30. We sat in the chair for an hour with our feet soaking until our pedicures started. First I will start with the pedicure was good. But the lack of sanitation is absolutely disgusting. The only thing they do after each client is spray out the tub, with water, and replace the towel. Then to add to that each technician has a rolling drawer cabinet, and they reuse the same nail clippers, pumice stone, files, and grater. Absolutely and completely UNSANITARY! We picked this place based off the reviews, and I do not understand how people return to the establishment. I would never return here, or recommend it to anyone. read more

Excellent service, until I was "moving" and wanted my fungus nails cleaned up. I would see Jenny if I was considering this as my next nail shop. Today, when I had to get my wallet myself at the end of my manicure I messed up one now after giving him a 25% tip he gave me no basecoat one coat of red and no topcoat on that nail. I have been an excellent client an excellent tipper. read more

My two usual places couldn't fit me in so I tried this place. I got a pink and white fill from Jennifer. She only took an hour to finish the job, which was nice. But, the job was sloppy. She made my cuticles ragged, the nails are thick, there's are bubbles in the gel, and worst of all, she used glitter pink powder without telling me!! I told her I wish she would have asked because it looks awful. She tried to give me some bs about the color of my nail bed. I've been getting pink and white for the last decade. No one has ever tried to give me that crap. No apologies when I was clearly upset. No offers to fix it or discounts. I'll never be back here again. I needed a quick manicure for a work function, and this place was closest. Right off the bat, my nail tech said, "You have no nails." I've always kept my nails shorter, so I'm used to techs giving me a hard time. What surprised/disappointed me was how she proceeded to file them down to the quick. Even though I asked her to keep the natural shape (kind of a squoval) she went ahead and rounded them off. I didn't want to be that person who yanks her hand back and throws a fit, so I just went with it and hoped for the best. Hygiene-wise the salon was decent. There were clear partitions at each station and the staff wore masks. I did notice two things: - No liners in the foot baths. I thought that was pretty standard these days. - Tools weren't sealed in sterile packs. Ultimately I wasn't at all happy with my manicure. If you have long nails, you might have better luck here. read more

I don't remember the name of my tech, but she was very nice and did a great job on my pedicure and facial wax. Prices are reasonable and they accept walk ins. It's not an amazing spa experience but for a $27 pedicure there's no complaining. read more

To my delight, I have found Diva Nails shortly after moving to Cocoa Beach. I have been to the shop 6 times and am quite pleased with each visit. In all honesty, my latest visit I was not fully satisfied with the way my nails were polished BUT the manager, Rosie, wasted no time in fixing the issue to my great satisfaction with no additional cost. In fact, I tried to at least tip her for the beautiful job but she zipped up my purse and refused to accept the money. She said, "You are the customer. You are the boss! We always want you to be happy!" A full set of acrylic nails that look like my natural nails. BEAUTIFUL! Very reasonably priced, excellent customer service and quality work. I have found my home nail salon! I recommend Thomas and Rosie as your technicians. read more

Got my eyelashes done there once, loved it so much I came back again. Super friendly staff, and great result.

I have been going to this nail salon for about 10 years. They are always very busy, but don't exactly expect great customer service because Cocoa Beach is a tourist town & it's an easy in & out service to get your nails done, they don't care about customer service. i was extremely disrespected the last time i was in. i even made an appointment. Thats the frustrating part of my now bad review. The owner took my apt by phone , she is the one i have been seeing for years, left me sitting for over an hour, Then denied i made an appointment & wouldn't "squeeze" me in. She told me they were busy & i would be after the 4 people that were sitting there at the time. She actually walked away with no solution offered. Bad experience & i would recom going to any of the other 10 places in Cocoa Beach. read more

My husband and I scheduled a mani pedi on a Wednesday mid day and it was very busy. Nice to see a mix of men and women all being attended to. I love the pedicure and the foot / leg massage as part of it was one of the best I have had. The manicure was professional and fast. We didn't feel rushed but also felt like we didn't spend all day in there. I appreciate the bottled water with the pedi and the GREAT massage chairs! read more

I really like this place. Dawn did my mani and pedi. She is very sweet and good at what she does. Thank you for everything.

Tools not sterilized between clients and techs that portray the attitude that they would rather be doing anything but giving a pedicure. Chairs are okay but much better massage chairs elsewhere in town with better service. read more

I can not express how disappointed I was in this place. My husband and I went there for mani and pedi. My tech was rushing thru it as fast as she could. Other pedi I have had at least filed my nails.... she did not! Mostly rubbed my legs and half assed painted my toes and she suggested more items I could add on. Add on? Why, you can not do this correctly! I would recommend nothing here!!!! read more
