Pros: clean, friendly and the pedicure was great (did the upgrade $40 for a longer stone massage) Cons: while the guy did a good job on my pedicure, my gel manicure was not great at all. I had to ask 3 times for him to reshape my nails. All I wanted was almond shape and I didn't even end up with that when I left. They were sooo uneven. I filed them a little myself when I got home without doing too much bc I don't want the gel to lift. The gel color is super uneven too. It's more pooled up with color toward the top of my nail and almost translucent towards the base so it looks ombré which I don't love. Really sucks because I spent $90 to be unhappy! ‍ I can't suggest this place bc of that. Pedicure maybe but not a manicure when they can't even get a basic shape read more

First time here and they're the best nails I've had! I got a full set of acrylics, ombré and Lisa did amazing. She was very attentive and made sure I was happy each step of the way and even gave me options for each step to make sure she did it exactly how I wanted. Good nail spa, and would return - but there is some room for improvement. Came in and checked in for my reservation for a pedicure and went to pick a color but there was no color wall like I'm used to seeing at other salons. Just color books. At other salons I've been too, those books are for gel or dip and I just wanted regular polish. When I asked the staff which books were regular, they said on the table where there was a mix of books but none marked as regular or gel or dip. So I didn't look and hoped I'd get to pick later (I did). The massage chairs for the pedicures were comfortable. I got the milk and honey pedicure and I asked my technician when we got to the massage portion to do a really strong massage. He said he would. When we got to the massage portion he wasn't doing a strong massage so I asked again. He increased the pressure a little and that lasted for about 10 seconds and then he went back to just kinda rubbing. I gave up at that point, since I'd already asked twice. They brought over a color book to me where I chose my color and he did a good job painting my nails. read more

Very cliquey! Came in as a walk-in for a simple gel manicure but the service was rushed every step of the way. Apparently, you have to be on a first name basis with the staff or be Caucasian to be taken seriously. read more

Kim did my nails. Although I showed her a picture my nails did not come out shaped as I asked I asked 3 times the same question and 3 times she nodded yes. Well she started to uv dry them and that's when I spoke up again. She had to start from the beginning again and finally prepared them as I wanted but the shape ( though I showed her a picture) wasn't even close. My nails are wide and too thick. I just wish they would listen the first time Needless to say, bot appointments for dip and pedi took 3 1/2 hours. Sorry but that's just too long. I will still give 3 stars as the place is clean, techs are always dressed nice and staff is nice too. read more

I have been going to Lindsey for about two years now, and she has been absolutely amazing. Her work is consistently beautiful, and she truly listens to what I want every time. She checks in throughout the appointment to make sure I like how my nails are turning out, and if there's ever something I'm unsure about, she has no problem changing it. Lindsey genuinely cares about her clients and always makes sure I walk out happy with my nails. On top of that, her space is always very clean and welcoming. A bitter sweet experience. Upon walking in, you are greeted by clean floors, stunning chandeliers and a huge color wall.... A wall that offered so much and yet they were out of most colors in gel. At least, that was my experience with my color choices. Once seated, my friends and I were offered white or red wine. White please! Very refreshing and served in a champagne flute. My two friend's nail techs were so friendly, mine, not so much. I was shamed for the state of my nails which was something I brushed off, but did not appreciate. Being this was a birthday present from my friend, I didn't want to complain. The whole time I was treated like I was more of an annoyance than a customer. Grabbing my feet and pulling and tugging with no direction to what she needed of me. (I don't get pedis often, and when I do, I'm not used to being man handled) Before she started, we were asked the scent and fruits we wanted for the pedi. My first two choices...surprise! Were also not available. So I went with what my friends had. The presentation was beautiful. After 60 minutes of being stared at under eyelashes and spoken about to her coworkers (I understood their language well enough to know when I'm being talked about) she never even gave me a foot massage. The leg massage was quick and aggressive with stones while my feet were completely ignored aside from the filing and skin buffing (when I get a pedi, that's the part I care most about) I left with feet that craved a massage, smelled of a scent I didn't want and a color that wasn't what I went in for. I know the bill wasn't cheap. Had I been the one to pay, I would have left my complaint at the desk. read more

Worst mani/pedi ever! Ken (I'm sure not his real name) was my nail tech. For the pedi - he was on the phone the entire time and could barely give me the attention needed. There was a superficial leg and foot massage. BTW, if you get a regular mani/pedi without gel is is poorly executed. Ken did not speak English very well and when I asked him not to use the drill to file my nails, another tech had to translate for him. The manicure was worse - the polish did not last 24 hours. Such a waste of $50 + $10 tip. As you can see from these 1 star reviews, the management does not bother to address or reply. Also, the drying station for polish was filthy. Look closely. I will never return. read more

Customer service is top tier! Very welcoming environment. Quality is flawless along with a guarantee to fix if there's any issues. I know most salons guarantee their nails as well but they really go the extra mile to make sure you're happy with their work. Terry does my nails. His work is exactly what I want! If you love stiletto shaped nails like I do, ask for him! His nail shapes are 10 out of 10 perfect and he suggested the coolest chrome for my last set. been here a few times always with my mom this was my first time alone- probably won't return even though they're one of the cleanest nail salons in brevard. they charged me over 60 for these and even tried to charge me extra money for LENGTH when these aren't even the length i wanted. The guy who worked on me also didn't prep anything when doing my nails no cutting cuticles nothing he just went right in with the dip powder which if i'm paying over $110 to get my nails and toes done i'd atleast like the full package. they look okay. read more

For starters, anyone who has a problem with the language barrier and struggle to understand should learn to have some patience or go to a different salon. It takes a few extra seconds to try and get on the same page with your nail tech. They are always quick, kind, and good at what they do. I have been here many times and will continue to come back. Thank you Miko for taking the time today to have patience with me and give me exactly what I'm looking for! pedicure and manicure turned out beautiful. He payed incredible attention to final touches and details, went back in and made sure both my hands and feet's were literally perfect. Pinterest perfect, literally. I have been going to the same salon for 6 years but decided to try this salon because it is a beautiful salon and it looked like a place you could be pampered. I also wanted to try Gel X because I heard they have amazing retention and my salon doesn't offer this service. The drive for me is 30 mins out of my way but I went anyway. Unfortunately I have lifting on 4 of my nails already (only 1 nail shown). I was just at the salon last Saturday and I made it to Friday. Not even 1 solid week of good nails. So disappointed I paid 60 for the nails and tipped 20 for this! Now I'm forced to remove these so I don't get water trapped under them and end up with fungus or greenies. I had a new set booked for next weekend along with a pedicure and a pedi for my mom but I called and canceled our appts. read more

I finally found a new local nail spot. I came here for my birthday and it was a terrific experience. I called last minute for a reservation and the receptionist was so kind and got me all set up. I came to my appointment, signed in and they immediately walked me to my appointment. They kicked off my pedicure right away and told me about my options. I like how up front they are about the prices. I opted for the pedicure that costed $10 more than the standard and it was well worth it. They rubbed my legs with a scrub in my desired scent. I chose orange. Then she massaged my legs with hot stones and a hot towel. It was the best pedicure I've ever had. While she gave me the pedicure I got to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the tv which happen to have on a very funny program. I really enjoyed myself. For my manicure I opted for a gel manicure with a star design on my ring finger. I wasn't very impressed with the design when the star fell off so I came back within 30 minutes of leaving and a associate immediately fixed my ring fingers. Overall It was a very good experience. The most important part... they are really taking serious precautions with the virus. They have plexy Glass in front of you at all times, everyone wore a mask and everything was really clean. Came here to get a mani/pedi, and get my daughter's toes painted. The service truly is top tier. Every technician was polite. I really enjoyed D. He provided my manicure and gave great attention to detail (I just got clear polish) and the perfect arm/hand massage. My pedicure was also really great, I was basically half-asleep the entire time (I'm 7 months pregnant). I especially loved the chick at the front desk (she told me her name, but Pregnancy Brain ‍). I popped in here after work to get my acrylic nails (done by a different salon) removed. At this point, I didn't care how they came off as long as they came off ASAP because they were driving me crazy. They fit me in immediately and Lucas was so incredibly gentle taking them off. He asked me several times if he was hurting me (he wasn't) and made sure to tell me to let him know if what he was doing was hurting me at all (he didn't). I've never had a nail tech care so much about my comfort nor be so gentle with my nails. I swapped my acrylics for dip powder on my natural nails and Lucas took the time to fill in any divots left by the acrylics with a layer of clear dip powder to make my nails smooth (also never had that experience before) and the end result is the prettiest manicure I've ever had!! I'll definitely be coming back! read more

I really enjoy the customer service here! My nails came out perfect. I got the $10 more pedicure, which includes wine ;) . I was lucky that they were able to accept me as a walk-in on a late Friday afternoon. Maya was my technician, she did an amazing job. The decor is extremely pretty. Very clean and spacious. I went in to get my nails done on November 25th. I got a very simple acrylic set for my nails. (NO…read moredesigns, almond/circular shape, ONE color) I had two different techs, which isn't an issue to me, but the first tech did not trim my natural and long nails before putting on my acrylics until I stopped him and asked him. Not huge deal, but a bit annoying. I got a new tech after this, they traded out for whatever reason, and finished my nails with this tech. I don't remember his name, but it started with an A (Addey I believe). It took him over an hour to finish my set, with no designs or anything nor did I ask him for any corrections/refiling/etc. Now I go to pay, it was $60, $50 for the set and $10 for the almond shape. I pay, the payment kiosk asks what tip amount I would like to leave, I press decline, not thinking much of it as tipping is NOT a requirement, it is a courtesy. As my receipt is printing, my tech asks me "so are you paying the tip in cash?" I said that I was not, that I passed on the kiosk. He proceeded to VERBALLY get angry with me asking why I was not leaving a tip. He asked what was wrong with the nails and I said nothing, it's just that I don't always tip. (I tip when I do designs, or get extra service. This was not a situation as such.) He began to raise his voice at me saying that he spent over an hour on my nails and that it was selfish for me to not leave a tip. I was speechless, he was yelling at me in front of another customer and the entire shop. Since I had already paid, I began to walk out, and he berated me as I walked out the door telling me to never come back again. Mind you, I will never come back again. I have never been treated as such in any nail salon establishment I have been to in my life. I am a teacher, I am not rich, I just wanted to get some SIMPLE nails before visiting my mom for Thanksgiving. Instead I was publicly humiliated and berated by a tech with yelling in his own shop. I would not recommend this place at all. The service was mediocre at best, the experience far less so.

I called the salon instead and spoke with someone at the front desk. The interaction felt awkward and difficult--whether it was a communication issue or a language barrier, the process was not smooth. We eventually handled everything over text. I sent a video showing the exact hairstyle I wanted and was told they could recreate it. Throughout this process, I was repeatedly pushed to add services like manicures, pedicures, and hair coloring, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by the same person I had spoken with earlier. The check-in was technically fine, but the atmosphere felt cold and mechanical rather than welcoming. I was then assigned to a stylist. Almost immediately, I realized they were working from a different reference video and a different hairstyle than the one I had sent. No one showed it to me or asked for my approval--they just started working. They didn't ask if my hair was clean or prep it properly (no conditioning or sleeking), which resulted in many visible flyaways and a rougher look. Both the salom owner and the stylist were working on my hair at the same time, openly arguing about how to do the style and essentially experimenting on me. I was even told that neither of them really specializes in updos, but they wanted to "try" this one. After several attempts and continued back-and-forth between them, I finally had to intervene and say that I only wanted one person working on my hair. That moment was deeply uncomfortable. The owner looked at me aggressively, pinched my arm twice, and said, "Okay, I understand, okay, I understand." She then gathered all the products she had brought--various holding sprays and texture sprays--and removed them so the stylist couldn't use them. Later, she brought them back selectively, maintaining control from the sidelines. It felt tense, unprofessional, and invasive. Although the stylist continued, the owner kept hovering and interjecting. At no point did anyone ask for my feedback--no "Do you like this?" or "Is this what you wanted?" They simply continued in their own direction. The final result looked like a bunch of hair pinned at the back of my head. I paid and left, but once I got home, I took it all out because I truly didn't like it. It didn't make me feel confident, and that's the whole point of getting your hair done. Overall, I felt unheard, uncomfortable, and treated more like a transaction than a client. The experience lacked communication, professionalism, and care. The owner either needs to trust her stylists to do their jobs or become properly trained herself. As it stands, the environment feels chaotic and controlling, and it's not a place I would return to or recommend ever. Price was $120 just for the updo.
