In town visiting for a few weeks & really needed a full set & pedicure so I thought I'd give Ardor Nails a try. To start off, the staff is really nice. I felt welcome from the moment I walked in & was greeted by name (I made an appointment). The salon is very clean & nicely set up with a large selection of polish colors. I did the deluxe pedicure & a full set. The pedicure was just okay. It focused more on my legs than my feet. The bottom of my feet are not as smooth as I'm used to when getting pedis back home but my lower legs are super exfoliated. It took about 45 mins as it mentions on the description. I have been getting my nails done faithfully for years so I know a good full set & this one was just okay as well. There is acrylic on my cuticles, which is not okay because once the nail grows out, that acrylic will create a space where air/water can get in & the acrylic can lift. The coffin shape on some nails aren't shaped well. The polish on one nail has some ripples from too much polish. One nails has a tiny bit of dried acrylic under it, which keeps getting caught on things. As nice as the staff was & their willingness to make your experience great, I'm not sure that the quality of service matches up. There was another lady getting shellac who also mentioned bubbles in her polish. I think I will try another salon in the future. read more

Just had a pedicure done here for the first time along with my mother and we were both happy and impressed with the technicians and the place. The pedicure was $25 and both ladies (Vi and Mary) were friendly, gentle, and took their time. The leg massage was great, so relaxing. I think I may have found my new go-to. This place is very CLEAN. I went in for gel manicure and pedicure. My technician was Teresa. She took her time and removed my ingrowns as well (HUGE PLUS). I don't get designs so I can't comment on that, but they did have a large selection of gel colors with matching polish. Also, spa massage chairs were AMAZING! I have been going to Ador Nails since I moved to Viera 4 years ago and have never been disappointed. Laura is extremely professional and so are all her manicurists. My manicures & pedicures are always perfectly done. The salon is very clean and well-maintained and the instruments she uses are always sanitized. I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

I came her for a new set on a Saturday and the tech that was waiting on me told me that she's the only one in the salon that knows how to do acrylics (there was only one other person working there that day). Well, she removed my old acrylics and put a new set on which took her a long time. I left satisfied until two weeks later when half of my nails were popping off. Will not recommend. read more

I called ahead to ensure they could do four pedicures together. They told me yes and to arrive at 11am. We walked in and they asked, "four pedicures?" They seated us in the pedi chairs two across from two. Three got started and the only other worker had a client already. I sat there for THIRTY MINUTES waiting. That's BS. I called ahead to make sure all four of us could get a pedi together. If they could not fit us it TOGETHER she should have said NO on the phone! I found this place on yelp and decided to try it for SNS nails. I have never had fake nails or tips, so i decided to experiment and got tips and SNS. Since it was my first time ever really getting my nails done, i had a lot of questions which they patiently answered. They were very friendly and the salon was clean. A lot of people were there for a Friday night. I don't know what other places charge for tips and SNS, but i think the pricing was reasonable for the high quality and service at $40. This place makes me want to throw up. For starters, I walked in and when I went to sit down to get my pedicure right off the bat, the lady with the short hair asks what I want for my manicure. I show her the picture and this B**ch has the nerve to tell me not to do it. Obviously I said I'll do what I want. The elder lady who did my pedicure looked like this job was a last resort the way she skank faced me THE ENTIRE TIME. Laura even after showing her pictures made my nails oddly shaped. Obviously did NOT know the almond shape or how to copy a picture. The elderly lady painted my nails and - well this comparison picture of what I wanted vs what I got should say the rest. Don't waste your money. :) I wish I could give them a 0/5 stars. I don't know why I tipped, maybe because one was a mother and it's not her fault she can't do nails. Also the elder woman missed my nails while painting, and didn't even try to clean it up. Wow right check it out below. Never got to continue this. I did go back and it was slightly better but still a horrible job. I'm glad I was recognized as pretty or whatever but that doesn't changed how I was treated that first visit. Owner is so sketchy. Stole my wife's money when she was laying it on the counter and refused to count it. Another person we know made an appointment, came in, and she scratched her name out and had her down for a different time and told her that was her original appt. She could literally see it on the sheet that her name was scratched out. Give your business to someone who deserves it. read more

I went there before to get a fill on my nails and it was really good so i decided i should keep going so i went back and the person i got that time was kind of rude, and demanding.. she also charged me extra because i got a different color on each nail..? All my nails right now are currently bumpy and they aren't the best acrylics i have gotten. I like the other person who did my nails but this lady wasn't my favorite. read more

Really like this place. Salon is clean, and entertainment via TV is nice to sit and watch while relaxing. Service is great, even remember my name every time I come in, last place I used never recognized me. Pedicure is relaxing and makes me feel great. Looks great too. Stopped in a few months ago for a pedicure. The lady that helped me, stated she didn't like the nail color I had picked out, she said "It's boring"! Really?! The owner was right behind her and didn't say a word. How rude of her! This was bad pedicure because it was sloppy and I left with a big mark on big toe from being too thick and not setting. Went tonight for a manicure and was pleasantly surprised. They are open until 7pm, which makes it nice for working moms. The nail technicians were very friendly. They used all sterilized tools. They had many different options for nails including acrylic, gel and powder. Just thrilled to find a nice, clean nail salon. read more
