As a visitor from San Diego that is moving to Viera I was not comfortable at all in this salon. A woman with a mask on welcomed me in as she was attending to a customer but, then I was sent to Ken who was very rough handling my hands during the manicure. No one was speaking at all and I could not engage anyone in a conversation. The place was empty except for 2 nail technicians and I had to sit right next to the only other one! When you have space give the customer space as we don't need someone else's nail dust in our faces. Not a friendly atmosphere at all. Wasn't offered champagne, wine, soda or even water. Found Luxy nails to be much better and better location. read more

We came across this salon because our usual spot was booked. This location is not as busy but after such excellent service it has become my new spot. They are always very friendly when you walk in and seat you immediately. I love the clean look of the salon. There are cool lights over each nail tech table. They also have a small hello kitty children's chair for kids to get a pedicure and manicure. I have only been here twice but both times the nail techs were very friendly and accommodating. I got a pedicure and a manicure and both were done in a very reasonable manner. I loved the colors I chose and thought they did a great job. I am not sure why they aren't more busy but they are great and deserve the business. read more

Nail tech used the nail drill instead of just acetone to remove my previous gel which not only severely thinned my (once strong) nail bed but also resulting in 2 nails breaking the next day after this new French gel manicure. Then for my pedicure, for some reason he proceeded to use a callus shaver (which my heels did not need) ruining the skin on my heels causing painful cracking and peeling. The polish also chipped after 1 day. $95 in the garbage. I had to immediately go to another salon to try and repair the damage to my heels which will take weeks. read more

I've been looking for a new nail salon for a while and finally found it. Here's everything I loved: the salon is modern and clean, the massage chairs are great, they offered me a free mimosa, every staff member was SO kind and polite (a nail tech came into work and saw a regular customer here, and gave her a huge hug and kisses on the cheek; how cute...if you are ok with that level of affection from your nail tech, lol), they brought me a basket of nail color samples so huge it made my head spin...there were like 3937 colors there. I chose one, and when she painted my first toe, she confirmed that I liked it. I didn't, and she brought back the basket to choose again. They also sent a follow up text to ask me to rate my experience...it's nice that they follow up and care. I came around 10 am on a Wednesday thinking it would be slow, and I feel lucky to have gotten in. The salon exploded shortly after I arrived, which tells me they are pretty popular if they are so busy on a morning during the week. Anyway, I know I'll be back. I saw Rainy, and she was super sweet. I'd love to see her again but I think I would like anyone here. They may be slightly more expensive than other salons (maybe $4 more for a pedicure? Not much) but I would absolutely pay a little extra. It's worth it. read more

I'm so upset because I had a manicure and pedicure at this place a couple of days ago. The same day of my pedicure I started getting an infection on the side of my toenail of my big toe. Within a couple of more days I started developing soreness under my thumbnail and I realize that the woman that did my nail was using a dirty instrument. After cutting my cuticles she put it back into a plastic sleeve and clearly wasn't going to be cleaning it and probably didn't after she cut other peoples cuticles so she's there spreading infection from person to person and I will never go back to this place again. read more

THE worst experience. I literally had three people working on my feet for a simple pedicure. First one started the process all the way to leaving towels on my legs. She picked up her kit and left to work on another client. So I'm left there waiting for I'm not sure what. Second person ( I believe was either the manager or the lead) comes along applies two coats of nail polish and leaves. Starts working on another client.,Third person comes to start manicure. I point to my feet letting him know pedicure is Not done yet. He looks acknowledges pedicure is not done yet and he finally finishes what should have been a one person job. Onto manicure. My teenage son could have done a better job. At this point I was too invested to just walk away. If this were a TIKTOK posting, " follow for part 2" because they also managed to mess up my daughter's nails. She asked for gel pedicure. They decided no, we are doing nail polish. Again at that point, didn't want to switch because what should have been a quick and simple pedicure was turning into a colossal unnecessary investment of my time. A one and done. read more

Absolutely the best service I have ever received from a Salon. They do everything from nails and feet to eyelashes and massages. I felt like a pampered princess! Everything is very modern and clean! FOUND THE BEST PLACE IN TOWN! I have been looking for a one stop shop for my acrylic, pedicure, lashes, facial and waxing for a long time. This place is the BOMB! Not only they are the friendliest and feels like family when you walk in, but it's so clean and the quality of service is top notch. Firs time getting a pedicure here. The staff was friendly and the space was clean and nice. The issue was cleanliness. New tools were not used. The other salons I have been to, always use new tools. Unsure if they were clean and sanitized. When the pedicure was done. The lady stuck some of the tools in the dirty water to rinse off. Whether or not she actually cleaned them after, who knows??? She actually nicked my toes several times. Another lady applied the polish and I could have done a better job. Took mother-in-law for a mother's day treatment of a jelly pedicures and manicures. It was the most comfortable massage chairs and a beautiful shop. We got our pedicures and a relaxing jelly feet bathe along with nice leg moisturizers and hot stone massages on our legs. She loved it here so much we are coming back in august for more. Well...this is the second time I was here, and had the exact same experience. My mom lives in the area and I wanted to treat her to a mani/pedi for her birthday. I didn't remember the name of the place we went to several months ago ... but now I do. I swore last time we would never come back. We called and made an appointment for both of us to get at mani/pedi at 12:30. We arrived a few minutes early and was told to take a seat at a pedi station. We waited for quite some time when I asked if we could see the color charts. I also asked if we would be serviced right away because I saw other people who arrived before us who haven't been serviced. I was told yes because we had an appointment. After about 20 minutes someone came to start work on my mom. It was 45 minutes after our scheduled apt someone finally came to start service on me but at this point I refused since there were other things we needed to do and I no longer had the time. AND the people that were there before us still hadn't received service. They left angry and I don't blame them. This salon does not have respect for people and their time. This is very similar to the experience we had last time we were here. I've now made a note in my phone so I will remember the name so I can be sure never to come back again. read more
