We made a quick impromptu appointment (1.5 hours in prior) for 7 of us during my future SIL's bachelorette weekend. They gladly accommodated us and our sandy feet. We got to work with all five of their technicians. Nasa did my gel pedicure and Pat our SNS manicure. The ladies were so friendly and sweet to converse with, contrary to most places that I have been to. The place was clean, instruments were well sterilized, chairs were super comfortable and the technicians were great. My daughter and I stopped in this week on a rainy day. We had an appointment. I was started immediately for a gel mani and pedi. My daughter had to wait 45 minutes before someone started her nails. Vicky did my nails but I did not like the removal process of the gel on my nails. Vicky over filed my gel with the drill and went into my natural nail. I am used to technicians getting the top gel off and buffing it up and then using cotton balls dipped in acetone to remove the rest. This is to avoid further damage to the natural nail. Here they didn't do that; a drill should not be used to fully remove whatever is on the nail. once I remove the dip (didn't end up getting gel because the UV lamp would burn my nail bed since it was filed too low) I already know I will need to let my nails grow out again from the damage that was done during the removal process from this salon. My top of the line pedicure was good, but the gel pooled at the base of the toenail on a couple nails and that is a pet peeve of mine. My daughter's experience was good. Her nails looked fantastic, and honestly my dip nails were also nice. I just didn't appreciate the harsh removal process and over filing. read more

They offer dip nails but the gentleman who did mine yesterday did a horrible job. He used acrylic to start, didn't soak the original off the first time. There's bubbles under the top coat and it looks horrible. Now I have to get someone to fix this. I came from out of town and thought the reviews were what made this place highly recommended. I have been a customer since Lan and Victor bought Beautiful Nails. I have had my nails filled and I think Lan & Victor are very knowledgeable about all the products that they carry. They are on top of all the new styles and colors, acrylics, dips & gels. There is always plenty of air conditioning and they use special filters that eliminate odors. You will never smell the nail polish remover odor there! New chairs for pedi's that are absolutely great! They also offer waxing. Love their art work on the walls, very beachy and fun to look at. I picked this salon based on its other reviews. The website was good and the various nail services presented nicely. I wanted a nice gel pedicure so selected their best offering for the natural products spa treatment in lavender. It was SO nice! The foot/leg scrub, the mud mask and hot towels OMG, and the lavender lotion to finish was excellent. I'd never had gel nails before so that was a little different for me. The treatment I received was great. The salon was clean. Free wifi--always a must! I got right in and they stayed pretty busy while I was there. I'd go back again. read more

Used to go here often, but lately it is awful. Last time I went it seemed like the technician was not trained. The nail polish was all over my not trimmed cuticles. I thought I would try again, maybe it was just a fluke. Went in for a 11AM appt. Walked out at 11:35. Was told who my technician would be and he was just starting someone's manicure. While sitting in the chair for 35 minutes I also noticed that one of the technicians put all his tools in a bag, took it over to the machine that cleans them, acted like he was putting them in and taking out another packet, but just waved the packet inside the machine and took it to the next customer and used it. Lesson learned. I will not be back. read more
