Bottom Line: WOW! I've been having my nails done for over 25 yrs and this is the best job I have ever had done!!! Chelsea is a master. I get Pink and White acrylic. She did them thin like I asked. I am really hard on my nails. Three weeks later and they still look perfect. Not one chip, crack or lifting anywhere. I got so many compliments. Even people who didn't notice - I showed them and they said "Wow, they look so natural I thought they were your own nails". Bottom Line: I know where I'm getting my nails done for the next 25 yrs! read more

I am on vacation for my little brothers graduation and I really wanted to have some girl time with his girlfriend and myself away from his gaggle of boys. I called about an hour and a half before closing and they fit us right in. I had the absolute best treatment and they were incredibly kind to the both of us. I really appreciated how well they took care of my cuticles and shape of our nails, you can tell they genuinely care about the work they are doing. Love this place! I was in dire need of getting my nails done because I was leaving on a cruise to the Bahamas on Monday! No nail places are open in Orlando, except for Queen Nails! I got gel done on my hands and toes and it turned out fabulous! It has been almost 2 weeks since having them done and my nails look better than ever still :) The owner ( I forgot her name ) is so sweet! I tried this nail salon after I read the reviews. Chelsea did my fill and they were fabulous..the shape was great and so was the length. However, maybe it was an off day but the salon was almost empty. I wasn't welcomed. I wasn't thanked for coming. I wasn't invited to come back. I wasn't even told goodbye. Very very unfriendly. Literally, not one employee even smiled at me or looked welcoming. I gave it 5 stars because of the quality of the work. I would give it zero stars for ambiance and friendliness read more

Went inside at 630 and they close at 7. I told them what I wanted to get done and they accepted my services. Once they started doing my nails the man was rude and was talking to the lady saying he really don't want to do my nails. He literally stop doing my nails and stripped my gel off then got up and left. The other lady came and finished my nails then they started to laugh in their language. Why would they make me feel this way when they could've honestly turned me away. I would have loved to to have a great experience but I didn't. It saddens me when people think they can treat you any kind of way. I couldn't leave because everything was closing and they already started the process and I was heading on a cruise. Places like this don't deserve our money to laugh in my face was so disrespectful. Then the job was surely rushed. Go some place else because treatment is important. read more

Save your money and go somewhere else! If I could give this place a 0 I would!!! Absolutely trash! went in for a simple fill. The guy completely filed all acrylic Off. they were so thin and bendy. Yes bendy!! wtf I then said something to the manager. She said no no he will fix it. Mind you he never did and then went on to painting. I wanted a design. I asked the manager to do the design as he had no clue what to do. manager said no no he can do it!! and he could not! I asked him to then just take the design Off and just have a plain color. i walked out paying 37$ and was crying over how ugly and thin they were. The manager said I can come back and she can fix them. I went back. The manager then started to fix the thin nails. She then piled the acrylic on making them so thick ! just beyond upset about my experience at QUEEN NAILS!! so sympathy no customer service! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! if you go here you might as well just throw your money in the trash because this was nothing but trash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I wanted pink and white, just a fill and fix a few. She took the entire set off because it was so bad, did a new set, nailed them! Exactly what i wanted! Short and square pink and white! One of the best pedicures I've ever had! Two friends and I wanted to get our nails done while we were on vacation in Cocoa Beach, FL. We looked into going to a nail salon closer to our condo but the wait was outrageous. I came across Queen Nails on Yelp and saw their great reviews, so I steered us toward their salon. They were able to accommodate us immediately. My friend got a very sparkly gel manicure which she's been raving about for days. The other girl and I got pedicures and it was nothing short of amazing. He scrubbed my feet and shaped my nails well. However, the best part about this experience was the MASSAGE. He massaged my feet and legs for what felt like 20 minutes. After the massage he wrapped my legs in hot towels while he finished my pedicure. Overall, this salon made me feel like an absolute QUEEN. read more

Very disappointed in this business. I asked for ombré nails and showed a picture of my desired style. After the owners confirmed they could do it, I sat down and waited patiently to get them done. Once they got started on my nails, it was clear to see that he didn't know how to do ombré nails. Since these were going to be my birthday nails, I respectfully asked if someone else in the business felt more comfortable doing ombré. The owner then brings me closer to her and begins her attempt. After several attempts she does it decent enough for herself and me. Next we moved on to the next nails which was a marble effect. After several attempts of doing a marble effect, she makes up several excuses that the power was drying to fast and to be frank it looked awful. Once she sees my face of disappointment, instead of asking me could she do a different color or just do ombré on all nails, she begins to take off the whole set and refuse my service. Moral of the story if you want nice styles don't go here. They are only good with plain and simply. read more

5/10 fingers cut and bleeding. Ruined my manicure bc I used super glue to seal the cuts, since I work in the medical field anything can get in there. So annoyed. Cut 1/10 toes. Kept saying I have dry skin. I've always gotten my nails done and no problems. Plus, he kept saying it's not bleeding, don't worry. Yeah, uhm. It's bleeding and it's all burning when you out the alcohol on. Horrible paint job on my toes as well. I feel like I can't even type this my fingers are so jacked up. Don't know why I tip 20% for a crappy job. Never ever going here again. 1st yelp review ever, that's how bad it was. read more

Horrible gel nails that chip and peel the next day. Chelsea and her husband are so rude. Doesn't matter if you make an appointment, you always have to wait. Many times they stop my pedicure if someone walks in for a wax. I make an appointment for manicure, pedicure and wax. Chelsea did the pedicure, when finished she told me to sit in her chair for manicure. After a few minutes I looked over and she started doing a gel on a walk in. When I said how long are you going to be, she looked annoyed and had someone finish the gel. I told her I didn't have time for the wax since I only get an hour for lunch. Also, she tried to use an electric drill to file the top of my nails. Are you kidding me? Nice way to ruin nails. Also, they don't clean the pedicure bowls between customers. Saw this myself when they had their young daughter, maybe 7 years old, fill the pedicure bowls between customers. Nice way to get foot fungus. I will never be back. read more

I highly recommend this nail salon!!! I have tried so so many here in cocoa beach and merritt island area and this one is the best. It's CLEAN and the atmosphere is wonderful and cant say enough about this place! Chelesa pays attention to detail on your nails they have never chipped or broken on me. Her designs are out of this world the detail designs that she does both on nails and feet are wonderful! I work in the public eye and I have folks always asking me where do you get your nails done. Today I had a facial with her, my skin feels so clean and soft! I have never had one done before and now I have made another appointment with her in three weeks to get it done again,. GO CHECK HER OUT! She has a face book page Queen Nails & spa cocoa beach! My photos of my nails should be on there, Thank you! Susan read more

We came in from out of town and needed a quick last minute mani/pedi on a Sunday before leaving on a cruise early the next morning. The team did a great job on my shellac and on my 7 and 10 year old daughters mani/pedi. We were in and out within 45 minutes. A week later my shellac still looks great! read more

The BEST nail salon I've ever been to, hands down!…read more I've lived in NYC, LA, and Miami and have been to countless nail salons, but Tips and Toes absolutely trumps them all. From the service and quality to the speed, this place is truly unmatched. I have had the fastest, highest-quality pedicures and dip manicures I've ever gotten anywhere. And Tuyet is a true miracle worker! I've come in with some seriously damaged nails, and she somehow manages to make them look healthy, beautiful, and completely transformed. Beyond her incredible talent, Tuyet is genuinely one of the sweetest, smartest, and loveliest people you'll ever meet. She is a beauty, inside and out! You can tell this is a family-run salon where they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in: with beautiful nails and a smile. If you're in Cocoa Beach (or anywhere remotely close, bc it's worth the schlep!), this is absolutely the salon to go to. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

All of the staff is very friendly, I've never had a bad experience and I get my nails done every 3 weeks. I get an acrylic gel fill for about $70. They're always happy to replicate any photo I show them of nail ideas from Pinterest. They are very good at doing multicolor ombré with dip powder or even an airbrush machine. Ken is the best at intricate designs. I'm so glad my best friend introduced me to this place! I've never had a nail chip or break that they've done. It's always very clean and the staff are just all around wonderful people. Their eyebrow wax and tint lasts about a week and they've never made my eyebrows too thin. I always get my eyebrows done here before I have a work event or special occasion.

I think that anyone giving a review and saying that they are rude or in too much of a hurry should maybe go to a full-service luxury spa. You do have to tamper your expectations in a quick serve salon like this. The techs are nice and professional. Sure, they work quickly, but it's at a skillful pace where they are gentle and thorough. You may even have to leave your chair and sit in the waiting area to finish drying your toes, but that's only if they need your chair for another client. I'm considering scheduling monthly pedicures here. They do a great job and I don't have to stop my whole day for an appointment

3.5/5 This was my…read morefirst experience here, and overall I'd give it about a 7.5/10. The biggest issue was honestly the communication and booking process. I initially tried to book yesterday and there was some confusion about availability, the nail tech I was asking about, and the design I had shown them. I was trying to communicate that I wasn't necessarily requesting that exact design or that specific nail tech -- I was showing the photo more as a reference for the quality/style of nails I was looking for. Unfortunately, that didn't really come across, and there were several back-and-forth conversations about my appointment. I was eventually told to come in today at 11:10, which I understood to mean there would be time for the type of set I wanted. I drove over excited for my appointment, only to find out that I actually wasn't in the system. That was definitely frustrating, especially after all the communication the day before. Thankfully, they were still able to work me in, which I really appreciated because I had an event to get ready for. The nail tech who ended up doing my nails was initially a little impatient when I was being particular about the details, so that took a couple points off for me. However, by the end of the appointment, he definitely made up for it. He was able to get my nails done and the overall design came out nice. I'd give the design itself around a 7/10 -- it came out a little darker than I originally envisioned, but I also think I could have done a better job communicating what I wanted and suggesting alternatives. I'm currently getting my toes done as well, and I'm glad they were able to accommodate me and still get me out in time for my event. Overall, the booking/communication experience definitely needs improvement, but the staff was able to make things right, my nails look good, and I'm leaving satisfied. I would come back again and give them another chance!
