Was very disappointed with my service of a full set of gel nails with a French tip. Worst experience of my life. After years of coming to this salon, I will never come back. This is the only salon i go to and i get cat eye design every single time and they have done great. This time was different, After waiting for 30minutes for a chair ,the lady completed my pedicure in a timely manner but once she got to the color , she couldnt figure out how to do the design. Since i get this design everytime, i tell her that they normally put white under the polish to make the cat eye more opaque. She tells me thats not how they normally do it but she will do it anyways. After an hour of her trying , she finally realizes she has no idea how to do the design so i have her ask the previous nail tech in the salon who has done my cat eye with the white under before and the nail techs say they have never done it that way. So instead of admitting fault, they all claimed i was wrong and they have never done cat eye that way before and that theyre the professionals. I have gotten my nails done the same way every time , but this time was different. Since i wasnt happy with the design, i had her remove the gel polish. which she did and took out her anger on me through drilling the polish off and ended up making me bleed. This nail salon is full of arrogant techs who will tell you they know better than you even though you get the same thing done every time. They continued to gaslight me and tell me i was wrong, making a scene in the nail shop with all of them laughing at my frustration. After getting belittled, they still made me pay for the service and i left the shop without my nails done after two hours of then trying to figure out how to do a basic gel design. If i could rate this place 0 stars i would. I am never coming back. and I will be telling everybody i know how this place sucks. Horrible customer service. I shouldve known something was up when people came in complaining about how the lady couldnt fit them in , even after they had called and scheduled an appointment for that time. I am now realizing , The only people who come here are tourists for a reason and just dont know any better. After being a loyal customer for years, i am very disappointed . Do better . read more

So I wanted to get my nails done for a weekend getaway. I was visiting a friend in Satellite so I figured I'd go to Happy Nails. I was so disappointed. They looked those nails from manicures gone wrong that they make fun of on social media. They were lumpy and crooked. I left the salon thinking I would get over it but even my pedicure was bad. I couldn't stand looking at them so I went back the next day. They weren't too happy withmy complaint. They asked me to wait 39 minutes. So I scheduled the appointment and the guy left!! So I would have to wait for him to come back or reschedule!!! When I told them my toes were awful too and showed him he said it was my toes!!!! How much worse could this experience have been!?!? I guess they don't follow the "customer is always right" rule!! Especially when it's clear that it was a very poor job!!! You can see in the pictures how thick and lumpy some of the nails are and the others are smooth!! I can't give a zero rating but if I could I would. read more

Anytime we're in the area I have a pedi here. Theirs lasts longer and looks better than anywhere I've ever had a pedi.

I was a walk-in customer and they were short on nail technicians. Later found out out that there was a death in the family and three of the workers there were related, so there was a bit of a wait. This was understandable. Although it would've been nice if they started my water for my pedicure while I wait there. My nail tech was Mason. He was very attentive and his attention to detail was incredible. I love how my nails came out! I'm usually very iffy when it comes to trying out new nail salons, but I had no choice. I'm from Las Vegas and out here visiting family. I'm glad I came here and got Mason as my nail tech. I would come back here again. I got my lips waxed as well. The lady that did not seemed to be in a rush. I felt rushed and I still had a few hairs that I had to pluck myself when I got home. They were pretty noticeable, too. Other than being rushed during my lip wax, it was an overall good experience. I'm very satisfied with my nails. read more

It was fast service. I got my eyebrows waxed. It was $8. I do like that they don't have a minimum requirement for credit cards. Most nail salons have a min of $10; even if the service is less than the min they will still charge $10. We just moved to FL, so I haven't shopped around the area for other shops. I've been to one other that charged $10 to my card for a $8 service. But based on my experience today, I plan on returning to this location. read more

me and my friend went to go get our nails done, mine look so good and i love them but my friends nails are horrible. she got pink and white with a pink heart, the acrylic is all messed up and splotchy and the paint job is worse than any one could imagine. the heart is so much bigger than she wanted and it looks like it's drooping. maybe the lady was new but she needs more experienc. horrible. read more

If you come in, and you're pregnant so you can't have the fancy more expensive services like acrylics/gels so you opt for just regular mani and pedi or change in polish -- thus cheaper services, you will have to wait and wait and wait. There will be people who will come in later than you without any appointment but will be entertained first. Busted system. I came in and told them what I needed done and 3 people behind me who needed the full service were entertained first. They tell customers to wait 3-5 minutes when in reality it's 20 minutes. I wish a better nail salon near me will open. read more

Went there for a mani, first time in this salon and it will be my last. Nail techs fingernails were dirty and she scrapped my nails with them instead of using a tool to get the old polish off. When I asked her about using the tool she claimed "no good English " Yukk. Changed directions and let her change polish colors and not a full manicure. They painted in the lines, for the most part, but trying to draw their attention back to my legs and toes was a bit challenging. Perhaps a smile once in a while would've been appreciated. I have been here twice. The first time I had to wait 45 minutes even though I had made an appointment. I decided to give them another chance and went back and was really disappointed this time. The man doing my pedicure wasn't going to cut my toe nails. When I asked him to he only cut 2. He then gave me a 30 second massage on each leg. I have been getting gel manicures every 2 1/2 to three weeks for the last several years and have never had a problem.The same man that did my toes did my nails. The gel manicure he gave me didn't even last a week. I will definitely be finding another place to get my nails done! read more
