I booked my…read moreappt on a Friday at 1:00 and showed up at 12:45... at 1:15 I the receptionist got a call that Morgan, the therapist was not planning on coming anymore. I brushed it off and rescheduled. The following Friday I show up again to receive an oxygen facial (The Groupon was for an oxygen facial purchased at $39) Come to find out they were only willing to deduct the $39 from the entire price of the facial which was about $170. Instead, I looked at their "menu" located at the front reception desk that had all of their services and prices and decided to go with a Micro Derm that was priced at $39. The receptionist explained that it was not a big deal to make the change (meanwhile I will still waiting for Morgan to arrive). The actual micro derm was a pleasant experience, Morgan was up beat and positive and we got along great, which is why this review is somewhat hard to write. When I got to the check out, I was expecting to pay the price of the micro derm that was in the brochure and the price that was confirmed by the receptionist of $39, that matched my Groupon. Morgan swiftly came behind the counter and said, "My Micro-Derms are actually $80." I looked at the receptionist and said, "You told me $39 and it also says $39 right here." The reply from Morgan was "That's the starting price." And the receptionist had to go back and edit the price to fit Morgans $80. I did not receive any special treatment nor did I accept anything special during my procedure when offered. It was clear that she was indeed churning in order to make a quick buck. I decided to review simply because I was mislead and swindled... I was mainly more offended because Morgan did such a great job building re pour that I felt burned and like I just spent the last 30 minutes with a deceptive used car salesman. I didn't mind paying the extra $40, it wasn't about the money, it was about getting taken advantage of. I truly help that this review benefits both Morgan and the spa and that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I was incredibly unimpressed seeing her product only lasted about a month. At my appointment there was no consultation what so ever. She was about to start injecting god knows where before I had to stop her and tell her what I wanted. She ended up putting some of the product back and very quickly injected randomly on my forehead. She didn't take any time to map out my face, it felt like she just started poking. She did not make it a personalized experience. And the worst part was her sales tactics. She tried to pressure me from the moment I walked in to buy everything from a package of injectables (that I didn't want nor need) to anything at her yoga studio next door. Will never return.

We had so many authentic and humorous moments as I was navigating throughout the store, while also attending to my 6 year old son. But Shannon took her time to really listen to what I was looking for, offering thoughtful suggestions without ever making me feel rushed, even with me not knowing the store was closing soon. Shannon's product knowledge was very impressive, but what really touched me was her patience and the way she seemed to truly care about helping me find exactly what I needed, while seeking only clean vegan brands to purchase. She walked me through each product, explaining how it would work for my skin tone/type and why she thought it was the right fit for me and even went as far as recommended additional alternatives. By the end of my visit, I felt not only confident in my product choices but also incredibly grateful for the kindness and attention Shannon showed me. It's rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like she did, especially approaching closing hours and I'm so thankful for the experience I had today. I'll definitely be coming back, hoping to have Shannon's guidance again and follow up with booking a skincare service.
