Stopped in here on a road trip to grab some beverages and snacks. This store is directly next to a walgreens so not sure why I picked one over the other. The store was clean and well organized, and the Christmas gift section was in between the front door and the drink section, so I did end up perusing this area briefly. Some cute stuff - I didn't know CVS has a relationship with Claire's, and I was surprised at the reasonable prices for the toys. Thank you to the kind employee for checking me out quickly and with ease. There was plenty of space to park in the ample parking lot. read more

Typical CVS pharmacy located near the beach and A1A in Cocoa Beach. We went in to get some toothpaste for my husband and they had the national brand as well as the CVS generic brand. The store was very clean inside. The nice signs above the aisles are very useful to find the department you are looking for, since this could be the first time many people visit this particular store. The selection of health and beauty items, including toothpaste and toothbrushes was really good. Nice friendly staff. read more

Horrible experience at CVS at 4292 N Atlantic Ave, Cocoa Beach, Florida on January 19, 2026. I Dropped off a UPS package today, after the cashier processed it, he asked if I wanted a text or email confirmation. I asked for a text message. He handed me a hand held unit and told me to hit a button to accept a text confirmation. I tried multiple times and as hard as I tried, nothing happened when I hit the button. I told him nothing is happening. He was totally rude saying if I can't do it, I can't get a text message. I asked the man behind me if he could press it and he told the man he can't do it for me. I asked for a manager, hoping someone else could get it to work. He told me he was the manager. I asked if he could shut it off and reboot it, which he did, I knew it seemed frozen. Sure enough he did it and when I pressed the button it worked. He didn't even apologize for causing a scene and embarrassing me like that. I will never go back. read more

I have been going there for 14 years. No major problems, in fact when I had an issue with having to pay full price for Rx. One pharmacist last month looked up a discount for me through Good Rx to get me a better price. However today was a nightmare. New pharmacist, Scott, said he did not have access to Good Rx or any discount. My doctor had specifically told me that if CVS did not give discounted rate to call them back and they would send me to another pharmacy. I needed the medicine NOW so I paid the extra $. As I left the drive thru he handed me my medicine and my credit card. As I drove away, I noticed no drivers license. I went back, Scott swore he gave it to me. I spent the next hour going through my wallet, car, inside the seats, glove compartment. Nothing. I now have to go spend a day at DMV to replace stolen drivers license. Goodbye CVS. On several occasions I called in a prescription and after putting the Rx number in the computer says that "You can pick it up at 1:00 pm". When I go to the window at 3:00 to get it they say it's too soon. It showed that it was eligible but then I am told that that is the day the insurance company will pay for it but not when I can have it. I have to wait another 5 days. I said Wait a minute, your computer said I can have it at 1:00 TODAY. I DROVE DOWN THERE FOR NOTHING. They don't care! It happened before and will happen AGAIN because they know about it and WILL NOT fix it. I'm talking about CVS in Cocoa Beach Florida. read more

What I love about CVS is the ability to walk into any of their stores and go directly to the items your looking for as they're all designed the same. It makes a huge difference to go to a store you're familiar with when you're traveling. It's not easy to review a location on one visit but I feel like I have been to enough CVS locations to give an opinion on this store. This store follows the same path as the all the other stores. It's big and bright on the inside and the building has easy access in and out, plenty of parking and... a drive through for your pharmacy needs. One thing that was how helpful everyone was there. Always greeted with a smile and a hello. I like the CVS chain and this store demonstrates their commitment to their customers. I absolutely recommend the CVS chain. read more

Called this a.m. to find out a prescription price since I now have a high-deductible insurance plan. She wouldn't give out unless I had a prescription. Sort of a Catch-22. Transferred my script to Publix at Cornerstone who gladly gave me the price and a coupon. Though I like the 24 hour service, I will go where the pricing is from now on if I can. read more

The pharmacists are nice and busy. But the other staff members never answer the phone during the day so I always have to go into store to ask them to queue my medication to be filled on time. If I don't then the Rx doesn't get filled when it's supposed to. read more

I'm traveling and the staff at this CVS were super friendly, competent, and helpful getting some prescriptions I needed transferred. I talked to two employees on the phone and one in person and all three were friendly and helpful and got the job done. (If I sound surprised, it's because the CVS pharmacy in my hometown is nothing like this...) Congrats, people of Cocoa Beach; this CVS Pharmacy seems awesome. The pharmacy staff was very helpful. We were visiting the area for a few weeks and ordered some Rx refills from Caremark online. Caremark screwed up and sent the order to the wrong address. The Cocoa Beach CA team went out of their way to contact Caremark and to get a vacation override to fill my prescriptions locally. Great service. I really appreciated their efforts. read more

HORRIBLE! My family and I have experienced yet another prescription mistake on their part! We are switching my mom's prescriptions to Hobb's Pharmacy since they helped with the last mistake. Friendly service but no accommodation for Apple iPay. I drive an extra 2 minutes to go to Walgreens because they've decided to get with the program and stay up-to-date with new tech. iPay is so freaking easy and convenient I don't even have to bring anything into the store with me. I pay with my watch. I know CVS corporate guys...mind blown. I get that old people frequent you guys more than those of us younger than ancient who know what the Internet is and how to use it, but we will be old someday and will be "loyal customers of 30 years" because we started going where the cool kids go...and by cool I mean totally nerdy tech fans. Install iPay and I'll be happy to come back since you're two blocks closer to my house. read more

If you'd like slack service and rude, argumentative treatment from a 'so-called' manager, then you'll love to give your money to this CVS! Very simply, if they require you have a printed coupon (as if it's 1984), then WHY does the app say to 'show your barcode to the associate' for scanning???? And to top it all off, I was forced to endure being harangued by Betsy, and told I HAD to have a printed coupon for the 25% OFF. I told her to VOID the $84 order and I'd go elsewhere TODAY and FROM NOW ON! Then, and only then, did she say, "Well, I was just about to say I'd give you the discount." REALLY???? After you'd told me five different times that you WOULDN'T 'allow me the discount and that the other employees who had scanned a barcode before should be fired for doing so???' I'm not used to dealing with ineffective, unprofessional and rude clerks on a power trip, and I've decided CVS (this one and ALL locations) have seen my LAST DOLLAR! I'll shop elsewhere, in a store that appreciates the $200+ a month I've dropped at this location for years! My blood is still boiling an hour later! I suggest CVS adopt higher standards for their 'managers,' because I most certainly did not encounter any type of managerial customer service today! read more
