On August 2, 2024, around noon, after my visit to Brevard Family Walk-In Clinic (Merritt Island location), I went to the nearby CVS store to buy over-the-counter medication to relieve my daughter's cough. These medications were recommended by Mr. Miller, and he also wrote down the names of the medications for me. At the CVS store, I encountered a very young and enthusiastic male employee. He not only helped me find the over-the-counter medications I needed but also provided detailed information about which flavors were better and how to use them. Due to my urgency to get home and relieve my daughter's symptoms, I didn't ask for the young gentleman's name at that moment. However, I am very grateful for his friendly and attentive service. I hope that CVS continues to have more employees like him, as not every CVS employee is as outstanding. read more

I started using this CVS because of the drive up windows (sometimes I just dont have the energy to get out of my car go through the store and then wait for 15+ minutes) but the last 4 times I've gone there the convenient drive up window is closed no reason given just closed. Then when it is open they dont have my prescriptions ready. So CVS is no longer convenient for me to go to. I dont understand why they even have the drive window when they keep it closed and why does it take several days for them to fill a prescription? So I guess I'll take my business to Walgreens! read more

Sara b was rude and annoyed in her tone sat there and didn't insert the card four different times and then finally when I said well how are you using the card she decides to try a different way screamed over the phone to say she just told me to wait and that she would come over when she was ready ( ignored the first two calls after looking right at me) told me I could go over the counter to pick up something that was supposed to be with the ordered prescription so ridiculous why said have a great day so rudely when you really mean eat shit like ok girl read more

CVS was negligent yesterday in getting my husbands urgent care medication to him. They failed. Told him at 6 pm that his script was ready but they were closing and would not stay open to sale him his medication. This resulted in need for an ER visit at Midnight for severe stomach pain that could have been helped with his urgent care Med script. read more

The staff at CVS pharmacy on Courtenay Blvd in Merritt Island are the most efficient, the most caring, the most understanding and the most patient of any pharmacy that I have encountered in my 78 years of being on this planet. Each employee goes out of their way to help me to make sure I understand what my meds are for. They always ask me if I have any questions, and they take their time explaining everything to me. Honestly, I have never had such continuous caring folks concerning my meds and my sisters meds. My sister has a brain tumor and lives with me. i hope that the powers that be at the CVS home office appreciate the staff at the CVS on Courtenay Blvd. in Merritt Island, FL. I am beyond grateful for the kindness and professionalism of this staff. read more

I was just in the cvs at Merritt Island causeway and 520. I asked a woman with black hair and a woman with blonde hair for help with some medication for my stomach. They were both standing in the pharmacy. They said you have to ask the pharmacist which I already tried to ask her but she ignored me. The woman with black hair asked the Asian female pharmacist for me and you could tell she was irritated that she had to help me. I said I have a bloated stomach and it's hard. She said use miralax. I said will that help with the bloating. She said nothing will help with the bloating, which I found odd that she would say that, especially since I did some research at home before I came to the pharmacy. I asked the pharmacist for her name and she said she has no name for me to leave her alone! If you don't like your job, go find another job!!! The time was around 6 p.m. on Sunday October 1st so I am sure CVS can figure out who she was. Younger, Asian Female. Not acceptable the way she spoke to me in front of my daughter and the other employees present. I was just asking for advice and she was completely uncaring and unprofessional!!! I will go by the store this to speak with the manager! Get a different f#$%ing job if you have a job to help people and you don't want to. Period. read more

I used to use them all the time. Then they got a new pharmacist that refused to fill my prescription 1 day early (as I've always done). Went down the street to the other CVS on 520 & they filled it. So inconsistent. Funny how some scripts on auto refill automatically get filled a week early. This man was rude. I have Stage IV cancer & am on chemo so I make sure I have all my meds & never run out. Took my business to Walgreens. They allow everything to be filled 2 days early, no hassels, no judgement. You lost a long time customer because of this new jerk pharmacist. read more

I will never step a foot at CVS located at 1345 N. Courtenay Parkway, Merritt Island FL. The rudeness towards older folks is horrible. If they do not like what you tell them when u keep bugging them if they have rec'd a certain med they just hang up on you. When they address you, they try to brush you off and they do not care how it feels, especially when they do it in front of other customers. They lie, telling u that they have not rec'd that particular item for weeks at a time, even two months, and yet I was advised that they do get it on the truck every Monday and it is for whoever comes first. Yet, they lie saying that they have not rec'd anything of that. They let u wait on the phone forever and then just very easily, you hear a click and they are gone. I am done with them, I complained to corporate and they took care of me. read more

I have found the pharmacy staff to be very considerate and helpful. I changed from the Cocoa Beach store because that is so busy. This store almost seems like a small town drugstore. The wait is short for prescriptions and shots (we got the shingles vaccine). I highly recommend this store and its pharmacy read more

When Walgreen's whined about the Doctor's writing and claimed they could not fill the prescription- I came down a couple blocks to CVS and had no problems with the script. Really, what Doctor has legible writing? An experienced pharmacist knows. Plus, CVS automatically fills your monthly scripts and gives you a courtesy call each month that it is ready for pick up. read more
