I live in Harbor Heights, a short walk from the Mart. This has the possibility of being an actual local 'market.' Not just a 7-11 or Circle K. The store seemed clean enough, the shop had the standard items. They had crock pots full of rice, beans, pork stew and soup. I'm not sure who does the serving. Hopefully they will make the food. I hate a buffet. Seems very-buffet-y at the moment. Hope not. They also had a selection of fresh produce. They also have an assortment of baked desert items they make. I got two "brazillian' chicken empanadas. They were fairly tasty, ground chicken with spices and herbs mixed with potatoes and fried in a tear-drop shaped ball. Two makes a light meal. I'm going to give the place four stars just for showing up. It's nice to have a small shop with fresh food and baked items in the area. We don't need any more cruise parking/vape shops etc. I'll check in over the next couple weeks and change my review as needed.

Of course, this is a pharmacy so you can pick up your prescription here. They of course have all the usual things one may find at a Walgreens, such as shampoo, cosmetics, and over the counter medicine. I've noticed the prices are a bit higher than at my local Walgreens. One interesting thing they sell here, that I've never seen at a pharmacy is beer. They sell 24 packs of beer, why make multiple stops, when you can only make one? Given that back to school season is quickly approaching, you can also find all sorts of back to school essentials at this Walgreens. Conveniently, they also have restrooms for customers.
