However, the visit wasn't all bad. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mrs. Susan, who provided exceptional customer service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure I found everything I needed in the store. Her positive attitude was a highlight of my visit. While the bathroom conditions were unacceptable, Mrs. Susan's excellent customer service made the stop more bearable.
