Once you pull in off 192 you will find self service stations where you can prewash and scrub off some of those love bugs. Most of the time prewash may be unnecessary as the machine is pretty good on its own. Once you pull through someone will direct you to lineup with the washer track and spray some prewash soap on you. You will then enter this machine and get coveted in foam. Several sets of bush's will scrub you clean followed by a super hard blow job and some spinning polishing rollers. April 30, I got a brand-new 2024 Hyundai Elantra SEL. May 8th, I decided to give it its first wash. Keeping in mind THIS IS A BRAND-NEW CAR!! like NEW from dealer, fresh off the delivery truck, when I purchased it! The car was inspected, inside and out, and there were no marks or any weird wax spots or what have you on the front... I went to what was PREVIOUSLY "Bill's car wash", and it is now "El car wash". I was speaking to the attendant at the screen area where you choose what washing job you would like, and I asked her which one would keep my car protected from the elements and the paint nice and shiny and protected. She told me that the "Best" car wash option would be able to do all that. So, I paid for the car wash and brought it through the tunnel, and then when I got out and parked at the drying area, I noticed an absolute CRAP TON of what looks like water ringlets/ wax ringlets allll over the hood and trunk of my car! *THIS WAS NOT THERE BEFORE, AS AGAIN, BRAND. NEW. CAR!!* So I didn't want to hear crap from any of the attendents! Because you know damn well they are told to act like they have no clue what it is or like it was there before! sure enough, I asked one of the attendants, explained it was a brand-new car, none of those marks were there previously, & they said "I don't know what that Is. I've never seen those before......" So I had to do some heavy Google searching and it's MOST likely the cheap ass wax that they use with their system! It doesn't apply it properly, they just pour it on & mix it with the water, and it can make ringlet stains like that! With that, reddit forums basically tell you never fall for the car wash gimmicks! Any sort of wax or protection, graphene, ceramic, hell even rainx, does not actually work! You're paying for some thing that is extremely watered down, gets washed off too quickly for it to do its job, & things that generally need to be put on by hand, to have any proper effect! I also could've sworn that the lady who sold me the package, said that there was an under body wash... there most definitely is not! No water comes out of the ground anywhere to wash the under body of your car! I can at least say, the car comes out clean every time, BUT, do not bother paying for all the extra stuff because you're absolutely not going to get anything of quality that you could do by yourself!! As well as some things you're paying for that they don't actually have ! I will say, I do like the vacuum area. The vacuums are nice and strong, & they do provide plenty of microfibre towels to dry off everything, and give it a nice streak free finish. Ultimately, when going through an automatic car wash, BE WEARY!! Any signs that they have placed all over the place upfront saying "they are not liable for any damages", is usually a bad sign and says that there's usually damages pretty frequently... and don't pay for anything other than basic, because it's really really not gonna make a difference and you're better off doing all those extra goodies by hand! read more

I usually go to the one on Palm Bay Road but sometimes go to this one on Babcock Street. When I entered bay didn't feel like was on correctly but the elderly gentleman asked me I was. Went thru and at one point felt like car was picked hard to the left. Drove up the street and alarm went off showing me off low air in back left tire. Didn't worry to much do continued on. Finally alarm started going off continually. Pulled over and a huge slit out tire. Called roadside and when he got there first thing he said was "did you go to a car wash today"? Which I did. When I went to get me tire was asked the same question. But they even knew which car wash. I went back to car wash to ask how I can put in a claim and was told they are not responsible for any damage. You go thru at your own risk. So upset. They should at least pay for tire. Surprisingly they did a great job and to be honest for the $40 car wash and inside cleaning. Now I'll admit it's a little pricey but for what it's worth it's good. They took out the mats and cleaned them removing all the dog hair I had. I wish they shined the tires and put an air freshener in there but the car looks great. read more

Always so happy with my car experience here for the interior cleaning. The employees are always so friendly. As I watched them clean, my car really does look so good slowly moving through the station. They even spent time on my hood getting any little bug spots left over as I didn't scrub before going into the car wash. The best location in my area by far and I will continue to come here weekly. I came in a second time today with my mother and I did not receive the same quick, 5 start worthy service. They were more busy but as we pull up we are 1 of 5 cars waiting in line to enter the interior cleaning meanwhile there were 6 employees standing on the side of interior just making conversation with each other. I understand interior may not be their assigned station for their shift but at that point when they are this busy they should stand out of sight or near their scheduled station. After the employees got started on my car and the realization of the long long behind me, they all decided that now after a few minutes of me waiting in line that they would start working. I was very impressed with the interior cleaning option, since this is the only location that offers this service. My husband is a road warrior with his job, and as a result, his car often looks like a rolling trash bin most the time. TLDR AT BOTTOM I have been heavily into the car scene for a few years now and every car guy knows the feeling of pure serotonin when your baby gets a fresh bath. As I just moved to Florida, Bill's car wash seemed very upscale and nice, so I committed to it and purchased their top of the line $60/month unlimited car wash plan and was very excited to call Bills Carwash my own. However, my excitement soon turned to pure disappointment. I have used the car wash around 5 times now and not once did I receive a satisfactory wash, I never received my joy of having a clean car because it was never clean. The detailing center was a joke at best and I couldn't even tell that they did anything except move my seat and make me go through about three days of not being convinced that my seat was in the right spot. I've received better detailing from the free vacuum that is offered at almost any car wash. Then, not one time did the sticker that you receive when you commit to a monthly unlimited washing plan work. Every single time I had to have assistance and it was beyond irritating. Oh and the sticker was not simple to remove and gave me a ton of stress as I struggled to remove the residue from my windshield. However, the thing that finally ruined it for me and officially labeled this as "the worst car wash ever" for me was the customer service. This was perhaps the worst customer service experience ever. I went through one day super excited to get my car washed and my sticker did not work. Well then I hit the help button for assistance and it didn't work. I then sat there for five minutes and no one came to assist me. So I tried to back out of the curved entrance and I scraped my bumper on the curb. I was irate. I had the general manager call me a few days later and told me that it was entirely my fault and there was nothing they could do about it, even though the reason I had to back out in the first place was because all of their equipment didn't work and no one assisted me. They didn't offer me money to fix my car because they said it was all my fault, which I can understand, but they didn't even want to offer anything else to compensate me for none of their equipment working. Not a free month of washes, not a refund. I was pretty much told "Technology fails sometimes. There's nothing we can do about that and we don't accept any responsibility for that." And that is the reason I will never go to this car wash again. TLDR: The quality of cleanliness is horrible, the interior detailing is a joke at best, and the customer service is disgusting. I will never again spend a dollar there and I would never recommend it to anyone else as you can get much better for a cheaper price as well. read more

I can honestly say that if you get the top exterior package, it does a pretty good job. I will typically run my truck through twice just to make sure it's spotless. However, the interior cleaning service is a joke. I repeat the interior cleaning service is a joke! I had it for several months and not one time did I not get back in my car and still see visible dirt on the floors or dust in the most obvious of places. One of the times they were cleaning my mats, they actually broke the RAM emblem off my mat, and then shoved it under my seat without saying a word. I sold my truck a month ago and ordered a new one which is going to take 12 weeks to get here. So after selling my vehicle, I went and canceled my membership. It's been a month now and guess who just charged my account again. I would say that I could go back and get the issue fixed but if they were too ignorant to cancel my account a month ago when I requested it what's going to change? Ok I tried it twice! I did the $32 full service clean where your car is moved along on a conveyer belt as the workers have different jobs of the cleaning process. My 1st time was their opening week, wasn't at all happy about my wash or interior clean it was a very poor job at best and I had to complete the vacuuming when I got home since it was like they rushed through with a few quick swipes. The best thing about them is how quick it is! So a month or so later I decided to try again since I did go their 1st week open and figured they'd worked out the kinks since then. Nope, my 2nd trip was even worse than the first. Windows weren't clean, console still had dirt, there was still trash in back floor board! This was my last trip there it's such a waste of money! They have video showing their machine break my 2018 Expedition, but won't pay to repair it! The manager, Mike Hill, watched the video and 100% agrees their machine broke my truck--you can see my vehicle go in the tunnel in perfect condition, then the brushes get under this corner and break the plastic tab, and then this corner piece starts "flopping around" (those were his exact words). It's all on video. So he sends me to the Ford dealership to get an estimate to fix it. I bring him the estimate. He avoids me for a couple weeks. I keep calling and emailing. He finally says he has to "consult with the owner." More time passes. Then he eventually tells me they won't be paying to repair it because he claims there must have been something wrong with my vehicle, and that's why their machine broke it, so it wasn't their responsibility. This is an obvious lie. My vehicle was in perfect condition before their machine broke it. Besides, if he really believed they weren't responsible for the damage, why would he have sent me to the Ford dealership to get a repair estimate? He just wanted to waste a lot of my time and hope that I'd give up. They are obvious liars and have no integrity. Please do not become a victim too. read more

This is my new car wash location! I received a coupon in the mail for a free $15 wash so I decided to check it out. I went through the car wash and was very happy with the wash. Then I decided to try out the free vacuums on the side. On of the managers approached me and asked if I would be interested in a free upgrade and have my interior cleaned. I had the $29 interior express The exterior carwash was standard - they didn't even attempt to scrub off the bugs on the front that survived the automated wash. The automated wash did have fun colors at least. The interior cleaning was disappointing - they only ran a cloth over the dash - you can see the sections they missed. The interior floors & front seats were vacuumed spotless - the rear seats don't appear to have been vacuumed, the rear floorboards were slightly less sandy. I have an SUV & they didn't touch the back hatch past wiping down the rear window. The very back side windows weren't cleaned - there was sand in the hatch that wasn't vacuumed. (I get that sand is hard to get out - but I was able to vacuum up most of it with a shop vac once I got home.) I didn't want to be *that* person & hold up the line complaining so I just left; but the more I think about it, I am really disappointed in the service I received & wish I had said something. read more

Bills car wash is the worst place you can go to get your car washed. You end up paying 32 dollars to get it cleaned and they don't even clean the insides. After having to wait 20 min inside the tunnel I double checked their work and they didn't clean 90% of the car. Only wiped down windows. Waste of time. I spoke to the manager and they were adamant about not performing quality service that I paid for. And apparently if it can't be done in 10 min it's my problem. In my head I realized that I paid the same price to fill up my car for a bunch of young adults to wipe the inside of my car with a microfiber rag. Hardly a clean and much less a wash. read more
