Second time I've come through waves with my SUV's And pay for the top wash they offer and both times my dash is never wiped down and cleaned , center console not wiped down. First time ok it happens but 2 times now, that's people just not doing there job! I come up to Vero 2 times a week for work but I won't use them anymore! $33 dollars and car leaves still not clean! PSL I can get better full service for less! I'll stick with others ! read more

For a generic car wash- I would not come back. Sooo I was just hoping to have a drive thru car wash and this was not it. A gentleman said I had to get out of my car and someone will take my car through the "machine". I was really confused. Why can't I take my own car thru?? The guy who did take my car looked like he's been outside, sweating up a storm which I didn't really appreciate if he'll be sitting in my seat. As I was already there I felt like I couldn't say no so just had to sit and wait. The waiting area has Ac and water so that's nice. Some other workers wiped down my car by hand and they did a good enough job. All I'm saying is they should at least put some seat protector if they'll be taking my car. read more

Wow! Being from out of town, it's always a challenge when trying new places. I have a regular car wash I go to back home, but I wanted to keep my car looking great even when I'm away from home! I searched yelp and found mixed reviews, but something told me this may be the gem I'm looking for. My gut instinct was right! I purchased the platinum wash for $25 and all I can say is wow!!! Definitely a bang for your buck! Everyone was super professional and courteous, paid close attention to detail. When it was time for me to get back in my car, I was blown away by the interior! Horrible car wash. I had the basic interior/exterior wash. I have white VW Golf (very small car, easy to clean) in excellent condition, and I always take all my junk (jacket, tissue box, umbrella, etc) out of the inside before taking it to the car wash. Their cleaning of both the inside and outside was spotty at best, and the worst I have every seen. There were several large areas of the exterior WHITE paint that were obviously missed by both the car wash and the hand towel dry. The interior glass was, and vacuum were just as "thorough". I really wish this were a better car wash. It is by far closer to my house and work than any of the other full service car washes, but I will happily drive to their competitors to avoid their DIS-service in the future. read more

Paid $6.00 cash for automatic wash, lost $6.00 cash (no cards permitted) as service was not provided. After payment of fee, automated directions restarted, not the automatic wash. End result-no car wash, no contact info for refund. Saved the person behind me from losing her money as she simply drove away after allowing me to back out. They were just ok before the new changes. The machine looks really old. Nevertheless it was ok. My previous car wash place closed. Today, Dec 3, 2016, I was explained the choices and selected one. Then I was told because of new owners, I had to exit the car and they would drive it through. I said no, and backed out. If they crash my car, it's on me, not them. No thanks. I'll find a new place. I happened to be in Melbourne for a Dr appt and used yelp to find a full service car wash since I don't have one in Titusville. What I received was perhaps the best car wash ever. Of course it helps that I was the only customer. But I can tell they know what they are doing and pay attention to the little things. read more

Worst car wash I have ever received. I paid for an express interior and a wash. My seats were suppose to be shampooed but we're only spot washed . Carpets as well. None of the interior was done properly. He said it would be a complete detail which wasn't my first priority. My seats were. I will say they put in minimum effort. Charges me for dog hair and the. When I get in my car I have dog hair on the leg portion of the back seat and the sides of the front seat. I guess they shampoo only where you can "see". I had them take it back and it was half way addressed. I knew where this was going so it wasn't worth the additional time and heartache. I left but Not worth the 70 dollars I dropped. I should of settled for the 21 platinum service and it probably would have been similar. The car wash which was extra was subpar as well. And it smelled horrible inside the building. read more

Poor. Charged for wheel cleaning and tire shine. Neither done. Windshield still had dirt lines from wipers. Water spots all over car - had to use wax/cleaner to get them off. Rear window still dirty. Basically drove the car through the automated wash and said done. read more

My vehicle was taken to the waves car wash Nov. 7th, 2014. The wait was too long so my car wasn't vacuumed. I returned today(Nov 8th, 2014) so they could finish vacuuming my vehicle. After completion of the vacuuming, I was driving on the 95 I reached for my phone and noticed the screen was shattered. My mobile device was in excellent condition when i drove into this establishment, the reason i know, i was talking on the phone. Why couldn't they take ownership of letting me know they shattered my phone while vacuuming? I will never return to this place and the person who referred me I will let them know to tell ALL of their friends NEVER to give your dollars to a business who doesn't care about the CUSTOMER!!!! read more

Paid $26 for a car wash and they left lots of dirt and trash under car seat! Not going back

After driving 20 minutes to get my car washed because they are the closest full service car wash to me, I found that they closed early on a Thursday afternoon. They advertise that they close at 5:30, then say they take the last customer at 5:00 and then close early while the boss stands around eating dinner. If you want to lose a $25 car wash + tip for your workers that's bad customer service and I will find another business to give my money to! read more

I use to go there all the time for car washes and detailing. They have always done s great job. The last experience was not so good. I left my car for detailing and when I picked up my car all the change in my change caddie was stolen. Even though it wasn't much it was the principal. When you leave your car in the care of a business, they should ensure the safety of your vehicle and its contents. The owner offered a free car wash but I have yet to receive that offer.
