However, the visit wasn't all bad. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mrs. Susan, who provided exceptional customer service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure I found everything I needed in the store. Her positive attitude was a highlight of my visit. While the bathroom conditions were unacceptable, Mrs. Susan's excellent customer service made the stop more bearable. I hope the store addresses their cleanliness issues soon to match the quality of their staff's service.

Arriving mid afternoon this place was busy, it seemed that every customer that left two more arrived - this is a busy intersection and the layout was built to handle the traffic. I fueled and paid at the pump so I had no interaction with the staff but the foot traffic showed these guys are talking care of business inside.
